I dont even bother looking at lighting in the big box stores--if you care about design you shop here. And now I know that their service is the best! We recently had a great experience purchasing lighting at Form+Function. Our electrician moved up our installation date and we needed our fixtures pronto. Greg tracked them down and got the manufacturer to overnight them to us. I highly recommend this store!

My gosh - I am so grateful I found Form + Function online. I was looking for a replacement pendant light that I saw on their website (the old owners website - Greg is the new owner) Greg told me that they are in process of updating things and I cannot order from the website. He looked up my light and said he did not have it in his showroom, however it looked really familiar to him. He told me he would search through his back room. Low and behold he found it! This pendant was discontinued years ago by Tech Lighting. It is a miracle that Form +Function had one. I so appreciate the time Greg put into searching his inventory for this lone pendant light (that was the color I needed) What exceptional customer service! I highly recommend this business.

We came in on a weekday to ask about lighting for our kitchen. Two women were working at this establishment and were able to locate Cobalt pendant lights for us. However, they could not give us a quote at the time. They said that they would email us a quote. They never did. We have emailed them and asked for a quote but our email has received no replies. When we have tried to visit them but on the weekends, they appear to be closed. How do places like this stay in business?
