Its the best store i visited so far and by so far i mean i drove from San Francisco to LA on a vacation and went to this store first. I think his name Harley. He was super nice and helpful. Helped me find the right gun for my collection. I wish i was close to LA because that would have been my go to store i hope they get a website soon for me to buy from them.

Orderd a tokyo marui extreme .45 from then in nov of 2020 $175 was taken out of my account 1 verification email sent but the gun never showed nobody ever answers the phone and or ever emails or calls back at the number I leave 0 out of 10 will never buy here again

They lure you in with a great price and they dont deliver. They did take my money right away though! Waited over 3 weeks for a item. Called them twice went to voicemail I left them messages both times no return call. Spend the few extra dollars and go somewhere else and receive your item on time and have the opportunity to have customer service.

CROOKS! Do not order from these people. I spent almost $200 on their website and in the end I had to dispute the charge and get a new card because they never sent it and refuse to communicate. They had no problem taking my money though. Reporting them to the authorities.

1 Star is still too many. Ordered a product online that showed in stock. Never got a shipping notification. Called, and called, called, and called over the course of two weeks still nothing. Finally got a hold of someone who knew absolutely nothing. Cancelled the order and now it’s 20 days later and still no refund and once again- no one answers the phone. Over and over and over - no one picks up. These people are crooks!! Getting authorities involved now.

Placed an order through Amazon. The shipping label was created immediately. Two weeks later USPS is still waiting on the item. Still have not received my package, and will not get it in the time frame i needed it by. Well this about what I ordered online. I never got my product or refund. I tried to contact them multiple ways they never respond. Im out 30 bucks to heck with this place I recommend finding a different vendor for any product youre considering buying here. this stuff in their store is available elsewhere and maybe youll actually get it from a different store

(In-person experience) Very helpful and understanding towards the questions asked and made sure we didn’t leave with doubts. They got us loaded for many games and I found a new place to shop and support.I can’t speak to their online interactions so I do hope that they improve the relations on their IT side based on the reviews.

I have been coming extreme electronics for a few years and all the employees are super helpful and knowledgeable. Today Cameron helped me out. He was helpful, he was knowledgeable, fixed my gun, he was super cool and his service was like “butter!!”Thanks dude Extreme Dude!

I called an hour ahead of time to make sure everything was good to go. Girl on the phone told me it was ready for pick up. Drove an hour in traffic just to be told the item doesnt arrive at their location until after store hours. Why even tell me the order was ready if youre gonna send me away with nothing?

Order placed July 2. Shipped July 9. It is August 14 and not only has my order not arrived, but ten days ago I sent a message to their website inquiring as to what was going on and I still have not heard back. Updated part on bottomI had originally played an order on the 28th of September, and to this day (October 4th) there has been no updates on the situation whatsoever. All it says is awaiting fulfillment and last updated was September 28th. I’ve tried calling them many times, sending message through their websites, and even emailing them plenty of times, with absolutely no response at all. Not only that, but they had already charged me $230 for my order and I can’t even contact them to cancel the order for a refund or even have any sort of updates.Update: so I had recalled them again which is the 10/7/2020 and they had finally picked up. Turns out my order had been out of stock. So they had refunded my money. While this had definitely redeemed themselves a bit, there is overall a lack of communication. So changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars

Very disappointing! I ordered a pack through Walmart.com to this company that was the shipper. I received notice that it was shipped on July 8th and I would receive it on July 16th. It didnt happen. I called the company and they said they had shipped it, even though UPS showed only a label was done and they hadnt received for shipping. They were quick to give a refund which I will have to wait another 5 days for, and Im out of a pack. It wouldnt have been an issue, but I needed the pack for an upcoming event, and now Im scrambling to find a pack. NOT HAPPY!!

Had a great experience everyone was nice and helpful. Didnt feel like anyone was trying to rip me off. However I went to get my gun repaired and when I got home it burned out my motor because it probably short circuited. Anyways I called and they replaced the motor free of charge and the gun has been good since.

My Gosh, My experience was nothing short of great customer service and care. I came in on Friday to purchase my first airsoft gun and the staff was quick to assist me on finding the right gun. They were willing to answer any and all of my questions and informed me on what I was looking for. I will definitely be returning here for my future airsoft needs, and I highly recommend anyone who is looking for some gear to go to this store! 10/10 would recommend!

