I went to the building where I met with a security guard and an employee who informed me that the building was closed still, but were very friendly and gave me the number of Erma Kelly to ask about alcohol and gaming. I called the number and asked her the process to get a replacement permit and she responded with a mailed form and money order. That was fine. I then ask her is there any way to know my permit number at which point she became very irate and difficult to talk to. She eventually gave me my number, but when asked to repeat she became very heated. This was very inappropriate behavior for someone who represents the State.

Im very concerned with the extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism. Particularly the women that answer the phones. They cant even greet you or give their name before addressing your concern. Worst experience, though it isnt really all that new in NM.

Im a little concerned there is dishonesty for means to cover up wrong doing. I am sad and afraid of this community.

Everyone who answers the phone is rude and unprofessional wont do anything for you if you need to change the mailing address. Zero stars
