This place is pretty nice. Excellent customer service!

I placed an order with them and it was explained to me how long it would take and how it would arrive. When nothing showed up within the time frame told to me, I called to check. Whoever I spoke to could find no evidence of any order I placed. Of course, I was frustrated and ended up just hanging up, since Ive had to deal with a lot of businesses who dont come through. To my surprise, about a week later, my order shows up along with a letter stating that Brian had sent my order free to me to make up for the mix up. I thought that was definitely customer service! How many places ever really care that much? So, I was VERY pleased in the end.
