The Herbs de Provence oil is amazingly good as is the Red Apple dark balsamic.Very friendly and helpful service as well!My visit was in July 2019 but I think about this place a lot. When I visit New Mexico again it will be one of my top priorities to come back here and try more flavors!

I love this place. The olive oil is super high quality. There are a lot of different flavors of olive oil and vinegar (not just balsamic). I hope that theyll allow tasting again soon, but its in hold because of covid. One of their olive oil blends won an international award.I first starting coming here in 2013. Three are so many products I like. The 25 Star balsamic and 18 year store brands if balsamic are both great and very different flavor profiles. They also sell Monticello balsamic vinegar (super high quality and expensive made in NM).The staff are helpful with recipe suggestions and combinations.I highly recommend stopping here or ordering online.

Best oils and vinegars in Albuquerque or SF! Excellent customer service, sampling available, and fair prices. Ask about pairing suggestions! Roasted Garlic oil is my absolute favorite. There are rubs and spreads also. Convenient location in Plaza shops. Enjoy!

This place is amazing. I tried many of their olive oils and fruit infused vinegars. I came in on a Sunday afternoon when I was waiting to eat at Cafe Pascual’s and the young man working was helpful and friendly. Thank you for the great service! I will be coming back when I’m in town. I purchased the garlic infused olive oil and the watermelon rose vinegar. They were so good!!

Incredibly educational experience. The young man working excitedly took us on a tour of different kinds of oils and vinegars, and was able to speak at length about each one. We walked out with 2 bottles of oil and 3 jars of olives. I cant wait to start cooking with these!

I’m a local- born and raised. I LOVE their Oo and Balsamic. I always forget to write reviews for places I love here until an off the charts experience. The parking is tough, but I understand the appeal of being on the plaza. I run in a couple times a year and stock up. I’m serious about this balsamic. Don’t say you don’t like balsamic until you’ve tried a few here. Sometime, I’ll have to spend time there and try some new things- I haven’t don’t that in a decade, or so. Until then! :)

I’m so thankful this place exists. There is a wide variety of oils, and you can sample as many as you want to find the perfect oil for your needs. The oils are of the finest quality and they send samples of their batches to lab tests verify. As long as I live in Santa Fe, I’m never buying my olive oil from anywhere but here.

Have had a few bottles of both the oils and vinegars myself and have also sent many on as gifts. I love them! And all my friends who have received them love them too! So yummy, and so glad they share these! Really love the chiles and the rośe.

Fun tasting and learning experience, lots of creative flavors youd never think of and the classics you use daily. Lots of sizes so you dont have to commit too much to any one flavor. We got 2 varieties of white balsamic, the pink grapefruit and coconut

I placed an order for delivery around Christmas and when I discovered there was a mistake with the order, the owner drove the correct products to us in ABQ. I am very grateful for the customer service Santa Fe Olive Oil Co. showed us and I recommend them for the quality of their products as well as their wonderful customer service! When NM has a gem like this, we should do everything possible to help them succeed! It is rare to find such great service but it is deeply appreciated when I do!

They have a pretty cool set up. We sampled a oils, salts, balsamic, bread dips and more. We bought Santa Fe blend and Red Chili Olive oils, lemon balsalmic, and Red Chili salt. All are very good!

This is the best place to find awesome Christmas gifts.

I was totally deceived by the website. I previously purchased a dozen or more bottles from the former store in the Nob Hill Center in Albuquerque.Based on the photos showing long neck bottles, I assumed I was purchasing O-oil in 375 ml long neck bottles. When I put 10 bottles in the shopping cart the only image I saw was of the long neck bottles. When my order arrived I was shocked to find 10 tiny 60 ml bottles. I FEEL CHEATED & WILL NEVER AGAIN BE A CUSTOMER!

Visited from CO this weekend. Had an amazing experience taste testing all the flavors, julian and christy helped us and gave us hands down the best customer service. We got the habenero olive oil, one of a kind!!!
