Im more of a DD fan, but when they are Hot and Fresh you cant go wrong with Krispy Kreme.

Fast, friendly and the donuts are delicious. They have more than donuts though- they also offer a wide variety of coffee drinks. Indoor seating is available at this location.

Got freshly made original glazed. Delicious they just melt in your mouth. Personally i just like the original glazed there other ones are way too sweet. Great location great service.

I first heard about this establishment during their double hundred dozen doughnut promotion. I decided that I must try some of their product as soon as I could. If I liked the first one maybe I could move on to 2400 of them. Ever since this shop was first graced by my presence, it has enjoyed my patronage at least once a month. The doughnuts, which I often get in just plain glaze, are always fresh and warm, as well as delicious. While I do enjoy the doughnuts I have not yet worked up to 2400 at once. Maybe someday. On top of quality food and drink, the restaurant is clean and the service is good. Parking is not a hassle and I am able get in and out quickly with no hold-ups. 5/5 would feel guilty about eating 8 glazed doughnuts by myself again.

I have attached a photo because I was seriously embarrased with the presentation of these donuts, and at $13 for a dozen was not happy. This box next to a DD box on the same table it was no contest. I am still a Krispy Kreme fan but it did look very bad side by side.

Waited 15 minutes just to be helped, I was the only person in the store. Only 2 employees were working the front and there wasnt even a line at the drive thru. Very dissatisfied with this location. The manager even saw me waiting and refused to assist me. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU WANT QUICK SERVICE.

There used to be a guy here with Pokémon Tattoos that would make our day special! He would make us laugh and Nerd out with us.... Love the fresh doughnuts too!

Ive always loved Krispy Kreme and my last experience there was the best one so far. The man helping us was so genuinely nice and helpful. They were out of my favorite donut but I wasnt even upset because of how nice this guy was. We left smiling and laughing and the donuts, as always, were delicious and fresh.The place is very clean and not usually very busy. The people who work there tend to be very nice and serve you with a smile. Even if there is a line, it goes pretty quickly.

The cashier at the one in santa Fe new Mexico made my day I went in for half dozen and a coffee I asked if they had anything new and she said pumpkin spice I was happy I ordered she asked if I was a fan and I said yes she gave me a pumpkin spice donut to try it was amazing I was having a bad day and she made it better

Updating to say they changed their hours but didn’t update google or their app hours.Us and a line of people waited at drive thru for over 10 minutes and nobody would answer the phone. I walked over to the doors and an employee waived at me but didn’t open the door or answer the drive thru. Whoo’s donuts it is.Even stranger a manger named Debbie called me this morning and left a voicemail for a potential hire, thinking my phone number was the person who was applying.Very weird management going on over there.

Donuts are okay, not as tasty as other Krispy Kremes Ive been to. They are pricier than other ones Ive seen, however they are a little bigger than usual. The service is TERRIBLE! Debrianna TOOK my order and got it wrong! And she kept getting orders from the drive thru while she was still taking my order! There two or three other employees in the store but they stood around and talked even though there were other people waiting to be helped.

The doughnuts were good, but the staff was brain dead. I asked for a mixed dozen three times and the girl just stood there staring at me like she didnt understand my words. She finally just gave me a dozen glazed which was not what I wanted. Then I asked for the bathroom key several times and she couldnt find it until another customer asked for it and she reached under the counter and handed it to him. I think we will take our business elsewhere from now on.

Weve just completed a very successful fundraiser 😆This was our first time using this specific location. But let me tell you...every single person I had the pleasure of speaking with was kind, courteous, and most of all knowledgeable. This was the first time ever I felt comfortable just focusing on The Fundraiser. I didnt have to follow up with a thousand calls or emails just make sure nothing went wrong, like other location we had used in the past.On behalf of the Conejos Parent Association for Education Thank You!!! I was in the drive through 12 min before closing hours (Sunday 8:00PM) and as soon as I drove up the lights came off... then knocked on the window to ask for service and recived a WE ARE CLOSED! The manager on duty (Oliver Milan) shoud honor business hours.

