This store carries high quality spas. However, most important to us was getting the guidance we needed since we know so little about hot tubs. Thats where Hot Spring Spas really shines. Tony was an extraordinary help, sharing with us what we needed to know, never pressuring us. The post purchase follow up was also outstanding. I doubt we will be purchasing another spa for at least a few years, however if and when we do it will definitely be here.

I do my research before purchasing anything, but especially when it comes to big ticket items. When I finally decided I was in the market for a hot tub, I realized there were only so many reviews I could read and my next step had to be actually seeing a tub and talking to the experts. There are 3 shops in Santa Fe and I went to all of them. Hot Springs Spas was the only showroom that had a full floor displaying all their models. It was important to me to actually be able to sit in the tub. And Tony was so helpful and not at all pushy. I liked that. And lastly, they are the only tubs in town that can be salt water or chlorine. I wanted that option. I highly recommend Hot Springs Santa Fe and Tony!

Great place to buy a tub. Mine had to be lifted over my house with a crane. Tony got it done. Then when my electrician didn’t wire it for 220, Tony helped me find the info so I could make the change myself. Finally whenever I have a question about balancing or chemicals, I can get help. Invaluable.

This is an excellent place with a great selection of hot tubs -- plus the people are super-nice and responsive. Everyone who was involved in getting our hot tub to us was experienced, competent and friendly -- genuinely nice people. Tony, who runs the showroom in Santa Fe, is a terrific guy who came out to our house on his day off to get our hot tub up and running -- and then gave my wife and me an hour-long tutorial on how to operate and maintain our new Jetsetter hot tub, which we love. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hot tub.

My husband and I bought a JetSetter XL spa from the Santa Fe Hot Springs store and after four months, it was finally delivered to our house. The Covid pandemic is responsible for the long delay, and Tony, the general manager of the store, did everything possible to smooth over the long wait. We had a few hiccups with the initial set up, but ultimately Tony made everything right for us. We are not new to Hot Springs spas and I would not own anything else. I was not familiar with the salt water set up and the learning curve has been challenging but Tony came over to our house on his day off from work and taught me how to do it. He runs a one-man shop here in Santa Fe and it is a very busy store. I think he could use some help (for instance, if he is with a customer he doesnt answer the phone) yet he is good about returning the calls. We look forward to a long relationship with the store and Tony.

Buying a hot tub can be confusing. We did the read up, asked friends, and visited a few stores. Tony at Hot Spring stood out. First off, no high pressure sales vibe. Second, a great selection. Third, hands on help throughout the entire process. We ended up with a nice round Nordic perfect for our yard and kiddos. Everything was on time and professional. Tony even drove to our house after work to help install a shelf. Who does that? All our research indicated that buying is only step one. You need ongoing reliable customer service for these beasts. Hot Spring has that in spades. Highly recommend.

Not much of a Star War fan, but Toni, the Spa Jedi Knight, did a commanding job in getting my husband and me the exact tub we were searching for.When we came in to the Santa Fe showroom, we had our bathing suits on and we were ready to plunge into some tubs and into a tub purchase. My husband had an idea about purchasing a mid range priced tub, but after trying one of the Hot Springs tubs, we were pretty much sold on that brand. This is where Tonys selling skills came into play. Accurate information, pros and cons, anecdotal stories, and a perfect laid back demeanor all helped us decide on getting a five person Sovereign tub. There was no hard sell involved, and yet, I really believe Tony knew what we were really wanting in a hot tub, long before we knew.I liked our entire experience in finding the perfect hot tub. We have had the Sovereign tub for ten days, and we have spent each evening soaking away all our covid-19 worries and counting all the stars in the sky and all the pruney skin wrinkles from our overly extended immersions.

My experience was this: I went to three stores in Santa Fe, NM looking at hot tubs and the only place that Id ever buy a hot tub from again was here. I walked in and looked at the same hot tub for over a year and ALWAYS received a welcoming environment and absolutely no pressure for anything more than I was willing to spend. They worked with me for price, have regular discounts and the puppy that meets you at the front door is the sweetest thing on the planet.Its currently November in NM, I HIGHLY encourage you to get a hot tub if you dont have one already!!Best investment Ive ever made! And it was SO nice not to have to deal with typical salesman techniques or pressure to spend more than I was willing. Totally recommend Hot Springs. Tony is professional and very helpful. The purchase was stress free. He gave us a name of some electricians. Steve Killingsworth was our electrician was thorough and even found electrical error from the previous electrician. The guys who dropped off the tub and hauled our old one away extremely professional. Ive lived here all my life and purchasing the right tub to suit our needs was important, and is an expense that you will probably have a a long time. Totally recommend!

The owner made a special trip to my house just to scout the location. He took a lot of time to make sure the setup process went smoothly.