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Complete scam of a company and they lie. They say an item is shipped and it wasnt. I ordered on June 3rd and received shipping confirmation saying was supposed to arrive on June 17th. On the 17th, I get an Ooops message saying it was delayed and to wait 3 days. Never showed up in 3 days so I requested a refund on the 20th. Got an email from the company giving a BS response that said items were delayed due to Covid. Then why did I get a shipping confirmation? In the email they stated that my requested refund was issued. I waited 5 business days to allow it to clear. Never showed up so I emailed again. Today, I received the same message-refund was issued. Well, it hasnt shown up on my credit card. Liars, Thieves. Shady business. Steer clear.

I ordered a holster on 4/24. On the 4/27 called and asked for an update, seeing as I never received a tracking number. I was told that the orders ship at the end of the week. I was a little upset by that but whatever, after hanging up the phone I get an email with a tracking number! On 5/1 the status of the tracking number stayed the same, USPS awaiting package, I check the items availability of the holster on their website, sold out! On 5/4 I call because still tracking number says USPS awaiting package. I ask where is my holster? Do you guys still have on in stock or did you sell out? No I was told, when you placed your order we pulled on for you. You should see it no later than Saturday. Ok fine. Not 10 minutes later I get a call, you guessed it Im sorry sir but the holster we pulled for you (10 days ago) is damaged and we cant send it out. Infuriating experience. Sent a rifle missing the battery and charger. We discovered it was missing Christmas morning when my son opened it as it was his big gift for the day. After contacting them, they claim to have shipped the batt & charger and that wed have it in 3 - 4 business days. Were now 7 business days later and Im being assured it will be delivered today. Its 8:30 pm and did not arrive.Id recommend NOT doing business with this company unless you get a kick out of watching kids cry.As for the product itself, it feels sturdier than any actual govt issued M16 / M4 I carried in the service. Just dont buy it from here.Id let you know how it shoots if we had the rest of it.

It’s been two weeks now brought a gun for just a soldering job because my deans plug came off. Just been told that it’s next in line. Was told the gear box had to be opened to make sure they do not solder the connections backwards and short out the mosfet which is understandable. Just hope the gun comes back without anything missing or flaws to where I have to bring it back. Hopefully the 1 star reviews don’t reflect them because it does kinda look that there experience may also become my experience. Will revise once I get my gun back.

One of the WORST business experiences ever! If you’re looking into buying something from this place don’t and here’s why. I bought something from them a month ago and the only information they gave me after my purchase was the confirmation. Well after waiting and sending countless emails that didn’t get answered I finally called to get a estimation on my order. After talking to someone in the store and finding out that this place takes your money without you knowing that your product you just purchased is out of stock, and back ordered. So while you’re waiting for some information they hold your money. So after getting off the phone with the employee, a shipping label was created. On top of that I waited another two weeks for no updates to when it ships. AGAIN I called for them to only tell me we’ll get back to you. Now after the longest time I’ve ever waited for someone to tell me we don’t have it and here’s your money. Can’t believe this place is still in business. smh. Welp goodluck....

On july 27th 2019, I initiated a return. I was instructed to immediately go to UPS with my return to expedite my return/exchange...and I did!! I was told that I would recieve my shirts by weeks end. On August 8th I called to get a an update on my order. Since then Ive heard its shippings fault and we had to wait on shippment to fulfill my order and youll recieve it in 2 days maximum!! Well its been 6 days since then and still nothing. What bothers me the most is the lack of customer service. Not once has anyone reached out to me except in response to my frequent calls.I purchased the shirts for a 5 week program Im enrolled in. 7 days remaining, wonder what excuse is coming next.....

When I got my first gun they helped me out and I was going to ask for some expensive gun but they suggested a less expensive gun to start me out to see if I got in to the sport without making a mostake if I didnt like it. Ive spent over 800 dollars at this store Everytime I go the staff is less then willing to help, took my gun in to upgrade internals, almost a month and still havent gotten back, parts are never in stock. Keep saying soon, soon, end of the day and still nothing. Switching over to evike. Better prices more variety. I need to call in to get updates, oh its good you called the MOSFET didnt work on your gun, one month to hear that.

I go there regularly to pick up BBs and green gas, they give out coupons for both every purchase. Nice and friendly employees who know what theyre talking about and work with you when you dont quite know what you want to buy. The prices for their quality guns are slightly higher than other retailers like eVike, Airsoft GI, and Airsoft Megastore. Still, supplies like green gas and BBs are the cheapest Ive found even without the coupons.

Terrible tech service, I had to bring my gun back here more than 25 times before it even got close to working. Everytime I got my gun back it broke as soon as I got home. So I eventually took it to a tech on the side as I was fed up with the problems that I had here.

Ill never go there again.I bought a M8O6 semi/auto aussult rifle model. I when I got it I tested it and it barely can shoot, in order to do so you would hae to hold the gun upside down.
