I called in to customer service and they immediately sent us a shipping label, repaired it quickly and sent it back. While their stock is quite limited, what they do have is high quality and delivered quickly, Ive ordered several items from them and Ive been satisfied by every one, my only complaint is the slightly more expensive shipping than its contenders, but the 1-2 day delivery makes up for it

I bought the double bell 1911 CO2 blowback from this place, turns out the gun was broken when it got here and broke on its first CO2 cartridge. I took it as a small mistake and returned it they were really nice and helpful. Then I went to buy an M4 and my order goes threw but it took a week with it still in processing and then when I finally Email them they say that it was out of stock right after I ordered it. I got an refund at least, so they have a small problem with selling their airsoft guns but the customer service is great just some minor things they need to fix.

Yesterday I came into the warehouse and Matt was incredibly helpful, allowing me to test fire a plethora of different guns, test compatibility, and overall be a hassle. At their warehouse location they have a firing range where you can test fire the guns and chrono to ensure the gun youre buying will be usable at your field. I found the warehouse service to be wonderful, with Matt being happy to bring me any gun I wanted to test fire in a matter of minutes, straight to the range where I could get a feel for how it fires out of the box. If youre looking for more of a storefront where you can browse, any of the warehouse workers will direct you to a nearby partner of theirs that is more akin to a retail store. The service was excellent and I felt confident and comfortable in making my purchase. Matts awesome!

Customer service is non existent with this company. I needed help with a recent purchase and all they would say is,“you voided your warranty.” They just took the money and ran. All they had to do was provide a little technical assistance but they wouldn’t do that or refund my purchase.

Very negative experience. We purchased 2 HK Heckler & Koch HK416 Airsoft Guns. We held on to them until Christmas. Our kids opened them and neither works.The company is correct. We are outside of their 30 day return policy. Shame on us for not opening the toys right when they arrived and trying them out. They did offer to take a look for a fee. It feels very much like Ive been ripped off. Its amazing that both dont work.We now own two pristine Airsoft Guns that dont work and are out a couple of hundred bucks.I guess thats the price of learning to do business locally and in person.

We had such a great experience with Airsoft Megastore. Our initial order was missing some of the items shipped, and the manager when above and beyond to get the missing items to us, throwing in some free things that made my son so happy. We will definitely order from them again after the personal service they offered. All the products came in great shape and are high quality.

Bought some stuff online and had some issues putting the order in. I called and somebody picked up despite the reviews of them not picking up calls. I forgot who I dealt with but he straightened my order out and I ended up going to pick it up. Only problem I had was I was expecting a store front where I can look around, I would have purchased more if there was. You really have to know what your looking for and they will have it. I have no problem browsing ther online catalog, and driving 15 minutes to get it. Better prices than Evike, but no store front. Great sales, will be back.

I used to think this store was great, but now not so much.Their customer service quality is poor and they take several days to respond. Their team communication also lacks and they can be out of stock on something and it allows you to order it only to have your package delayed. The selection is decent and they package their shipments well, but you may have a rough time if anything goes wrong.

Airsoft gun didnt work from day one and NO response from customer service after two weeks of trying to get an RMA number to return it! Of course, I find out after ordering the gun for my sons graduation present that the company has a D- rating with the BBB. ugh

The mask I received had issues with the velcro coming off. I needed a mask before a game on Friday, so I wanted to order a better mask. Rommel really heard me out and took initiative. I placed an order over the phone with him to get the better replacement mask shipped asap.Update:Once again, I got Rommel on the phone over an order I wanted to place but the promo code wasnt working. He told me to place the order anyways and I would get a refund for the promo code amount right away. He did just as promised and even had my stuff processed and sent out right away. Highly recommend this company. Airsoft stuff is a hit or miss if youre new to the sport.If its your first time shopping for airsoft my tips are:-call them and ask for advice-if your budget is below $200 for a rifle you will be limited in choices that are good quality-let them know if youre comfortable with products that use gas (gas powered pistols, etc)-see if there are weights listed for the guns and find something within that weight amount at home, imagine yourself carrying something that heavy (even running around) for 15 minutes at a time for 2 hours or more. Even 20 pounds can tire you out, especially if youre buying for a kid

Made one of those giant tax rebate orders (~600 dollars). M16, M203, ammo, grenades, you name it. Opened the box, NO M203!!! Contacted support, they shot a replacement right over to me. Had it before weekend games! Never had one problem with this site that wasnt fixed immediately.

