I went on a whim to look at used cars and was completely discouraged thinking I’d never be able to afford a “new-to-me” vehicle. I happened to meet Mike Martinez who took the time to listen to my story and reassured me that he could help me. Within a half hour he had everything worked out and I ended up in my ultimate dream car. He was extremely knowledgeable, reassuring, and patiently answered every question I had. I cannot express my thanks to him and the rest of the staff that worked with me to help me with this new venture. I love my new SUV so much and am still in awe of how well everything worked out!
Took my equinox in because it was making a funny noise on a cold start. Everything was fine employees were great,at first. They called me a couple of days later and said they found the problem and that it would be about 1300 to fix and was assured that that was the problem. I give the go ahead.pick up my vehicle a couple of days later,nope problem not fixed,I call to speak to joey and he says,bring it back so we can look at it. Well,that was three and a half weeks ago. I have attempted to call a couple of times a week and was sent to voicemail. I get a call by some random person. He said,you can pick up your car, I ask,is it fixed? His response was, I dont know but theres no charge. So I ask,will I be getting a refund for unnecessary work on my vehicle? I dont know,was his response. Very unprofessional
Mike Martinez was by far one of the best salesman, he made our purchase of our new Cadillac easy and enjoyable! He was very knowledgeable and knew how every feature worked, this vehicle came loaded with all the bells and whistles and Mike knew how everything worked. Now I did buy my vehicle at this dealership but I was treated like a valued customer by their service department personnel Kim. I explained my situation she handled it it got corrected and I was totally amazed. I also met the owner Dan very nice and professional man. Dealership is very clean or should I say extremely clean from the service department to the showroom to the lots outside. Please DO NOT take your car here unless you want more issues. I bought my car here, to get it fixed from some exterior damage made to the side of my car. They have created more issues with my car.If you want to know the list of things wrong that I didn’t take it with keep reading.I noticed when I picked up my car, my sound wouldn’t work, nothing related to what I needed fixThey messed up my passenger window tint. They must’ve stuck something to it, and just scratched it off. They left my car SO dusty.I noticed my back corner window was a different color than the rest. They claim they didn’t touch that but when they “fixed” my passenger window tint, it’s ironically, the same color. So now I have miss matched tint (which had nothing to do with my accident)Something is also wrong with my sound, that I also had no issues with before. I’ve given them a chance to make it right, and it’s not. I wouldn’t recommend them to ANYONE. Now I have to take it bask to who tinted it, and an audio shop to see what’s wrong. They didn’t want to admit to what they messed up, as well as hold themselves accountable for the mess they made. Please don’t take your car here

