Purchased 2 Doctor’s Choice Elite Firm, 2 Doctor’s choice Super Firm and a box spring. Have only had for approximately a week too soon to determine if these are the right choice. So far I’m enjoying my queen elite firm, still need to try the elite king and super firm queen. I will review these items again in a month. The delivery was fast and the 2 gentleman that delivered were friendly and quick. They delivered one of the mattresses to another household as well and took old mattresses to discard. I’m so happy I went to Denver Mattress!Update all the mattresses I purchased are comfortable and I highly recommend purchasing Doctor’s Choice brands. My last Denver mattress was great for 18 years so I went back for a new one. The sales rep was very helpful and listened to what I needed. I didn’t feel rushed as I tried the various options. I love that I can try it for 30 days and have a credit to pick another one if I don’t like what I chose. Their sales may not be too discounted but that’s because their prices are so good to start.

The store was well laid out, easy to see what was available. There was a good selection of mattresses and Andrew Montoya, who helped me, knew how to take me right to what I wanted. I was able to purchase what feels like the perfect mattress - my first in at least 13 years - in about 15 minutes. I would recommend this store, and Andrew, to anyone.

Andrew, here in Santa Fe NM, did a great job for me today. I was using a “walker” today due to an injury. He was so kind and helpful with that. He also knew the details of every mattress instantly. He helped me find the perfect mattress and was so patient with the entire process which took about an hour. My neighbor was with me and she was so impressed both with Andrew and the product line, that she said she will come back in a couple months to make her purchase. Everything was clearly explained. We visited the Denver Mattress store in Santa Fe. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and smell of the store. I was also pleased that they had Casper and Purple mattresses we could check out. We decided on a very comfortable store brand mattress. We purchased it and scheduled delivery and were all done in less than an hour. Andrew was great! He didnt try to upsell us or push a lot of accessories we didnt want. We have been buying from this chain for over 20 years and have never been disappointed.

After 13 years we decided it was time to get a new mattress for our queen size bed. Our current mattress had been purchased at Denver Mattress and we have been happy with it. We arrived at the store mid-afternoon on Saturday and were greeted warmly by Sales Representative Joshua Telles. Joshua asked about our sleeping habits, back, side, stomach or some of all, and what type mattress we preferred. Luckily we both like a very firm mattress, and both sleep in a variety of positions. After grabbing a couple of pillows, we were lead to different mattresses to give them a try. We felt that most were too soft. Finally Joshua showed us a Tempur-Proadapt Firm Queen on a Tempur Ergo 2 Way Adjustable Base. I had thought having a bed that could raise my head and/or feet was silly, but after lying on it, I liked it very much. We are now anxiously waiting the arrival of our new mattress and base. Both of us enjoyed our shopping experience and believe that Josh did a great job with two very senior citizens.

When I first walked in I was greeted by Andrew Montoya who welcomed me to the store and introduced himself. Andrew listened to me and asked what type of sleeper I was and what if any I didn’t like about my current bed.He then showed me suggestions and said try it out, take all the time I needed to make a decision. He was in no way pushy and was there to answer any questions I had. I made my choice and went home to get my old bed ready to be removed. This was quite an effort as it was waterbed and ended up with me delaying the delivery of my new bed for 6 weeks. He graciously always rescheduled the delivery times for me.The delivery went smooth and the delivers were fantastic. Extremely polite and they cleaned everything up upon completion.I highly recommend Denver Mattress and the store in Santa Fe.

A great 5 minute stop. Needed a Queenbox spring! They had a brand new in factory plastic w a small tear in the top. My mattress wont care..budget $100.. came in at $112+ tax..delivered free to my door in 3 days.Easy..and a wunderful salesman/ manager!!

All I purchased was a bunkie board, their mini profile foundation. The price was right and the sales person was very helpful.

I think well be happy with it.I would have much preferred that the store provided disposable pillow covers like Mattress Firm did. I think covid could be transferred from customer to customer via the pillow. A scary, discomforting thought.

The staff at Denver mattress so far exceed any other mattress company in town. They know products, they can really customize what you need better than anyone I’ve met. They’ve always done what they said they would do, deliveries have been accurate and timely, it’s the only place I will go as I know I’m getting really good advice with quality products.

First the staff was wonderful and accommodating while making me feel welcome and safe. Second the sales assistant did not attempt to rush my decision and offered well knowledgeable information on the products I was interested in and did offer reasonable alternatives for the comfort I wanted. Andrew went of the pros and cons of each selection as well as the price differences of each he allowed me to take my time and when I was not interested in product he did try to push the issue. Overall it was a great experience and Denver Mattress Co. has a great team in Santa Fe.
