I used to think FedUp instead of FedEx was funny. Now FedEx is more like FakeEx. You never get your deliveries on time, your packages arrive damaged, they never take any responsibility for their incompetence, and they don’t give a flying you know what. I hate buying from companies that use them, but sometimes you don’t have a choice. I never use them anymore for anything. You should do the same.

The delivery drivers working at FedEx in and around the Santa Fe area are some of the most incompetent and careless people I’ve ever seen. But when there’s no consequence for doing what they do they’re never going to stop doing it. They have literally cost my wife and I hundreds of dollars in lost packages because for some reason finding an easy address with only two houses on the lane we live on is an impossible task. My toddler could do a far better job than these delivery drivers. At this point all I can wish for is that they get the karma that is due them.

Just watched a FedEx delivery man drop my package from about 4 feet up, over my unlocked gate. Instead of simply opening the gate. It was a medium weight package and certainly could have held something fragile (thankfully it did not). Really appalling service.

I went to Camino Entrada 1-6-21 at about 2:30. I put my box down and went to my car to get my mask.. The employee already speakingt a couple, but loudly started giving me Curt orders of what to do. He had a thick German accent, wearing a mask. I told him I had some hearing. problems, couldnt quite understand. He finished with the previous people, proceeded to rudely demand what I wanted. I still stated I could not quite understand.

FedEx marked my package as delivered, but it never arrived. I filed a claim. The next day, a neighbor brought me my package, saying it had been left on her doorstep. When I called FedEx to update my claim, I was told the driver was 100% certain that the package was delivered to the right address. Absolutely ridiculous.

Absolutely horrible. My so called Next Day package rolled around the back of a delivery truck for 4 days. I eventually had to go down to the local office and pick it up. Every day they promised it would be delivered. I wouldnt use FedEx to ship dead fish to my nemesis. Only reason I gave them one star was that I couldnt give them less.

There’s ALWAYS A DELIVERY EXCEPTION. Today I received a delivery exception that my package can’t be delivered because the “business is closed.” But I’m not a business, I live at a residence where FedEx just delivered a package YESTERDAY. The last time this happened, my Blue Apron package sat in a warehouse over the weekend and the food arrived rotten. And the delivery exception was “incorrect address” when they had delivered a package two days prior. Coincidentally, this has always happened when a Saturday delivery is scheduled. Strangely enough, I watched my cameras around the time the attempt was made and no driver ever came to my RESIDENCE. I’m convinced the driver was simply too lazy to deliver my package. FedEx SUCKS!

This is a joke had a order from Walmart they delivered it to the wrong Georgia Romero. I called let them know the lady say oh it was sent on the wrong route. I found the house after 2 days picked up one part of my order the gentleman informs me that they call fed-ex told them it was the wrong address they dropped the package off at the same address at the end of the day. Absolutely atrocious delivery service during the 8 years Ive lived here. Tracking often shows out for delivery, then some bogus exception shows up and delivery happens a day or two later. Weather exception when theres not a cloud in the sky. Returned to station for inspection, when the package is obviously fine when delivered the next day. Incorrect street address, when its not. Customer not home, when the package doesnt require a signature and my account specifies leave at door. I dont understand how corporate allows this to continue. I understand that this is New Mexico, with poor education, etc., but UPS seems to do just fine, NEVER a problem with them. Thank God FedEx broke with Amazon, so at least I know my Amazon packages will arrive on time, by UPS.

My experience with FedEx Express has been absolutely horrible. They constantly dont even make attempts to deliver packages and then force me to drive 40 miles to come pick the packages up at their shipping center. Ive had multiple packages returned to senders with no attempt to make a delivery. I have no issue with FedEx Ground or UPS so Im not sure what the problem is with FedEx Express. Their customer service is terrible and have offered no resolution to the issue of my packages not being delivered. I avoid FedEx Express when I have the option.

The two men working this evening gave 100% of their best effort to help me print my label (that I emailed to FedEx store email) even though it took a couple of tries for me to figure out how to send it properly. They made a challenging day for me end peacefully and I am truly grateful!!!

I am not fond of q co ml pany havingnits employees enter false information about deliveries they make when the drivers did not even pass by my road let alone delivery to my home address which both are clearly marked.. Falsyfying information that they attempted to delivery, you are fraudulent charging other companys who have paid for said packages to be delivered. I would have thought that a company as big as this one would be doing better business than what there contracted drivers are doing...

Horrible experience! The package was supposed to arrive on Dec 30, in time for New Year presents. According to the tracking information, it arrived in Santa Fe that day, but then they had unexplained delivery exception both on Dec 30 and Dec 31, and now the package is arriving only on Jan 2. Of course I cant reach a living person at Fedex so cant even go to pick it up myself! I am disgusted by how they treat their customers. I will absolutely not order anything else from vendors that use Fedex in the future.

