The Good Water Company went above and beyond on our whole house filtration system. From the initial quote, to an on-site visit before purchase, through installation and follow-up testing, the team was phenomenal to work with. They arrived promptly on all occasions and Jes at the office was always incredibly helpful whenever we called in to discuss the process. I wouldnt hesitate to use The Good Water Company for any of your home water needs.
I contacted Good Water of Santa Fe to do a service call on my Kinnetico softner. I told them what was going on and the issues I was having. They told me they still service Kinnetico. On the 17th of August, the technician arrived and spent 1 hour looking over the system and then left stating on the ticket what he thought was wrong. There was no repair and what I found out later is he had no parts for Kinnetico softners. Several calls later with no call backs I finally talked to Adam stating it would be more cost efficient to buy a new unit for $2800. That is not what I originally had in mind. They should of told me from the initial call they had no parts. At that point I would not have scheduled the service call.
Love you guys! Technician was prompt, thorough, and energetic, and fast.
Ive written few bad reviews in my life. But Goodwater needs a bad review. I contacted them about a RO upgrade. Someone came out right away it cost $45 and that was the last I heard from them. Weeks later after being told someone would contact me, then the owner would contact me, nobody ever contact me. I finally asked for my money back. I was told yes, and now 2 weeks later nothing. I dont know what the problem is but I cannot recommend them.
The purchase of a water softener from Good Water Co was a great experience. Adam travelled 2 hours to my home to perform a water test and explain options. He was knowledgeable and provided in depth information about various offerings. When the install date arrived, David and James did an excellent job installing the unit in my garage and running lines in the crawlspace. They were knowledgeable, couteous, and efficient. They took great care to ensure the unit was installed in the least intrusive way possible. They also spent time explaining the units operation after the installation. Aubrie, the office manager was very pleasant and helpful in facilitating payment and scheduling. I highly recommend Good Water Co.
We needed a full complement of our whole-house and under-sink filters replaced. The Good Water technician provided a fully professional experience, including a recommendation of not changing one of the filters after it tested to be satisfactory. The tech then left a complete written description of the work completed. With this and very fair pricing, we will be using Good Water for regular maintenance on our water system.
We just bought an under-sink reverse osmosis system from Good Water Co., and are now liberated from drinking the heavily chlorinated, foul tasting water coming from the tap. And no more filling water jugs at the store! Cristian was very friendly and helpful at the sales end of our purchase, and Jason provided fast and friendly installation. Im happy to support a local business when I can count on excellent service and product support.
I called Good Water with an emergency - an overflowing tank. Got great service. Their engineer Ralph Garza squeezed us into their schedule, was thorough in his analysis of the problem, found a replacement pump and valve, and returned to install it, all in one day. That makes ten straight years of excellent service from Good Water.
I spoke with Christian and others in this office, needing a full home system for my home. Christian was over to my house quoted me a price of over $10,000. Thereafter a great many phone calls never returned my calls. I live in the Pojoaque basin area water surface source to have arsenic, uranium, nitrates, manganese and other contaminants to high degree. Is of utmost importance to have a quality home system in place. Their customer service is lacking to high degree. I also went over to see them at their office, they all had “deer in headlights” look on their faces acted incapable of answering my questions. Not smart on their products at all... as well I suppose by the looks of their service van is a true give away. I finally went with a company out of El Paso. I now have an excellent system and paid substantially less. Customer service with this company is also excellent as noted on their site...THE GOOD WATER GUY is the name of the company in El Paso. They know their stuff, and will take care of you. They are a quick return, same day in customer service, speak with Dennis. This is your company ... believe me!
I HAVE HAD A HAGUE WHOLE HOUSE WATER CONDITIONER AND UNDER THE SINK RO SYSTEM FROM GOOD WATER SINCE 2006. WE SEE THEM YEARLY AT OUR HOUSE TO REPLACE OUR FILTERS AND CHECK OUT SYSTEM. THEY HAVE BEEN PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL, NICE, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE SINCE I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THEM, YEAR AFTER YEAR. CHRISTIAN IS A GEM. HE HAS INCREDIBLE KNOWLEDGE COUPLED WITH A GREAT PERSONALITY. HE IS ALWAYS THERE FOR US. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MAKE SURE YOU AND YOUR FAMILY IS DRINKING AND/OR BATHING IN HIGH QUALITY, SAFE WATER.
Jason and Subie came out to service my water filtration system and they couldnt have been nicer and more efficient. They even brought a treats for my dogs! They were great! We have had our system for several years and have always had great service.
Ive been a Good Water Company since 1992 having owned three homes. Subie and Jason provided the best ever annual service Ive ever received. I will continue being a Good Water Company customer and highly recommend them to anyone.
Needed a TDS test for my company to turn into the state. This company is Sophomoric. Never tested it, didn’t know when they would have anyone to test it. Finally 5 days later went and picked up my sample to take to another lab. This test would have taken them about 5 min. I tested the sample myself but the state needed a lab to do it.
Considering that an under sink R/O unit sells for less than $300 NO, I will never again use Good Water again. They took away the old unit (for repair). So the repair would have been $800, new unit was $1100.They replaced the pressure tank even though I had 2 like new under the sink. The new R/O was identical to the old. They threw away my old R/O unit (they said), I could have cleaned it for about $30. They never installed one of the filters during installation. They punched a hole in my sink drain which I had to repair. They installed a new water tap fixture even though the one they took out was like new. AND I had to stop them from taking away my hardware (pressure tank, tap fixture, filter) when they were leaving.I got nickled and dimed to death with them keeping, trashing, and replacing parts & pieces. The quality of the work is fair. For $1100 it was a joke.
Excellent, very necessary! Must have! Why spend more money annually buying bottles of water at Wal-mart (that sit out in the sun on a pellet before shelved properly) when you can invest in your own customized system at home! Cheers to your health---😉 Thanks for your time Dean and Dannette!Dez M.
Had a very similar experience as John Smith. $1,000 wasted on an RO for two years of decent performance. We bought recommended filters and membranes, paid for yearly service and when it wasnt working at all, was told it wasnt covered on warranty. They wanted another $300 + for the fix (not including labor). This isnt rocket science and felt nickeled and dimed until I finally said enough. Dont depend on The Good Water Company for something as simple as a reverse osmosis system. Might as well spend less with someone else. These guys want Nordstrom pricing with Walmart performance. With that said...the service and sales people are wonderful. Courteous and professional.
Annual Softener and RO systems checkups, job well done, thanks to Subie!
Ralph was very professional, friendly, and helpful.
