Cashier was very rude, I purchased socks, buy one get one 50% off, that was NOT the price, should of been 3 to 4 dollars off but it was only 1.61 off, thats more like 25 % off. I also picked up a couple of summer items that were on clearance but cashier refused to give me 50 off price. CHECK every item on your receipt.

Pojoaque store got a remodel. Its really nice and clean. Fully stocked. New items. Good prices. Friendly staff. Boxes arent all over the isles like before. Nice.

This store is disorganized. Their freezer section is out and has been out for a long time. Corperate really needs to come and fix it. There is stuff everywhere. But the customer service is on point. Its also convient and a short drive for me. They do have carts unlike other family dollars so thats nice. They require a mask.

Manager is the absolutely the worst manager that I have ever seen in my entire career of 35 years in retail. He does not know how to talk to anyone. I do not understand why he still employed!!!! I met several managers throughout family Dollars. I knew the district from 2 years ago that wanted me as a manager. I understand family Dollar is a bulk small box store. and sometimes things get a little confusing or frustrating, but it does not give a manager the right utilize the words he does. if you want to make sales you make the customer happy thats you make money. So I admit that I was off on the ad Price circular. $20 was the price I thought it was $15.99 on ad. Even though I was wrong it was going to be a whopping $3 difference. he expected me to drive home and then come back with a circular? I told him I will call your boss which was the boss of the area. Instead of being professional he told me I am his boss and to get it right!!! Fired fired fired immediately

This store Is always messy and crowded. The line to checkout is always long and both registers are never opend at the same time . The workers there are nice but there are a couple workers that dont know what customer service is .

Seems like they dont keep the store clean but I got what I needed.

Ex Employer strongly suggest you dont shop/work there, had to leave because place was infested with rats for the last 4 months and management/district manager would do nothing about it. Also don’t care about their employees what’s so ever!!!!

Closed early, people in the parking lot trying to get in at 8:40, more people turning into the parking lot as we left. We can all see the workers inside and the posted hours. Very disappointing.

Prices are very reasonable. Dont expect to find everything here. But for quick trips to the store for something forgotten you wont be disappointed.

Its family Dollar. Stuff is cheap and low quality. Staff tends to be better at this location than others, but its a store known for cheap stuff. Ive had my credit card stolen from the store in Penasco. Be careful.

Nice place to pick u something quick. The staff is iffy. Sometimes they are there and sometimes they are rude. But the times I have gone, they have been okay.

Terrible customer service the cashiers steal the items we pay for and send you home missing items. This is the worst dollar store I have ever been to. This last 6 months the employees cant even clear the isle for to walk with the items we need still in boxes. If you dont HAVE to go here dont. Its a very disappointing store.

Jus average disposable junk and unhealthy HighFructoseCornSyrup poisonous material, imported from the likes o China, previously known as food. 2 stars fer being well kept, which isnt always the case wit these barrio joints. if I were a Hispanic chica, Id be stocked fer the cheap, flashy, colorful clothes n makeup, but Im not. and Im not stoked. got my power steering fluid n hit the camino. no plans to return.
