Beautiful things to buy and memories to bring home, stores and bathrooms very clean safe place to be.

Went to shop for Merrell shoes. Salesperson was very knowledgeable about her stock and explained how their sale worked. A good experience. Bought two pair of shoes at their sale.

Went to one of the estate sales, it was fun.the mall has alot of empty space but we like rhe stores that were open

We ordered take out which included salads they did not put any utensils even though we had put a note and asked them specifically to include it. The sandwich bread also was burned and the smell of the burnt oil was awful.!

Great location off I-25 SB, exit Cerrillos Rd. First light coming off I-25 go right, there it is on your right. Prices for 501 jeans $58 a pair - thats supposed to be an Outlet store? Im NOT rich by any means. Personable staff, prices NOT competitive - kinda high for blue jeans. Most stores closed at the Mall. Covid killer.

It’s so sad to see the mall look like a ghost town. There’s not many stores anymore. It’s sad for business owners, and customers. Hopefully it can get some good stores in the future because it’s such a beautiful place. We went to Polo so my son could pick out some items. Don’t get me wrong I love good customer service, I actually expect it but It was annoying that there was so many employees following us around I felt like I needed to rush my son and get out of there. At first I was like oh wow they must just be bored but then it got overwhelming. We made our purchases and left I felt like I was in a fish tank.

It needs revitalization. Too many empty stores, only five are open. Addition of Eye Associations convenient for ever growing south side. Bring back Nike, Zales and Coach outlet stores, please.

I have loved this little outlet for years but covid has taken its toll. Hardly any stores left. Maybe it will bounce back.

This outlet is not what it used to be. There used to be tons more stores now there is maybe little more than a hand full of stores and if they are even open when you go just heads up if you didnt know not many places like it used to be.

So many of the stores are unoccupied. I was there for an appointment at Eye Associates, which is also located in the mall. The signage for the clinic is not particularly large or helpful.

I came to the Fashion Outlet Mall in Santa Fe to go to the Levi store and the Nike store and found out the Nike store is closed. I did go to the Levi store and they have some pretty good prices but whats really weird is I found these Levis for the same price at another store in Santa Fe....

A very nice little place.

A ghost town. Only a few shops are occupying spaces, with many more apparently gone after unsuccessful stints there. The ones remaining are mainly from larger manufacturers or retailers. A depressing experience. The place is rather remote even though it is right off of I-25. It just doesnt seem to attract much interest.

We shop here for our two favorite stores. Murrells and Eddie Bauer. Too bad they cant get more merchants.

There are only 6 open stores, what a shame because its a nice space! The stores are Loft, Sunglasses Hut, Levis, Ralph Lauren, another place and a Fur Store.

The spookiest outlet Ive ever been. 4 shops out of roughly 40 open. All clean and nice but not worth stopping... sorry!

Extremely disappointed. Came from out of state and wanted to do some shopping for me. To our unpleasant surprise, only 7 or 8 stores are still operational here and none of them are really appealing. Even though we understand the Covid-19 restrictions that have been placed on the state, I didnt think that many of the stores would be closed.

Stores here are still requiring masks. Why, if vaccinations work? And if masks work, why did so many get sick and die? It makes no sense.

This outlet was a bit of a letdown. Most of the stores were still closed but I did grab a cute short set from polo for myself and a few other items for someone special.

I was passing by Santa Fe for one night. I saw this outlet and I was surprised! Its like a ghost town. There are only 4 stores still open and the rest closed. I hope they come back again in business 🙏

The place seems death and there is only like 5 stores opened. Love Levis and Eddies Bauer though.

Probably a great place at one time. Only 2 or 3 stores left. Looks like they even had a hotel there so that you could have an overnight shopping vacation. Sad.

I enjoy the few shops that ate there. The Ralph Lauren Polo Store, The Loft, and Eddie Bauer, also Brooks Brothers, and Coach, Levis. Eye Associates was a great addition.

