The manager is helping me a lot, I had installed a screen on my vehicle I purchased, but I had to return the vehicle to the dealership for mechanical problems so I got a different vehicle, so hes been helping me to get what I need on the new one, with the credit he gave me. They were great, I would go back again. There was a bit of a wait, but nothing out of the ordinary. I had an issue with something, I called them and was told to come back and they got it all taken care of and most importantly explained what had happened and what they did to correct it. Very good customer service.

It’s hard to believe that these guys are still in business. Taking advantage of people and ripping them off. I should have price checked some speakers I bought from audio express. Same exact speakers from Crutchfield were $50 cheaper, free shipping and included installation adapter rings and harnesses. To make matters worse, there is no refunds… what a joke!Save your money! When a dealership said my stereo speakers in my vehicle were not a priority and I couldnt get a service appointment for a couple of months for that issue I thought maybe I should contact a place specializing in automotive audio. I called Audio Express and was told I could get the problem speaker checked that day. The speaker was blown so I got new ones also the same day. I was told they are waiting to get permission to have lounge furniture back in their shop. I guess that has to do with socialdistancing.Until then, giant speakers are surprisingly comfortable seats.

They are always very professional and Mike gives good advice. If I buy something and don’t like it, Mike will change it to my satisfaction. Excellent service. .

Had a pesky problem with existing aftermarket high-end radio in my SUV. Spend months diagnosing problem, talked to manufacturer online, etc. Finally took the vehicle into Audio Express in Santa Fe, owner took a look, pressed a few buttons, works perfectly now. Would not let me pay him.Astounding! Best surprise ever, and Ive been around the proverbial block a few times. Go there!

Food came through in the clutch he got me exactly what I was looking for almost exactly what I wanted to pay. I’ve always used audio in Santa Fe and I will continue to do so I wish I had a little more money to spend I would’ve swapped out my speakers too But there’s always next time. The installers did a great job everything installed was very clean no loose wires or panels hanging off any of that nonsense, I got name brands from kicker and viper all installed with a lifetime guarantee I couldn’t be happier. They where a little rude and didn’t tell me how much it was going to be until it was all done so I ended up paying a little more than I wanted. But the work was good and my system sounds great.

Its been around a month since I first took my vehicle to Audio Express to fix my car allarm. Mike (the manager) said hed order the part and charged me almost $150. After a couple of days without hearing from Mike I called him and he told me the part had come in and to bring my truck to the store to get the alarm system fixed. I dropped off my truck at the store and gave Mike the keys and asked him to call me when my trucks alarm system was done being fixed. After 5 days of not being called by Mike, I called him and he told me the wrong part had been shipped to him! I needed my truck and ended up having to find a ride to go pick up my truck. After talking with Mike while I was picking up my truck he told me hed call me when the correct part comes in. A WEEK LATER I still hadnt heard back from him! I called him,AGAIN, asking him if he jad received the correct part. He had received the correct part but didnt bother to let me know!! Again, he said to bring my truck to the store. I did and Mike said hed call me when the job was done. 4 DAYS LATER I called him asking what the status was on my trucks alarm system. He gave me some lame excuses as to why my trucks alarm system hadnt been tended to yet but hed call me when it was fixed. I needed my truck so I went to the store and picked up my truck. After talking with Mike before leaving the store I have confirmed my previous belief that Mike doesnt appreciate my business or time. Needless to say, I am disputing the charge Mike made to my bank account and do not recommend Audio Express for even the simplest of tasks!!

Great service and quality work. They installed a new system in my 77 GMC Sierra and it looks factory. Appreciate how it all came out.

I was having and older model car radio install in a vw super beetle. I brought the car radio to the shop. I was expecting to pay from $50 - $100 to having it installed. The silver tongue manager said the speakers I was provided were shot, so I agreed to have some speakers installed costing $200. The total installation cost me $544.30. The manager had said at the beginning of the installation it would take an hour to one and one-half hour, so I told him I would wait for the installation. I started at 10: am and it was about 2:30 pm before I drove away. It was a non-standard installation. They had to cut the dash to insert the radio. I was expecting a solid mount, but on finishing it the radio could be easily pushed forward or backward. I feel they overcharged me on most of the items of the installation and waiting for about 5hrs was no fun.