In all honesty this is the best airsoft store I have come across. They offer great brands at great prices and they are reliable. I have full confidence in shopping on this site. I have bought all my guns on this site and have no intentions of changing this. Keep up the good work!

Just support your local store, because they normally help you instantly. The place may seem good with all the stuff they have but it’s not. We got a really good gun but it was falsely advertised to come with a battery which once we ordered took over a month to ship. Then the gun worked for two months before it broke. But the gun shoots 30 FPS higher than what we thought it would. When we tried to contact them they never answered also.(emails and phone calls)

When I find a gun I like I usually research prices from different stores and websites. Airsoft Megastore definitely wins hand down. The prices they have for the merchandise they sell is beyond excellent. I got a Full Metal M1911 spring for only $25. Its still working after a year of use!

Great customer service,In my opinion Mr. John Hunter must have a bad taste in his mouth because no one gave him free stuff and decided to leave an emotionally charged negative review.I myself did not receive any free stuff either, nor am I writing this to put anyone down.Not that I dont want free stuff, who dosent want free stuff but I understand that the main purpose of a business, any business, is to generate income, not cater to unreasonable individuals, or competitors, which ever mr. Hunter may be.I will do my best to keep my emotions out of this review but please try to understand I am human.All I know is that Romel knocked it out of the park, as far has:-being knowledgeable with out being condescending,-putting in the extra work to find an effective solution for my problems-answering the phone all 20 or so times I called-Romel went out of his way to triple check my sons rifle model to ensure he was sending the correct length outter barrel, when it arrived not only was it the right length(allowed use of tracer unit) but it also slid perfectly over the inner barrel ( minimized vibration/improved accuracy) as well as snugged up the hop up unit. This fixed the consistency in fps between shots to the point where, on full auto the bbs made a straight solid stream with out colliding with each other and it no longer skipped shots!!!!( easy to see imperfections in BB flight at night time with glowing ammo).Game changer!!!!The rifle has been under heavy use by a 12 y/old for about 4 months ( shot about 4000 rounds a weekend, usually on full auto, lol). I thought I was going to have to buy my son a new rifle because the internals were crapping out on him.Turns out the factory outter barrel that came on rifle was the culprit and I was able to fix all these annoying issues for under $60.Because of this I will infact buy my boy a new rifle and I will look no were else but airsoft mega store for everything airsoft related from now on.Top notch seller.Thanks Again Romel.

My son loves his new MK96, looks amazing! Very fast delivery, the reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because as a free gift we were supposed to receive knee pads, but instead we received a paracord bracelet. And I had a little trouble with the order being processed correctly and the customer service is absolutely terrible, almost completely non exsistent. The product we received though was in excellent condition, packaged very well and was delivered super fast.I would recommend.

There are so many amazing things about this store I could list, but Ill keep it to my best experience. While getting back into airsoft, I was in need of a plate carrier. I searched many popular websites and the best products were actually Airsoft Megastore Armory products. I purchased one of these plate carriers, included with all the pouches I could ever need, at a ridiculous low price. Its by far the best deal Ive found for the long lasting quality it has had. Ever since I purchased the plate carrier, Ive unknowingly convinced 2 friends to get similar vests from AMA. They aren’t the manufacturer... so all the bad reviews are in poor taste, know what you’re ordering...“The cloths didn’t fit” and “the battery was dead” ... that was your mistake not knowing what you’re buying.Over seas goods aren’t made in the USA, so the quality control is not on their end, and getting a refund is nice of them, yeah you pay the shipping, duh... noobs.

Ordered my shipment 4 days ago and they just started to process my order. Not a big deal - except for the fact that I chose the 3 day shipping process. Im extremely disappointed that I chose one of the fastest shipping options and will be getting my order at the same time it would take Evike to send an order through standard shipping.

Although I have had few transactions with Airsoft Megastore I would say Ive never had a dissatisfaction with their service. One of my first orders in the airsoft market was for a friend just getting into the sport, and we found a great deal on a starting bolt action rifle. I was surprised by the speed at which the order was processed and shipped out from their warehouse. I have definitely suggested their business to other friends interested in the sport of Airsoft.

Despite having great deals and good airsoft guns, their shipping handling and customer service is pretty bad. they have declined my friends calls (3) never gave him a tracking or shipping confirmation. (4 days). i also contacted UPS and asked why they rescheduled my package a day before the original date to the day of my trip and they said the seller never delivered the package on time to the outpost. not only did they not inform me of the change but they also charged me $15.95 for a flat rate. dont buy from here if you are on a specific time frame or if you want reliability.