Unless you are born to shop the mall is a bit depressing. This collection of stores should offer some excitement, but mostly shows the slightly seedy side of corporate culture. That said, I still shop for sales there occasionally to keep within my budget. Its tempting to drop a star, but really, its a matter of taste and finding affordable locally owned stores for these types of items is basically impossible. Remember the good old days when the big boxes werent as big and good deals were a relatively common occurrence? No? Yeah, Im old.

The place looks almost like a ghost town with just a few stores open. This played out to our advantage though because the stores had bigger discounts than other Outlets Ive visited before.

So many stores have unfortunately left. I was hoping with the big walmart and other businesses in the area, the outlets would get more traffic, but 🤷🏻‍♀️ RIP Le Creuset

There wasnt many stores, but everything was on sale. I just picked up tees,and jacket at the Livie store.

So let me be clear, the shops and coffee shop that is there are truly great, but most of the mall is empty. Ill never understand why as its a beautiful outdoor mall. Go there if you know the shops you want to see...only place for Coach and Le Creuset for example.

The stores they do have are great. The snack bar is scrumptious and they make some mean pastries, candy, coffee and sandwiches. Its a destination on its own.My only complaint is it doesnt seem well maintained. Stores that left months ago are still listed in the directory causing me to wander aimlessly in the snow looking for places that are long gone.The management needs to work more on filling the stores and keeping the place up or this will end up abandoned like the other outlet mall.

Very disappointing hardly any shops open. Any remaining stores if you gonaskngornyour military discount. If you need visit specific stores aak for your veterana discount.

Had a great experience at Sunglass Hut. Bert was very patient and helped me to find a pair of sunglasses that I am very pleased with. I was also delightfully surprised that Eye Associates was there so I made an appointment.

Have visited a number of times over a few years now... Usually a year or so between. As of 2018 the least available that I have seen. There seems to be less each time. The first time I would have given it a 5 as it was great deals and lots to choose from. now not so much. Needs more outlets and the deals could be better

I used to love this place when it had a full house... I now only go for Eddie Bauers and ice cream.. but still a fun place to stop and take a look you just never know and always pro supporting local businesses!

Great prices at the Coach outlet and Levi outlet. Too bad there’s only like 5 stores open there. The only food store there was great with excellent prices and quality service!!

You can find some really great deals on fine clothing, footwear, etc. Plenty of parking tho premises are a bit shabby. Could use some TLC and this would make a more pleasant shopping experience.

A true yawner. This place started with noble intent but is now so deserted. Near half of the merchant spaces are empty. The few spaces open, any one you visit, the employees are most pleased for the entertainment of your company. Breaks their boring day. A place to go only if you’re utterly bored and forget the same stuff is available elsewhere closer into town.

I have not shopped in this area for many years. When I went back, more than 50% of the shops were closed. It seems like this place is really failing. I was just looking for a pair of shoes. But there is basically no shoes for sale. I did find a nice coach wallet for under $30. Which makes me think that coach is so cheap. But I’m so happy about my wallet.

It seemed like this place was unusually empty, especially right before the holidays, but we had a great experience. We went into several little shops. I ended up buying things at The Loft outlet (which had a GREAT selection and awesome clearance) and the Famous Footwear outlet. The food court wasnt open, but the bathrooms were really nice and clean. Overall, 8.5/10 will go again.

Mall Ghost Town.They have a handful of stores, with lots of empty spaces in between. Dont know how these stores make it out here.Since its a pretty dead outdoorsy strip mall.In Desperate need of new stores, paint and a facelift.Perhaps now that they have the Eye Associates Office they might attract more crowd.

If you dont mind going a little out of the way for what you are looking for its definitely worth it. The stores have some good sales too which doesnt hurt my feelings or wallet 😂

Its sad to see a place that was so alive and full of shops. Now its like a ghost town. More than half the shops are closed. Most of the people that work there are not happy and dont care to give service. Better attitudes bring the customers back. So little left there its hardly worth the effort.

