I cant believe that the company would bring in people that quit before and pay them more than the people that have been at Glaspro for years this new management they brought are a bunch of unprofessional people that try to degrade you because they are failing miserably the VP is extremely RUDE and and doesnt even know one thing about glass all he does is point fingers a senior staff members instead of saying hes the failure much like the supervisor from Temp also extremely RUDE all he does is cuss and yell all day and refers his friends in and pretend that they are good workers but they ALSO know nothing about glass their numbers are high but in pure REMAKES

No sense of urgency from the warehouse crew. if youre picking material up dont expect it any time soon. quality of tempered glass is also a bit iffy

Horrible service in every level! If you have a timeline for your project dont use this company. Theres several other companies with the same products that can hit deadlines and have products ready when they say they will. If you dont mind several back orders on a single order placed, non responsive management and absolutely no concern about their product holding up a project, costing several people lost time and money, then this is definitely the place to go!Christopher Ray ScottCR GLASS INC.I gave them another chance on an identical Farmerboys job. They did even worst the second time around. I obviously wasnt thinking straight when I ordered glass from them again. They can not give you a date when the glass will be delivered. I had a crew of guys wait all day and they never came. They never called and I couldnt get a straight answer when I would get my glass. They showed up 2 days later to the job without calling anyone or making sure someone was there to receive the glass. The superintendent had to receive the glass and make room inside to store it for me. This is the most unprofessional thing that has happened to my company on a job. It was absolutely embarrassing and made my company look just as bad as Glass pro actually is. I got no apology or explanation why glass was delivered without any confirmation or communications. The spandrel glass was back ordered and not delivered with the first glass order. There was only 12 pieces total and door entry glass. A pretty small order. You would think they can handle that. When the backordered spandrel glass came you can see they did a horrible job applying the black on the glass. There were big patch jobs. Over all between the 2 jobs that are scheduled for 3 days each they took 6 days each because of Glass pros backorders and mistakes. I lost at least 1500.00 on each job due to Glass pros incompetents. They have been ban by the architect and general contractor for Farmerboys. This will get around and you will see prints calling out fabricators you can use and fabricators that are ban from the job. Im told that the new plans for new projects will show Glass pro is ban from any GMG construction or Famerboys construction. Thankfully I didnt loose my spot with GMG construction. They know I do great work and Im very punctual when Im working with good suppliers. How the owner of Glass Pro lets this go, losses customers and gets bad reviews is beyond me! I have a 5 star review for my company. We worked extremely hard in our 8 years to do the best we can with every customer that comes our way. Not every job goes perfect. Its all about how you handle each situation. Ive received good reviews on jobs that went bad because we did what it took to make things right. You would think after a review like this I would at least get a phone call apology. If I was the owner of Glasspro I would be pissed off!

GLAS PRO IS A JOKE!!!!!!! THEY CANNOT CUT GLASS TO SAVE THERE LIVES!!!!!!.... 5 MONTHS AND MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO HAVE A BACK PAINTED GLASS BACK SPLASH CUT FOR OUR KITCHEN.. THE SAME PIECE WAS CUT WRONG 3 TIMES, QUALITY CONTROL IS LACKING EACH REDO TOOK OVER A MONTH TO RECEIVE ...AVOID THEM!!!!..THEY HAVE NO PRIDE IN WORKMANSHIP...THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD NOT MAKE MY PIECE OVER AND THAT WAS IT EACH TIME THEY WERE OFF 3/16THS TO A 1/4 BEST THEY CAN DO!!!! GLAS PRO IS A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!
