Our favorite FBO....truly outstanding service. By the time we shut down and got out of our plane the rental car was on the ramp and ready to go. Leaving, we just left the keys in the car (on the ramp) and they took care of everything. Wow...

One of the best FBOs in New Mexico in my opinion. The service here is always top notch and the facilities are gorgeous. I highly recommend stopping in.

Amazing service. The manager gave me his brand new headset to borrow on a ferry flight across the country. Best FBO Ive ever been to.

Great place to watch planes

What can I say, awesome service from the beginning to the end. We arrived with a Debonair and the reserved Hertz car was ready on the ramp so we could unload the plane. Plane was tied done immediately. It was Friday in the evening and we had a mechanical issue. While we immediately got the AOG number for Aero Services, we were catered with a hot coffee and a biscochito, the national cookie of New Mexico.On the next morning our plane was towed to Aero Services. While waiting for a diagnosis I had another coffee and a cinnamon roll.On our departure we could drop the car with the front desk and leave with a fixed plane.Thank you Michaela and team, you did an awesome job!

Always receive friendly and prompt service when visiting this FBO! Line staff is very attentive. They even have NM green chile for sale inside. Just Excellent! We will be back!

Best FBO I have ever experienced. Went to Santa Fe for fun and needed somewhere to hangar my plane. Upon turning off the runway onto the taxiway. There was a Jet Center vehicle directing me where to go and park. I followed the vehicle to parking and as soon as I shut the engine down Jet Center linemen were helping us unload the plane and they pulled up our rental car right to the plane. My friends were welcomed inside the Jet Center FBO like family. Coffee, snacks, and refreshments were promptly offered to all of them. We were there for only a few minutes before driving off in the rental car. Jet Center employees took care of everything else. It was a very easy, and welcoming experience. I would recommend Jet Center to everyone and hangar my aircraft with them again

Funny that that last guy to give a review said they should open up a school on how to run a fbo, :),,! That is the truth. The only other place I found comparable to Santa Fe Jet Center is Paducah Kentucky.I think it has something to being a Class D space Airport, I always find D spaces to be nicer people.Jet Center had my rent a car waiting for me I pull up. They Park me next to my Rent-A-Car. I literally pulled my bags out of cargo and put into the trunk of the rental car. They cautiously and carefully towed my plane back to the hanger. I even believe they read a bedtime story to my plane. All of this for a cost of $6 per day. For the service they gave me I didnt even ask what the fuel cost was to fill up my plane. Do not even consider using their competitor Signature Air.

Originally I’m from south Florida and traveled to many different airport FBOs, flying LR-35 today I visited Jet Center at Santa Fe, NM and the stuffs are the most beautiful, humble and professional people I ever see. Definitely I would recommend this FBO and for sure I will visit them again 👍

These guys should open a school on how to run an FBO!! Ive been in here in Citations, King Airs and little putt putts. I receive the same excellent service every time.

I showed up without notice with a firefighting helicopter. There was already someone marshaling me. They installed cones around the helicopter. At the fbo, the whole staff was very accomodating. We helped ourselves of coffee and popcorn. Candy, water and sodas were also available. We stayed for several days supporting the Venado fire and everyday we “invaded” the fbo. It is clean, spacious and the staff did everything to help us. A special mention goes to Lorena. She went above & beyond and recommended hotels, restaurants, etc. She also provided me and my mechanic with temporary passes so that we could access the helicopter. Very satisfied.
