Vicki is the most professional person I have dealt with regarding any sub contractor in Santa Fe. Invited me out to take a look at the product even though we are just a homeowner buying rock for our personal property. The quality and price cannot be beat and they delivered exactly when they said they would. The driver was polite. Everyone at this company was polite. Sorry, but in 2021, that was a surprise compared to most any other business we have done business with. Definitely will be back and refer our neighbors to them. This is where you want to buy rock of any kind for sure.

Reply to me and Ill gladly share my lame experiences with Southwest. Long story short, they lasted longer then most but finally joined the lazy, non- follow through, will sacrifice a long term customer for $100 today, procrastinating management, etc....and people wonder why everyone just goes to Associated Asphalt!!! Quicker and cheaper. Ill be spreading the word.

Friendly staff, they directed me to the material that I needed and loaded it onto my truck. They are very knowledgeable. Will definitely come here for my landscaping needs.

Never knew they were there but after first time going thru them it will always be my go to place for gravel or stone they have friendly knowledgeable office personnel as well as yard workers. I showed up a few minutes after 5:00 closing and it was no problem got me loaded on outta there. Plus they have very quality products

I placed an order with a local competitor and they did not deliver. I then contacted Southwest and they not only bent over backward to accommodate a delivery to me on Friday before a holiday, but gave me a discounted delivery price and reduced the cost of my gravel to match the price I was quoted by the other company. I was able to get my gravel delivered on Friday and installed before the Monday holiday thanks to them fitting me into their delivery schedule. I will continue to return to Southwest for all my stone and gravel needs. They are the best!

After being refused service at Albert Montano Gravel because I had a shell on my truck, Vicky at SW Landscaping was more than willing to accommodate. She explained she only had one yard guy that could help me and he may get pulled away but that they were willing to help me load the rock I needed even with a shell on my truck. It took both of us about 15 to 20 mins to load what I needed. Thanks so much for being willing to work with me. I will be back in the future. Your customer service was awesome.
