This team makes a great product. This is supposed to be a 40 hour build for an experienced mechanic. Im a see-a-nail / hit-a-nail kind of guy. Due to moves around the country, and raising our family this is been a three-year dad project....and its nearly done! Ryan and Casey have never failed to answer a question or advise us. My kids are on the lot at a good basic mechanics, tool safety, and patience! We cant wait to pull this thing out of the garage soon! I recommend RYCA to anyone based on their customer service alone.
I am just in shock and completely AMAZED with your customer service. Im trying to put it into words and all I can seem to do is stair at my phone, eye brows up an jaw dropped open. Every email / question that Ive had has literally been responded to and thoroughly answered in minutes, not days or weeks or even hours, IN MINUTES. Even when ive accidentally order a wrong part, and didnt even no it, I received a email immediately asking if I would like Ryca to correct my mistake. What company does that? RYCA thats who. Even though this is my first time dealing with Ryca my experience has been so personal that it feels like family an not just another business trying to screw u out of as much money as they can.