I like this outlet. They have some nice stores left Brooks Brothers, Coach, Hanes, Levis, Guess, Ralph Lauren and Le Creuset.Lots of parking and very easy to get around.

Nice outlet mall, but almost all merchants are gone. The merchants that are there are very friendly and well stocked. Worth a stop to see what they have. They really need to get the shops filled up. How about getting local New Mexico microbreweries to fill up the empty spaces so that you can do a one stop shopping experience to try local brews and sit outside on patio and hear live music, etc. This has been done in other parts of the country with great success.

The Ralph Lauren polo store has great deals and selection of cotton clothes. Definitely worth the trip.

My sister, son and I came out here just to get away. I found the cutest Coach shoes and a few little things. The shoes were originally $350 and I got them on sale for $53. It is definitely worth a trip. The center was clean, bathrooms smelled and looked nice. Great experience.

Pretty much an empty outlet mall with maybe 7 stores.

The few times we have been here in the past years we got some nice things for great prices so had always looked forward to stopping in. However, this year a lot has changed. This mall is tiny and deserted. There was maybe three open stores in there... None we were interested in.

Even though the shops are few, the people are great! Nice to talk to, inviting and helpful!there is a variety of things to shop for from baby to kitchen items, clothes to shoes. The mall has a restaurant, the options are not extensive but is always good and filling.

Near dead status but the news is not all bad. New management is working on it. Most of the stores are empty but the ones that are left are worth visiting. Eddie Bauer Outlet, Hanes, Brooks Brothers, and especially Merrell Shoes Outlet come to mind. The candy store bakery cafe seems to be sticking. NM Eye Associates added a location there. Thats good..The place does get busy in the Summer and holiday weekends when folks from Durango to Carrizozo come to shop.

This is an interesting outlet Center as it is an open air mall. A large parking lot is available and there are approximately 30 stores. Often, they have numerous stores which offer incredible sales and clearance prices. Theyre located on the outskirts of Santa Fe and near major surface streets, as well as Interstate 25.

Everything was a little over priced. Great workout tho!

Im sure at one point in time this was an amazing shopping center but it was sad to see only a handful of stores that were still open.

I Like It! I have been coming here for years and even though some of the shops have changed I always find something unusual or pretty thats a great value. I especially like Brooks Brothers.

This outlet mall is slowly dying. Its sad to see it now, years later, remembering when all the stores were full and there were lots of people around. Even so, the stores that are left still have excellent sales and good service, especially the Eddie Bauer outlet.

Could use a few more stores & a snack bar, but still a great place to shop & save money. I visited Brooks Brothers & was well taken care of there by a professional staff.

I was able to get a new pair of Merrell hiking shoes that were perfect for me quickly and easily. Merrell has a well-run store there. My concern is with the mall as a whole. It has a lot of vacant store fronts and a nearly empty parking lot. Its high season in Santa Fe. I would expect to see more traffic.

Would like to see more outlets like Bath and Body works.

Sad to see how empty this outlet mall has gotten there are not very many options left here hopefully more stores come soon.

The best reason to go, other than the electric charging station, is Le Creuset.

There are very few stores open there. Eddie Bauer. Le Cruset, Ralph Lauren, Coach and Loft. I may have missed one or two others. Very depressing. Used to be very bustling.

This is a dying mall. Most of the stores are vacant. I guess a plus is that it was not busy! I found some great deals on the stores that were there, but I expected more. Im from out of town so I didnt know any better. Dont go here for a big shopping extravaganza.

This place was dead. A sad reminiscent of the past. Sadly, I was hoping theyre would be more stores but everything is closed. Avoid, and keep down the 14 to Albuquerque. Its a better shopping experience.

Generic. Over priced, nothing of interest and out of fashion was my first thought. Ill have to spend more time and really look around for a better perspective
