Poor Service and very unethical. I am the CEO of a Metal Processing and Research and Development company for Satellite and Aerospace/Defense. After Goldstar accepted our order that they had for 2 days in house (lead time of 7-10 days provided), they returned it to us because our logistic was looking for status on the 3rd day. Now is this bad if a customer asked a vendor if our order was on track? per words & voicemail record: Tony from Goldstar yelled ...We are the biggest grinding house in this industry and we cannot answer you for status therefore we want to return your order and please pick it up now!...... In result, we are not late to our own client and have to look for a back up. Good thing we have other honest partners in this industry. As an advocate for the space exploration industry, It is unfortunate that there are companies out there that is profit driven and can yell/scream and belittle teams or a hard working logistic person just simply doing his job and myself as the CEO/Founder (their client) because they are widely known grinding house who does not simply care or cannot answer a simple tracking status. This is the reason why our company succeed because we maintain and obtain loyalty to all customer. It doesnt matter if their order is $1 or $1Million, they will get the best customer service that we can provide. It is unfortunate that I have to spend hours of my time to write this, but I want to relay this to other businesses that this is how Goldstar treat their customer. I wish you all the best and success, be careful out there.