Francisco was the reason we purchased our new truck. Our intent was simply to look and gather information which he supplied readily and knowledgably. Initially when offered a test drive, we were prepared to say no, we are just looking, but Francisco is no ordinary salesperson. Instead of offering us the keys, he offered us a ride. After explaining all the bells and whistles, he pulled over and gave Paul the keys. I knew at that moment we were going home in a new truck. Truly sorry our old truck was at least not cleaned up from our trip to Wyoming with our dogs...hair everywhere. We really did not intend to buy that day. My Spark (which I bought new from you) was in from 9:00 to 12:00 last Wed. with no service.2 workmen didnt show up for work, so a few of us had no repairs done!Thank God for Joey! HE SAVED YOUR BACON by installing a hood liner (on orderfor months, btw). He did it himself and didnt charge me for installation.Give the guy a raise! Liz Paterson. This review is for Chevrolet Cadillac of Santa Fe, and we would like to specifically mention our sales representative Mike Day, and our finance representative Gus Bogado.My wife and I visited Santa Fe from Albuquerque and went into the dealership on Friday, Aug. 20 to look at a certified pre-owned vehicle we had been watching on their website for a few weeks. We had been to a different dealership in Albuquerque the previous day to look at a vehicle, however that dealership did not seem eager to earn our business and offered us a low amount for our trades. Regardless, Chevrolet Cadillac of Santa Fe made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in the door! Mike Day immediately met with us and we were able to test drive the vehicle for an adequate amount of time. We needed some time to think about and discuss our purchase decision. Mike gave us plenty of time and at no point did we ever feel rushed or pressured. When it came time to review the numbers, they were right on point with the offer they made on our trades and even worked a bit harder to get the payment closer to what our budget goal was.When it came to financing, the process was seamless and quick. Gus was able to get us qualified at the best auto rate we have ever had, with an institution we have previously used and preferred. The paperwork was quick and easy. Our trades were paid off in five days, right on when Gus estimated they would be (and a first in our experience from working with other dealerships).Everything was quick and seamless, the staff was friendly, we never felt pressured, and we appreciate this experience. I drove to Santa Fe (I live in another state!) because this dealership is far superior to most every single one I have encountered. It was worth it and I would do it again. I absolutely love my 2021 trailblazer and I was treated so well. Everything was so clear and nothing was hidden. I knew exactly what everything cost and I seriously cannot tell you what a change that was for me! There were no sneaky add ons or things I did not know about. Mike Day is a wonderful person to deal with and so is Edgar in finance. My Dad also has purchased a few vehicles from this dealership and we both agree we will be back if they continue to provide such honest and competent service :)
Sorry to say this has been the worst dealership our family has ever dealt with. Dave the salesman was pleasant to deal with. Too bad Augusto in Finance doesnt get the same praise. 3 months since car was purchased and plates still not received for the car and the bank still has not received the title which is required to be received within 60 days All required documents were personally hand delivered and nothing but excuses are given when contacting for status. Definitely dont recommend.In response to your response, no I have never purchased a vehicle from your establishment nor will I due to the completely unacceptable unprofessional conduct this dealership has provided. Yes Kyle is my son which is why my review clearly stated our family.Kyle and I both informed your dealership that Kyle used the EXACT paperwork and information required for registration that was given at the time of this purchase to register another car he bought AFTER this car with absolutely ZERO issues or problems. He received his registration, plate and title the SAME DAY as has been the case with all our familys vehicles that we have registered with our out of state drivers licenses by the way, due to being a military family and not required to obtain NM drivers licenses unless we exit the military and/or this becomes our new home of record. He provided his lease, vehicle insurance card and other documents. He also provided the County tax statement to show we are in Santa Fe County and your dealership still sent it to Bernallio and tried to make him get an emissions test that isnt needed nor his responsibility.As a result of all of this he is now technically in breach of contract with the bank as he has not provided them with the title within 60 days as is required per the loan documents.
I worked with Jose, who was amazing! He asked all the right questions to figure out what I was exactly looking for! He also had no issue showing me various car to help me make sure I made the choice that would best fit my needs and wants! Then we meet with Edgar for the final paperwork. He explained every option we had for packages explained every detail to our financing. We had a great experience and highly recommend them. Ask for Jose for your salesman. You won’t regret it!!!
Okay on my oil changes but the wait is always very long. 3 hours to wait when u have a schedule appointment.I hope they can work on getting folks out that are just there to have oil changes and tire rotation. This happens to me and other family member all the time just for a simple oil change.

Our first time buying a car from this location. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Francisco showed us exactly what we were looking for with no pressure. We would recommend him to our friends and family looking for a vehicle.It has been a month now since buying this car. I am still happy with the car however the after sales help is piss poor. Bad information about service and impossible to get phone calls returned. Once they make the sale they are done with you.

Great service at a great price! Friendly staff and very welcoming. Only complaint would be that it took over an hour to do a simple oil change and tire rotation. But when you want top quality work, good things are worth waiting for.