I am a loyal Dunkin donuts customer. Although I frequent Krispy Kreme time to time. Well, the last time I went in oh, I was blown away with the customer service. I went in about 30 minutes I believe before closing and wanted coffee. Well like I said they were closing. So I understood that there was no coffee made. The manager or employee notice the disappointment on my face, ask me if I had 5 to 8 minutes to spend, I did he made me fresh pot of coffee and gave me a free donut for the inconvenience. I dont remember your name guy and Im so sorry but it was about a month ago and he was just really awesome and professional. Because of that I will frequent Krispy Kreme more often and well tell all my family and friends of the great customer service I experienced there and how awesome the employees were to me. thank you Krispy Kreme employees for making my night and making me feel important enough to make a whole pot of coffee just for little ol me!

EVERYTIME Id gone into K.K. on Cerrillos Rd, they NEVER have the normal everyday donut choices. ABSOLUTELY the Worst Ive had. Taste, value, choices NO MORE! Ill do w/out instead of settling for -rap. Decided to try their coffee today. I love the donuts but have always turned elsewhere for my morning beverage. I ordered a vanilla latte (my standard anywhere when comparing a new place to my usuals.) I received a large cup of vanilla flavored steamed milk. They forgot the coffee part!!! I realize that latte is just steamed milk, but I was super disappointed to not get any coffee with my coffee. (I had hoped maybe it was just unstirred so I waited until I got home to mix it up. No dice! Nothing but sweet milk.) $5 for a cup of flavored milk... sadness :(

Employee was pretty clueless. Ive lowered their rating because the last few times the employees have been clueless about how to ring up items, dont know about promotions, being overcharged and them not knowing how to fix the issue.

Whats there to say? Its Krispy Kreme. You walk in and it smells like happiness. Friendly service, its clean, and its a lovely place. Go in hungry, leave fat and happy. Its perfect.

This Place is Horrible I partially blame their Corporate scumbags that force these Counterproductive Operating guidelines. They only make coffee when requested so that takes time keeping the customer waiting. In then the two Employees working kept handing off who was gonna make my coffee to each other which took 13 minutes to get my Iced Coffee. I rarely eat donuts but when i do i dont want them Cold as Ice which is what i got this last time i went. If they refuse to not make fresh Donuts All day then they need to Keep them hot in the Display Case or Heat them up for you with out any hesitation whether it be Microwave or a Heating Device of some kind. . . . . . . . .PERIOD! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Well every time i have been here in the last 2 years it is Dead Dead no customers no i know whyIT COSTS MONEY TO MAKE MONEY. . . . . .listen up corporate.

Staff were nice enough. But I wanted to treat my co-workers to KK Friday morning. The store opens at 5:30 AM, but when I went there at almost 6:30 they still didnt have a single fresh doughnut! All where from the night before. Major FAIL!

Ordered two doughnuts and an iced vanilla coffee in the drive thru. Get to the window and 3 employees are standing around talking. They see me at the window and continue to talk about who is going to order pizza because theyre starving. A guy comes to the window and says you ordered the two doughnuts and iced caramel whatever? I told him no, its supposed to be vanilla. He walks away comes back with a Carmel drink, I said it was wrong and he said uhhhhh well I can go remake it if you want. I didnt have time to wait. I was very disappointed. Wont be going back.

This is a horrible branch. We were very excited Kristy Kreme was coming to Santa Fe. Unfortunately, this location is staffed by people who rather not be working there and who don’t have a problem with selling stale donuts.

Every single time I go in there they NEVER HAVE FRESH COFFEE. THEY GET MY ORDER WRONG EVERYSINGLE TIME. I asked the cashier to make coffee and she rolled her eyes at me as if I was asking for her to do something OUT of her job description. She then starts to make it and as soon as it starts dripping she fiils up the cup with what looked like weak tea. I then told her she is supposed to WAIT for the coffee to FINISH making to pour it in a cup and she literally said so you want to come back here and make it? And I said YEAH ILL DO IT RIGHT AND WHEN IM DONE IM GOING TO REPORT YOUR ASS TO THE CORPORATION. The manager FINALLY COMES UP and agreed WITH ME about the coffee. When I got home my f×+:;*!g ORDER WAS WRONG!!!!!! AAAARRRRGGGGG! The drive across town to DUNKIN DONUTS IS WAY WORTH IT! BETTER SERVICE, BETTER COFFEE, BETTER DONUTS AND WAAAAY BETTER PRICES!