I would highly recommend SUPER SOUND BY INDIAN SCHOOL BETTER DEELS AND ACTUALLY TREAT YOU LIKE A PERSON MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY SAD WITH AUDIO EXPRESS 😥 THEY TORE MY ANTANA MY RAIDO WAS WORKING JUST KEPT GOING ON AND OFF CHARGED ME FOR LOOKING I TOOK IT TO SUPER SOUND THEY DID IT SO QUICKLY I GOT MY RADIO WORKING IT WAS JUST A FUSE THAT WAS WRAPPED WITH WIRE AND JUST NEEDED RE-WIREING

Great job on adding a 380 watt Amp to my Harley Davison ultra sounds amazing ! I now have to turn down volume when I ride very loud drowns out my exhaust.. added Polk audio speakers as well..thanks guys very happy with this installation.

I took my vehicle as amp was no working! Told that the amp was defective waited approximately 2 month plus! Finally decided to upgrade and was told that wire was kinked and I had to pay for the wiring! I wish I could have gotten the wiring for free since I was told it was the amp! Been a customer for many years! Wish customer service would be better!

Well the manager seemed a little upset when I got there maybe it was The fact that I was driving an old truck he didn’t even ask me may I help you or show me stuff I had to keep continue asking him questions at one point he even told me well if you don’t want to do it go somewhere else but I had driven an hour from out of town to get there your truck was my son’s that were restoring and the stereo was a gift from my wife and I that we need it installed the total came out to 1200 in the future I will take my vehicle elsewhere! I would also like to know that I’ve had three vehicle stereos installed in various vehicles including a television sit there on my van the customer service there could truly be much better!

Mike was super helpful. I walked in knowing nothing about car audio. He took the time to explain the differences as well as the pros and cons of each system. When I had a minor issue with my system he took me right in to fix it. Great customer service and great work done.

We had stopped by one time to see how much it would cost to install a new stereo on my car. They told us that we didnt have to set an appointment. That we can come in any day at anytime and they could work on it. So we did, we got there and they started on it right away. The service there was excellent. The staff answered our questions. They let us know how long it would take. Love the stereo they put in. Got the phone system connected. Everything works fantastic. Could not be more satisfied with the results and the service that was provided. Thank you Audio Express. Definitely will come back when I need another stereo replaced for another vehicle.

These guys are the worst the amp/ speakers fly everywhere when I slam on the brakes they didn’t install the remote wire right they Messed up one of my door trim pieces on a brand new 2020 truck these guys you’d be better off doing it yourself

I came here because of the reviews, but these reviews must have been written solely by friends and/or family members of the workers here. These employees, including the manager, are either lazy or completely incompetent. They openly resent helping customers, they dont understand their own tech, and rarely answer the simplest of questions. Is this a difficult job, or something? I highly recommend somewhere else.

Iv been doing business with audio express for over 13 years. FOOD the manager is always very helpful. Always has my vehicle in and out pretty quick.

I’ve been here many times. Called and asked for prices a few times as well. Mike always provides quality service. I can do the work my self but I’d rather have a warranty. In the past my wife’s Infiniti had an issue but they took care of it right away. We even give family remote start installs as gifts, always here. Just sold one of my vehicles and I’m getting a remote start installed on my Tundra. I’m not sure why the overall review rating is low.

Great service at Santa Fe Audio Express. I had a new stereo quick.

They installed a amplifier speaker combo. When I picked up my car there was no sound, the radio speakers or amplifier were not working. Had to take it back. The wiring job was a huge mess! I couldnt put down my back seats because it would of pulled out all the wiring that they did. Then they over charged for such a horrible job. They do not know what they were doing, they are the biggest rip off! Never again!!!!

Buyers beware. Do not take your business to audio express. They are not honest they dont stand behind their work. As a matter of fact they charge you for work that they dont even do they charge you for items that they dont install. I wrote aa review on this website and they took it down. Im also in touch with the better business bureau. Look out guys this isnt over!!! So happy I took pictures to prove that they didnt install an amplifier when I was told they did and charged for one is well.

I give it a three because Mike is really good putting my system in my cars but in my cadillac they didnt finish and my 12 was not working

Went in for an amplifier & box installation. 3hrs 45 mins later the job was finally done! Staff at this location is very rude! Mike at the front desk could use extensive customer service training.Employees working on the install were very distracted by excessively using cell phone (social media) and showing facebook posts to other employess.Cigarette break was not forgotten! While wheeling around on a shop stool.Same employees would hack up flem, spitting the flem out the bay doors near the walkway entering the front door.Screws are littered throughout the parking lot along with plenty of wire clippings.When I mentioned these issues with Mike at the front desk, Mike immediately turned defensive. Mike grabbed the front desk phone slammed it near me, in a loud manner saying Call devin steven? He was evasive when asked for management or managements contact information so I could discuss these issues.Easy 1hr install turned into a 3hr 45 min install with facebook & Phillip j morris breaks. This place needs to be cleaned inside & out! I recommend saving your time by driving to Albuquerques Audio Express.

