Very pleased with how they handled my issue. I had a 20 lb. bottle that expired and needed re-certification. Matheson sent it out for inspections and when it failed to return promptly (it eventually passed and was re-certified), they filled it with propane and no additional charge. Friendly staff, knowledgeable, and very professional.

I work for a dentists office and they are really good about working with us when we occasionally wait a little too long to order refills. Drivers and office staff have always been nice and professional.

Gone in twice to refill a small oxygen tank and I get to the job and theyre either half empty or completely empty. They did give me a full exchange but it sucks that its already happened two times. It brings jobsite production way down when you have to go back and get it refilled because it wasnt full in the first place.

Expensive and very rude staff, I never had experienced racism until I walked into this store. Havent set foot in this location in over 2 years and never will again.
