Ive owned an RX since it was new 12 years ago. Everyone said it always looked like new because it was so well cared for. Then I got T-boned. Broke my heart. Alan and Eric at Mastercraft said no problem, and even though the insurance company for the guy that hit me tried to cheap out by sending me a check for what they thought it should cost, Eric said dont worry, this car will go home in the same condition it was before the accident and they will pay. Wow! No banging out dents, NEW door and a color match that is absolutely perfect. And even the small details were obviously done with pride. The insurance company ended up paying what Eric said it should. Mastercraft did what they claimed theyd do and delivered the car the day they predicted. Great folks and incredible workmanship. There is no way anyone could ever tell the vehicle had been in a accident. Their prices are very fair and the car was perfect when I got it back.

My husband needed a minor body repair a few months ago on his car and was very pleased with the work that was done by Alan and his crew at Mastercraft Collision on Rufina Ct. in Santa Fe.It was my turn this time, needing some repair work from a parking lot fender bender to my RAV4. Alan was once again the consummate professional and did a great job with the entire process. He handled all the back and forth with our insurance company and made the whole thing as easy as possible. The work was fantastic and you couldnt tell that any damage had been done to the area that was repaired. The paint matching was spot on and the original estimate was fair and he stuck to it- even refunding us for a part that he just couldnt get from Toyota (which did not affect the repair at all).He is one of the nicest and most honest people in the business and his employees are top of the line and know exactly what they are doing.We will use Mastercraft any time in the future for needed body repairs without a minute of hesitation.

While attempting to back across a small ditch a few days ago I managed to pick the steepest section and knocked the rear bumper panel out of alignment and the rear wheel trim panel got pushed out as well. An exceedingly dumb maneuver.Thinking I would surely have to file an insurance claim and would need both a new bumper panel and rear wheel panel, I scoured the reviews of area body shops and came across some nice reviews for Mastercraft Collision Center on Rufina Ct. in Santa Fe. I decided to give them a try, and I was very glad I did.The shop is owned and operated by Alan Gomez -who has got to be one of the nicest and most honest people in the business. I brought the car in on a Friday morning and after inspecting the damage he told me the bumper panel did not need to be replaced, and could be removed, realigned, and put back in place with the existing tabs, and in the process, this would hold the wheel panel in place as well. If needed he would apply glue which would hold it in place forever.I dropped it off on Monday morning, and about 90 minutes later got a call that it was ready to go. The work was done to perfection (no glue needed) and was completely unnoticeable (which is exactly what you want with body work). Even more spectacular was the price- $135 including tax and labor.Moral of the story- your car is not invincible (even a Subaru), so dont do stupid things to it, but if you do, and suffer some body damage, call Alan at Mastercraft. No need to look anywhere else.

MasterCraft Collision delivered quality work at a very reasonable price. The paint job is beautiful! My truck looks like new again, and I couldnt be more pleased. If you are looking for paint and body work, I highly recommend this shop!

Great helpful staff and good work

I am happy to endorse this place. They could have told me I needed a new rear end or something and Id not known the difference. But no, they said they just needed to shift some body parts back into place and Id be fine.A few hours later THEY DELIVERED MY CAR back to my house and the cost was very reasonable. And in fact, I was so pleased, I gave the boss a bit more than the bill required.

Our car had been damaged on the drivers side door only. The fact that the car is pearl white concerned me. Was somebody going to be able to match my paint?! Ive seen really poor repairs in the past. When we picked up our car, I was very excited to see that they had done a wonderful repair job.....and had matched/blended the paint beautifully! These guys are great!
