My GolfBuddy WT6 has failed after 10 months! No power and will not charge. Will not connect to computer. I have tried everything except driving to the GolfBuddy office to get some response. Email and phone are ignored. This is my second GolfBuddy. There will not be a third!
Hmmm.... Such a good product-when it works. I have a Voice 2 that wont charge properly and have asked their customer service to help me get it fixed or replaced. After two messages to their service department and receiving Return Authorization numbers and told they will contact me with return instructions - NO response from them.So be ready to take yours back to where you purchased it and get them to refund your money.
Very poor customer service. Bought a platinum worked ok. Belt hook broke off cradle and battery finally died. Sent a email to customer service requesting prices for replacement parts and got this answer back. Sorry we dont have any parts left for your model Check Ebay. Will never buy another golf buddy product or ever recommend them

My Golf Buddy Model DSC-GB300 needs a replacement battery.The Part Number is LI-A08-03. I have asked customer support twice with no reply or support. What does a customer need to do to get an answer from Golf Buddy?
