The customer service manager/parts guy Jose is the absolute worst person to deal with. Its pretty amazing that you assign someone this lazy and rude as a customer service manager. Since he yelled at me on the phone, I tell anyone who will listen about this guy and to avoid Chevalier completely. Its already bad that you cant understand him, but once you confuse him, the conversation goes south immediately because he doesnt know what he is talking about, on top of having no sense of urgency whatsoever. My shop has several Chevalier machines for sale now.