Wonderful customer service! Joey and his technician literally saved our trip! Our transmission broke down and we were doing a road trip from Houston, Texas. We were totally stuck in Santa Fe without rental cars. In one day, joey ordered the transmission and got my car fixed in record time. I took my truck in for a DEF system issue expecting to spend a ton of money to get it fixed. I left it with the assistant manager Joey Kapala, a few hours later I spoke with him and he let me know that the issue was going to be a warranty fix. Joey was very informative and made sure I knew what was going on with my truck. I was happy with the customer service the time it took to fix it.
The service SUCKS.... the employees do not acknowledge you, you are left standing there looking around hoping someone will offer to assist you. OR maybe it was just me because they knew I was Native American, so they didnt offer any assistance. But the service was horrible, bad experience for me. I hope I will not have to go back there again.
We were visiting Santa Fe from out of state, on a short vacation. We had a problem with our 2017 Acadia. We went to the GMC dealer in town and were extremely disappointed. They wanted $135 just to look in to the problem, which was a simple one. They also wanted us to wait several hours, so we left. We then decided to check out Chevrolet Cadillac of Santa Fe. We pulled in, Joey Kapala asked if he could help us. I explained the whole situation. He promptly helped us out, fixed the problem, and got us back on the road within minutes. He was professional, kind, and eager to help with a smile on his face. Thats what a call customer service. They didnt fix the problem. They said they couldnt find it, no computer messages etc but when I got home 15 minutes later there it was again and again.
Service is good, but very expensive. They found a worn wheel hub on my vehicle, their price was over $800 to replace it. Took vehicle to another mechanic. Parts cost $80. Time to repair 40 minutes. And they wanted me to pay $800?

I went there to get a key made for my Ford fusion that I purchased at lithia in Santa Fe there were several people standing around so I dont think theyre getting a lot of business probably because of covid. But the people standing around which I believe were salespersons seem to be fairly nice. I feel sad because all the other dealerships have moved away theres just one other dealership right across from this dealership. All the other dealerships have moved to bigger newer buildings in Santa fe.

This place is only getting a one because of the nice young lady who runs the body shop. Other than that this place is horrible it took over 3 1/2 months waiting on my repair. You call and ask and its always the parts are back ordered and will be done when the parts arrive months later! Then you get your vehicle back and the windows have over spray all over them, stinks like cigarette smoke, and I dont even smoke!!! I informed them and they act like they dont care. The body shop manager seems like hes a little to slow for the job. Just saying. Never take your vehicle there your better off going to a real body shop in town not theirs.

WoW what a customer service oriented organization. We had AC trouble while passing thru on a tight itinerary. I stopped in at 4 pm and met Joey Kapala the assistant service manager. He took the car right in and his team had the problem identified in less than an hour. He located the part need at a dealership in Albuquerque and made arrangements for pick up in the am One of the team lived by there and picked the part up in the am on the way to work. Dealer did good work. The job was slow, however, and the time estimates were 3 hours later than expected. I was stuck at the dealership for a total of 7 hours with no way to leave and get any food.
Came in for a routine oil change. Was completed quickly with a tire rotation and fluid check. Pleased with the service and friendly staff.
Joey was excellent at communicating with me and providing a ride home and a pick up at my home after my truck was finished.

The staff and salesman Mike were very friendly and accommodating. It was a very smooth process from negotiations to purchase. Very up front and honest! Great price also.
I bought my truck new from SF Chevrolet Cadillac. It is a 2012 Silverado Z71 4×4. My truck has been awesome it has been better 2 me, than my girlfriend was. All my service is done there & if any parts need 2 be replaced I stick with the factory parts. Service department does a great job of helping me they check into the problem & look into options 2 save you money. I always deal with Joe Gonzales he has been there for a longtime. He is honest & knows a lot about parts & the mechanical side. They should be glad he is there. And I believe the other staff is just as good. Joe G is a Local Boy thats why i deal with him. The owner Dan The Man is a good guy always has time 2 listen & talk 2 you & treats you with respect .

It was quick (partly because we called in advance and have bought vehicles there before, so it was mostly verification of details), we got a great deal, and there was excellent customer service. Steve Montoño is the best! Very happy with the experience and purchase.
