We had the most enjoyable experience buying rugs at Classic World Oriental Rugs. The staff was so knowledgeable, telling us the fascinating background of each rug, and tirelessly pulling out rug after beautiful rug for us to consider. We took two rugs home to see if they fit our decor and were able to call the store after a few days to finish our purchase over the phone. Prices were very reasonable for the beauty and quality of the rugs we purchased. This is a wonderful shop with charming staff and beautiful products.

After having looked at several oriental rug stores in Santa Fe, I landed on Classic World Oriental Rugs and I am so glad that I did. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and took their time with me picking out the best rugs for my needs. They were very well and reasonably priced and made the shopping process a real joy.

I stumbled across this store while walking around Santa Fe recently and was delighted to meet with Imran, who was very friendly and inviting. He taught me a lot about the different types of techniques that go into rugs as well as where different styles of designs come from. I spent roughly 2-3 hours in the store with him, pulling tons of beautiful rugs, looking and comparing. Until I was able to finally decide on a single one to take home to Houston. Imran shipped it to my home and it was there in about 2 days. I cannot recommend this experience enough as I learned a lot and was able to get a great deal for a one of a kind rug. I plan to return soon!

We were so very pleased with the way that our rug repairs came out! Just amazing! One old Indian rug that my granddad bought in Japan was chewed quite a bit by my parent’s pet. But when Classic World got a hold of it, it you couldn’t even tell it was terrorized by a canine’. 100 year old antique rug saved! Same with our Navajo rug! Navajo’s would’ve charged 4X more’. These people are trustworthy, honest, fast and good! Highly recommended!

We recently had several of our Oriental rugs cleaned by Classic World Rugs and couldnt be happier with the results. They brought our rugs back to their original vibrancy. We also got new rug pads which are better than weve ever had! They even helped us lay out and position the rugs upon delivery. We couldnt be happier and will definitely use them again to clean more of our rugs. Excellent customer service!

Imran was very welcoming and helpful. He didn’t pressure us to close the sale and took the time to show us a lot of rugs before we found the one we wanted. We ended up getting a great deal on a great looking rug. Definitely give this place a visit when you are in Santa Fe (and rug shopping).

Imran, at Classic World Oriental Rugs is amazing, patient with clients, and truly wants you to get a rug that will please you for the rest of your life. We met Imran in January 2018 during a visit in Santa Fe. He emailed, called, sent pictures, and searched for designs for us so we could tell him what we liked and what we didnt. He stayed in touch until our next visit at the end of April. It was then when he asked us to view a rug that really wasnt in the background color that we thought we wanted. We had a very positive experience working with Adnan and his staff. He was very patient showing us many different examples of rugs from different parts of the world. Adnan was extremely knowledgeable about the various styles of rugs he had on hand and made helpful suggestions regarding the best style and weave for the high-traffic area we were shopping for. His staff was friendly and even brought out cold bottles of water on a warm day. We look forward to seeing Adnan and Classic World Oriental Rugs again for our future rugs.

While shopping for a rugs for our new home my wife and I came across classic world oriental rugs, and boy are we glad we did . Not only their extensive selection but theyre wonderful customer service is unsurpassable . Working with our home Decore layout they found us perfect rugs for most every room . Truly their experience and knowledge is what people need when making these purchases . So again classic world oriental rugs is the number one rug store in Santa Fe . I feel I can truly say that is because my wife and I truly shopped all of the rug stores as well nothing is better then classical world rugs .

My husband met Imran at the Tesuque Flea Market a few weeks ago - prior to me arriving in Santa Fe . We need a few rugs for our new home and my husband was impressed with Imrans knowledge and gracious offering to allow us to bring rugs home to ensure they would work in our home. After arriving in Santa Fe this week, my husband and I visited Imran again at the Flea Market and took 2 rugs home. I wasnt 100% yet on my selection - they both were wonderful high quality and beautiful wool rugs.Imran suggested I stop by their shop near the Plaza where we met his nephew Adnan - who was also very gracious and helpful. I found yet another beautiful rug. It was very difficult to make a decision but we are extremely pleased with our final selection and Imran and Adnan provided excellent pricing.Rug shopping is always tricky with making the correct style and color selection and obtaining the best quality rug for the money spent. Imran and Adnan at Classic World help make the process easily and pleasurable.We know we enjoy our rug for years to come and we look forward to visiting Classic World again soon for additional rugs. I highly recommend them.
