I recently had work in my kitchen done by Finishing Touch. The workers that completed the job are expert skilled craftsmen, and very professional. The workmanship is absolutely beautiful for the granite counter tops, and the flooring is impeccable. The show room staff are very knowledgable about the products, and can answer any questions about the materials. It was a pleasure working with the all of the staff. I highly recommend Finishing Touch if you are renovating any room in your house.

My experience began at Santa Fe Flooring. Janelle was there and she was very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. She saw me through the process of choosing tile for my bathrooms and entryway, letting me take samples home and making suggestions. She scheduled the appointment for the measuring, which Marcelo handled, and he was great too. Janelle scheduled the installation, which was postponed while I was on vacation, but she kept in touch while I was gone and kept me informed. We scheduled the installation which Jaime handled. He was also very friendly, a hard worker and asked me questions whenever necessary. The job was done quickly and it’s flawless! Thanks, Jaime! Janelle stayed in touch too see how things were going. She was moved to The Finishing Touch from Santa Fe Flooring, which are connected. She was there when I went to pay the balance and she was still a delight. I was fortunate to run across The Finishing Touch while looking for a source that could cut pads for carpet runners (harder to find than it sounds!). What a wonderful discovery it was! To a person, everyone I dealt with was helpful, courteous and service-oriented. They called to let me know the material had arrived and that they would call me the next day when the pads were ready. They did as promised, and all six pads were cut to the exact specifications. I wouldnt hesitate to use The Finishing Touch for any of the other services they offer: cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, window treatments—they have it all. (Their Santa Fe showroom is quite spacious.) Im so grateful to have discovered The Finishing Touch.

If your looking for the best the come to the Finishing Touch. They have a great selection of carpet, tile, and window shade coverings. Also the most important part is the staff the women in the office answered every question I have.

We had our 17 yr old hardwood floors sanded and refinished. They were prompt and responsive. When we reported some areas that needed to be corrected the day following the final coat, Angel came that night after working all day and fixed things right up. The floors are beautiful! We totally love them.

The repair on our lift-rise hunter Douglas shade was done quicker than promised and they called with an estimate before the repair. The shade now works correctly. We are very pleased with the service.

Moving from Denver to Santa Fe, and trying to manage the transition from both cities, we didn’t know how we could get new flooring in a timely fashion. Wendy helped us find the perfect carpet and managed our expectations with regards to product availability and Covid timelines. Brian Barela and his crew managed to get the carpet laid within days of our selection and purchase. It was all done with speed and accuracy. They communicated very well with us, even though we couldn’t be on hand Everyone performed at the highest level of professionalism. We are so pleased!!!

Been waiting for over a week to receive an estimate for carpet repair after a technician came to inspect my carpet. No updates from The Finishing Touch and when i called they said they dont have an installer and PROBABLY can NOT do the work since they dont have much carpet in hand. Their final responce again is well call you back! Very unpleasant experience.
