Highly recommend Lucky Dog Hi-FI for any AV needs. They were professional, fair priced and did an exceptional job installing my Frame TV. I was looking for a company that could do a clean TV install with hidden wiring running through a thick and hard to work with plaster wall casing. Couldnt be more pleased with the results.

I am new to the world of decent audio equipment and I had just received my receiver. My excitement was curbed by the fact that the receiver did not come with speaker wires. (Not purchased from Lucky Dog.)Several stores in town were out. But, I have Danny from Lucky Dog to thank for saving the day. He went out of his way to get me some wire outside of working hours and at no charge with the promise that I would look them up when I was in the market for an upgrade. Which I most definitely will. In a word—wow! Im grateful to the hi-fi gods for steering me to Lucky Dog Hi-Fi and co-owner Truewill Mashburn. It all started with a broken 60s-era Thorens turntable. After calling all the high-end audio stores in Santa Fe, only Lucky Dog knew the brand and how and where to get it fixed. Since then, Lucky Dog has helped me build a stellar hi-fi system that not only sounds remarkable, but is also a visual work of art. Truewill is a brilliant and supremely patient audio savant who took the time to learn about the eclectic mix of music I enjoy, to observe the physical space in which I listen to it and to consider the visual and audio aesthetics that are important to me. Taking into account all those variables, he provided what he thought were the best choices for what I could afford, giving me the pros and cons of each and making numerous trips to my house so we could hear what works best with my finicky Magnepan speakers. I am supremely pleased with the results.

These guys are true experts in their field. They have installed and maintained my whole house audio/video system with home automation. All equipment is located and distributed from a media closet. They are a wealth of knowledge and are able to troubleshoot their way out of any technical difficulty. I have been inviting them in to my home unattended since 2014. Very honest and trustworthy. And clearly he is dedicated to this, not his wallet. I’ve known Truewill over 17 years and I have always hoped he would find a way to share his dedication to finding the highest quality audio equipment, his audio expertise, and his love for music with those that would appreciate it. When I met Truewill, I was listening to Elton John on a cheap boombox, thinking because it was loud it must be good. After Truewill introduced me to my first pair of studio monitors, I realized how wrong one person could actually be about audio equipment and sound, in general. Truewill not only recommended the studio monitors to me, but he showed me where to place the speakers in my room and where to sit so that I could experience the best sound coming from my new speakers. It changed me, I feel excited and grateful that I now have a way to hear music the way artists intended it to be heard.
