The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. These folks let their employees abuse their customers with no recourse whatsoever!
Just got off the phone with Mark at V&H customer care line. I am happy to share that Vance and Hines thoroughly stands by their products. After 20,000 miles on my 2015 CVO Street Glide the rear header pipe formed a crack at a weld for the rear mount and literally over time from expanding and contracting broke almost clean. After sharing the pictures and giving Mark my info, with in just a couple hours he had an approval to send me a new rear header pipe and slip on clamp free of charge. I even offered to pay for it or at least pay for the shipping cost, but Mark said they would just take care of it no problem. Thanks for the exceptional customer service Mark and V&H! Cheyne, provided excellent customer service. I have the fuel pack on my bike and just installed cruise control enabled handle bar controls but needed to flash the bike. I was able to upload my map and have it sent back next day with CC enabled. Flashed my bike and works great now. Thanks Cheyne!
I have had numerous vance and hines products, intakes exhaust and tuners. I ALWAYS recommend this company to everyone for its excellent products and support for them. I have always been impressed by there customer service but recently I had some damage done to my bike that required me to order some replacement parts. Cheyne McNab helped me out on both my my calls. He went above and beyond with makings a bad situation good. He was able to get all the parts I needed ordered and shipped with in the same day. Motorcycle companies need to emulate employees like cheyne and vance and hines. Thank you Cheyne McNab
I have a 2007 FXSTC, We all have our reasons but my bike means a lot to me. Its got a stage one kit, specifically Rush pipes (1.75) HD high flow air and a FP3.I started with a decel pop, spoke with the folks at Vance & Hines (VH) and they helped me figure out where I screwed up. so, fixed. Couple years go by and I start to have a really bizarre idle problem, Im chasing a ghost here, all the blogs read exactly as my experience is but no one has an answer. (long winded sorry)I reach out to VH and get help from C.M. (I hope VH knows who this is as he deserves recognition)..now..my FP3 is out of warranty but the help I get never questions that, this guy just wants to help, he tells me things about the FP3 I wasnt aware of. Im uploading my maps, hes making adjustments, Im downloading and remapping, Im sending feedback and this guy is getting back to me quickly and making more adjustments, this goes on for awhile with some success but ultimately I ended up taking it to the dealership, This is where it gets really good, The dealership says a lot of times its a tuner problem but once they see the exchanges between me and this guy at VH? the maps, the adjustments, tuner is ruled out immediately and they are like whoa? No excuses allowed here, we need to figure this out and its not the tuner.Its because of the help I received that the tuner was not an easy excuseIts because of the help I received that the dealership had a direction to go when diagnosing the issueIts because of the help I received that Im writing this long winded Thank You to C.M. and the folks at VH for standing behind their product and helping their customers. Now I feel bad for not buying VH after market pipes! (i like my rush pipes though) I also like the service department at my dealership, the mechanic is great, their service advisor is great so I have no complaint there, but the VH customer service is a rare find today, I appreciate it, I will champion it for VH and I will recommend VH to anyone. I appreciate the help and say thanks...Thats my experience
I had a great experience with Vance and Hines. I have a 2015 Dyna Street Bob with their staggered Big Shots and the FP3 tuner. Amazing products. One of my heat shields failed on me about 2 years after install, and fell off. Cheyne McNab was awesome with their support and sent me a replacement the same day. Thank you guys!
March 2, 2020. I bought 2 replacement heat sheilds for my Harley 1200. Which I end up selling it, a day before the shipment came to my home. I called and sent ut back to V&H. Then this covid happen. Warehouse was closed, then open a few weeks later. Mid July no refund yet, getting the run around when I will receive my money back. I called my bank to file a dispute. Bad customer service at V&H
I recently installed a FP3 on my FXBB and started getting an error code for the idle speed control. This was on Saturday around 7:30-8pm. I sent an email and because of it being the weekend I expected to get a reply Monday (today). Surprise to myself they actually got back to me yesterday asking to send in the map. I did what they asked and the bike was running great within a short amount of time. I am very satisfied with the customer service This was my 1st V&H purchase but I will definitely be prioritizing them for any future part purchases.
I ordered the new fp3 tuner for my road glide. I was having issues programming it and call customer service. The employee That helped over the phone was fast, knew what he was doing and helped me fix the problem. Cheyne McNab, thank you very much for your help!
Bought an $800 pipe and the first 2 were dented and scratched. The 3rd one was fine until not even 1000 miles and its rusting from under the paint! The bracket even has a chip of paint missing and three brackets later I get a decent bracket. Also had to wait over a month for a new pipe and right out of the box it has a dent! Emailed the same guy back, sent a message to the help center on the website and called multiple times and NO response! Im about to deploy and I dont have time for this!
Nice product but customer service is rubbish. None of the uk distributors are supporting spares anymore meaning if you damage you EXPENSIVE exhaust over the pond you have to buy a complete new one or find someone to import it. A plea to customer support for help kept just telling me to contact the distributors which I had told them I had already done. Ever get the feeling a company does not want your business! NEVER AGAIN!

I needed a hard to find baffle. So i contacted them. I have never had better customer service from the speed of their email responses to how friendly they were when I went to pick up the part. MARK IS THE MAN. he really made me feel valued. I couldnt be happier. I will always rock Vance and Hines on all my bikes.
Literally the worst experience of my life. Worst customer service ever! Gave us a tracking number and then told us the credit card info was wrong the next day. HOW?!? ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS YOU ARE LESS THEN 2 HOURS AWAY WHERE IS MY EXHAUST BRACKET!!! Learn proper customer service or stop being a company. Makes me sick!
Truely the biggest help I have received ever from a company. Cheyne tech support from Vance and Hines went literally above and beyond to help me out. The WORST company that i deal with!!!!! Waiting for my order more than 6 month and still did not get it! I placed an order February 2016 and still for 6 month they did not send my part, they said it will be shipped overnight, but still nothing for 6 month. Every time when im trying to call to customer support and talk to supervisor or manager, every time they having lunch or running to the car. BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!!! Main manager always traveling and never call back after i left voice mail.
I have had Vance and Hines slip ons in my Harley since I bought my bike and love the sound and look it adds to my ride, but that is not why I’m writing this review, thier customer service is second to none! I needed a replacement part and they went beyond expectations. Thank you Steve and team.
Great product customer support. I purchased the fp3 fuelpak for my 2010 softail deluxe and had changed out the stock air cleaner to the v02 drak by Vance and hines. Also changed out my exhaust to bassani road rage 2to1. I got in touch with vance and hines via their website during normal operating business hours when there live chat option was available. I let them know my setup and they gave me instructions on what to do. Well I was at work at the time and was unable to do so. Cheyne with vance and hines carried the conversation from live chat to my email where I was able to do the changes to my bike during the weekend. Im really happy with the results and things couldnt have gone smoother than it did by the way this was all done on my smartphone samsung galaxy s6 edge from live website chat to the email and of course flashing, uploading, and downloading the maps thanks again :)

The absolute worst after market slip ons ever. I have bought my last Vance and Hines product. Chrome started to flake soon after installed. Customer service is a joke. Ill give Rinehart my hard earned $ in the feature.
When I got there the receptionist was very kind and greeted me as I walked in. And when I was assisted by the sales guy he was extremely helpful. Couldnt ask for better service!