Dont be fooled by the low prices. If I could give this terrible company negative stars I would. As many others have said, they have not responded to numerous emails and have auto disconnected me while on holding on the phone for 2 weeks now!

The worst customer service I have experienced when purchasing online products. Would not even give them a one (1) star rating. I have repeatedly requested the status on a return sniper rifle we purchased for my son and not one responds via email. I have placed two dozen phone calls and no one ever answers the phone. I would not recommend this store to anyone who values customer service or quality of their products. My next step is to report them to the BBB so everyone can be warned of this very poor business!

Nice quality guns for cheap. Customer service however is not good. Emailed them about my gun two weeks ago and still havent got an email back. Then I emailed Evike, they got back to me on the same day I emailed them.

Some good deals to be had but awful customer service. They sent me the wrong items and I emailed them over a week ago. Never heard back, they dont answer the phone. They post frequently on social media but when you ask for help there they just ignore you. 2 stars because I got some good deals, but if you have a problem with your order you are S.O.L. If I could give these losers no stars I would, they are the worst. DO NOT...DO NOT...DO NOT ever order anything from them. I placed an order and they sent me the wrong gun. I have been calling and email for over two months but no one ever answers. The phone number in the confirmation email is disconnected and the number on their website just rings until it gets disconnected. There are many other better options to order from, do not use these clowns and move on to someone else.

I tried to unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of these messages, but the link doesnt work. Then I tried calling customer service and asked the person who answered to get me unsubscribed. She said shed take care of it. That didnt work either. Finally, I sent them an email. Still nothing. Bottom line: as long as they keep sending me these annoying ads, Ill keep taking my business elsewhere.

Had bought a AMS Hydration pack and also a Tanker Stock. Both Items came in quickly and worked like a charm at a national op. Most defiantly will buy from them again..

Multiple magazines that i bought were made in china and do not feed the BB into the guns which they were intended for. I called, no answer, and i emailed the tech support with no response. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Last year we made a purchase from this place and all was good; quick shipping, quality product, etc. I made an order recently that still has not arrived AND no one will return calls or answer emails, but they will take your money. Before you buy, call the customer service number for yourself and then youll know firsthand that no one answers and no one will call you back. Luckily I paid through PayPal and will get a refund. Buy from someone else and save yourself a lot of heartache and worry. I dont know what happened to this company, but from my recent experience I will never buy from them again. I would give them zero stars, but thats not possible. Also, just check out the BBB complaints on this company. They are not a BBB company so that should tell you something too.

Airsoft Megastore has definitely raised the bar when it comes to online airsoft retailers. Most of the time you had to choose between a user friendly site, quality customer service, and decent inventory. AM surpassed all my previous online airsoft experiences and its plain to see the other guys are still playing catch-up.

Ordered an APS Shotgun, and was told it shipped. No tracking information was provided. Called them out on it a week latter just trying to get my purchase without any issues. Things happen people forget.Get an automatized email from UPS that my Replica has shipped and will be here in a week. Still no answer from them on the subject. I ordered something in stock, was told it ships same day. Was lied to. Was shipped the item (or they just printed a shipping label) a week latter, with no contact from the store.I have yet to see why they have any good reviews as I have never had a positive experience with this business.

Went to purchase airsoft gear but they dont accept walk ins only online orders but you can get will call so I star making the order online at the parking lot and I went to ask how long it will take to process the order, they told me at least 5hrs. So if anybody want to order and pick it up there, order it a day before, also is close Saturdays and Sundays

Bought a Lancer Tactical and that had a bad battery. Called customer service, they answered my call 1 time, told me I had a bad charger, I bought the smart charger they referred me to plus an extra battery. 1st Battery was still bad, wouldn’t hold charge, but they wouldn’t know. They never answered my calls after to try to get a replacement. Buyer Beware. I will NEVER buy anything from them. Seriously, NEVER.

As of right now not sure about your store. My wife just purchased some items for my sons Christmas gift. Your policy is over so much no shipping cost but your online business charge the shipping anyway. My wife called me and explained this to me. I have tried for the last six hours to call this company. To my surprise there is no voicemail no machine and nobody picks up the phone. I can only hope this is a legit business and does not take advantage of people and I truly hope that the business contacts me . And then I can rewrite this review and give it a five star rating as of right now I am very concerned that this is a legitimate business