Rocky start to a business relationship, was not impressed with the tint job but thanks to Mike, he saved the day and had it re done and did a wonderful job. His professionalism and ability to work with me to resolve the issue alone is the reason I will continue to do business with Audio Express. When we have anyone work on our vehicles it is important to know it will be in good hands and he has earned my trust.

Been going to the Santa fe store since 1997 always been a good experience, till this time truck took 3 1/2 hours for an amp install and the next day my remote engine start didnt work.

I went in make an appt to have a remote start put in my car, thinking parts had to be ordered, Audio Express already had the part in stock and installed it in about an hour. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend.

Audio express is amazing! They installed a new navigation system in my 2016 forerunner this week. They went out of their way to help me and to get it done in the very short timeframe that I had. Their work is great and customer service amazing!!

I wish I had read the reviews and done more research before buying a car stereo from these guys. I took someones advice. They only had two choices of car stereos, they were both very poor quality. The one I got is 79 dollars at Best Buy, but they charged me 140 then charged almost 200 for the parts to install it and charged for installation. All together I paid 400 dollars for what is a 79 dollar stereo. The sound is super low quality. They guys rushed me the entire time. They didnt install it right and the phone speaker didnt work so I had to take it back. Honestly, I wish I could just take it back and may try to do that tomorrow.I am editing this review because the people at Audio express are nice. They have offered to exchange my stereo for another one, but I dont think that will change the fact that the stereos are over priced. They also took 30 dollars off of the installation kit for my car, but I think I would have done much better to have just bought a good stereo and asked my mechanic to install it. I drove my car at night about 2 days after installing the stereo and noticed that my dashboard lights are out. It is not a coincidence that the light just went out after Audio Express installed the stereo because I just had my dashboard light replaced about 2 week prior. So honestly I am now afraid to even take my care back to them because I am afraid they will mess something else up. I now have to take my car back to my mechanic and ask him to fix the lights. This is not meant to be mean to folks at Audio Express. I just really wish I had this info before going there because I am out 400 dollars, have a crapy stereo and there does not seem to be much I can do about it. I was slightly apprehensive about coming to audio express, but with no where else open and the fact that I only had the one day to get my system revamped I went for it.This place was great. The guy working the counter was super professional and knowledgable. We went through the store and picked out what I needed. Everything was installed in a hour (partial install replacing the amp and head unit on an old system). I imagine if I was getting a full install it wouldve taken more time, but judging from how they had cars in and out of the bay it wouldve still been very fast. Fair pricing and fair business leaving me with a system that b u m p s. Highly reccomend audio express to anybody looking to get their car audio worked on.A note to a lot of the bad reviews I see here. Let the professionals do their job. Buy the product and have it installed there. Dont ever approach the situation like you know better than the guy who does it for a living....it will save you a lot of grief in life.

I would avoid this place. It felt like they were only concerned with squeezing every bit of money out of me that they could. After my unit was installed it almost fell out of the opening within a block of leaving their store. The back up camera was stuck to my bumper with a backing adhesive about as strong as a postage stamp...it fell off and was dangling by the wire the day after it was installed. They tried to charge me an extra $85 for two blocks of wood...I refused.The manager was nice and offered to fix things but I felt like he saw me as a mark. Professional service trumps nice.

I think most of the people leaving negative reviews here lack the understanding of car audio systems and how they really work. If they did understand, then they would know that prices are fair and the staff really knows what they are doing. People always want a discount or something for free. Audio Express is a business not a welfare agency. Educate yourself on these systems and then you will realize that Audio Express Santa Fe is doing things right. Started coming here in 2014 and have been coming back ever since.

Ive been a customer here for years, have purchased at least 6 audio systems and alarms, Mike and crew always take good care of us during the purchase, and more importantly, AFTER the sale. When there have been issues, (and with most electronics, when isnt there?) theyve always been courteous, professional and efficient and were back on the road fast.

I took them my suv with a new sound system (not bought from them and not installed by them but by a friend) i was having issues with it, it was overheating and would only bump for about 15 minutes then turn off by itself... When i told them the symtoms my system was having they knew exactly what to do to fix it. They did not even charge me a cent one of the techs even tuned my stero for me super polite super fast and would recomend to anybody in town

Had issue with shoddy work done at car dealer service area. When replacing front windshield my on star and rear view camera were broken. Waited 7 weeks for parts to be ordered and nothing. Service manager and Joe would not return calls. Audio Express-Mike and staff repaired in a couple of hours. To my satisfaction