If I could leave negative stars I would.. Its like pirates took over this facility and feel like they can do whatever they want. A driver came into my driveway.. did not drop off any package and tracking said it was delivered to the front door. I wasted a lot of time looking for the package and need it to complete a project before I leave town in a couple of days. Fed Ex is waiting for the driver to get his stuff together and figure out what is going on with the package.. Fed Ex customer service attempted to contact this facility but apparently they are open from 8:00-10:00 AM today even though their website says open until 4 PM. Tomorrow is Sunday. Not open.. I leave on Tuesday morning. I am probably going to have to go to a hardware store and get something to finish my project instead of the specialty item I had ordered. I also ordered another item with 2 day shipping and paid $23 to use in conjunction with the item I am currently waiting for. If I dont receive any sort of compensation from Revenue Services for my wasted expedited shipping money, time and gas (driving to facility). I will do my very best to never use Fed Ex again. I order a lot of stuff online and will request the vendors to use a different service because its literally like throwing a dart at a dartboard wondering if you will hit the bulls eye and receive your package. Had problems so many times over the years. I flagged down the Fed Ex Express driver who was very nice and delivered my other package and he said that it was probably Fed Ex Ground contractors and they have had a lot of problems with them and he actually questions the trustworthiness of the drivers. Everyone who commented before me should contact Fed Ex Revenue Services and try to get some sort of compensation for their time and energy wasted with this facility. Just because Fed Ex is one of the few major shipping companies does not mean they should take their customers for granted and not offer any sort of compensation. There are other shipping companies out there. This facility needs to be seriously looked at by the Fed Ex corporate facility managers. Read the comments made before me.. this situation with this facility is ridiculous. Its beyond mistakes.. it is like they are doing this on purpose to manipulate their routes for some reason or possibly even steal packages. This is crazy.. its called shipping.. not order something and spend hours if not days trying to actually get it almost every time and hope that you do eventually get your package.

Fast, friendly and efficient. The staff is really nice. FedEx Smart post is cheaper than the post office and FedEx Ground is faster and SAFER too. They dont play football with your packages like Post office does.

Fed X Home Delivery out of Santa Fe, NM is the worse. Delivery dates are irrelevant to them. They will attempt a delivery only when its convenient for them, not the customer.Repeatedly, they make up some story about the wrong address and then wait until they have a truck load before coming out.UPS doesnt have that problem. Theyre dependable.Its become so bad that I will refuse to buy from merchants that use Home Delivery. Unfortunately, one slips through occasionally and I have to wait a week for delivery.Why cant Fed X make these contractors do the job theyre getting paid for?

People make mistakes and I had the wrong package delivered to my home and the package I was waiting for was delivered to another address. After my husband reported the package that wasnt ours and I determined that yes we were expecting a package that day and called back to customer service, which took a little to explain the situation (hence the one star), but once what had happen was related I was blown away. The driver returned same day and exchanged both packages and got them to where they needed to go. Mistakes happen, being able to admit and correct = Priceless. Congratulations to the driver.

If I could leave a negative star I would. I live in Rancho San Marcos - On Saturday, I was walking my dogs when a driver sped past me probably doing 60 in a 25 MPH zone. My dogs were off leash and I was running.... He never took his foot off the gas..... I called the 800 to lodge a complaint and could not get anyone who spoke English properly. I was so upset about this that I went down to the depot and asked for a manager. No manager there. The young lady took my name and address and said she would have a manager call me Monday. NO call. At what point will they do something about drivers???????

This is the worse experience with FedEx Ive ever had. If I could Id rate it a zero, the only reason it even gets a one star is because the representatives who arent Santa Fe, have been nothing but nice even when they are clueless. My replacement cell phone should have been here last week, six days ago. The driver is lazy and refuses to look for my aunts house. You literally just pull over to the side of the road and her house is there, no roads to take, just pulling over. Then when told I could just pick up my package at the shipment center, it was put on the truck for a fourth delivery attempt after asking repeatedly not to try and deliver it again. It was even delivered and signed for by a complete stranger and FedEx had to retrieve the package back! What is and should have been a simple delivery has been a nightmare from hell. I wish Verizon would ship using another company. FedEx out of Santa Fe are lazy, rude and incompetent. Even the rep from the call center said it seems like that office is full of people who are unhappy doing their jobs. I do not recommended this shipping office. At this rate, I could have driven to Texas where it was shipped from and picked it up myself! Ridiculous!

You get hit and miss with these guys, as far as claiming insurance?It seems a waste of money, they will tell you this and that how to pack and when you do it their way the FedEx lawyers jump in a screw you.You didnt pack it properly, they dont even send the driver to look it over anymore. UPS is run by Gorillas with boxing gloves on.USPS is like way to much on anything over 15.Pick one of three lesser Eviles i pick FedEx.

Driver wont commit to a time to deliver my luggage!. Airline shipped my luggage to Los Alamos (45 min away from Fedex center). I have been calling since 6am to try to figure out what time the driver will deliver. Fedex claims they cannot contact the driver that I should just wait at the address until he arrives. Since I am traveling here for business it is not possible to just wait around all day. They will not give me a time or contact the driver.

I apologize for the length, but this is getting epic...I was home all day, occasionally checking the delivery status on Amazon, when at 5 PM the status became Delivery Exception -- Customer Moved. Im a smart guy, but I have no idea how that could have happened. Theres absolutely no way to contact FedEx in Santa Fe, so what could I do?The next day I see that it is out for delivery again. If they really believed that I moved, were they just driving around asking people where I moved to? Maybe they were and didnt get any good leads, because despite being out for delivery, by early afternoon the status on the FedEx website said that delivery was changed to Monday.The office is open on Saturday, so I will go there tomorrow and see if I can get my package. If not, I will come back and lower my three-star review.UPDATE: According to FedEx tracking, the package is on the truck out for delivery today (Saturday). However, it states that the package will be delivered the next business day, which is Monday. This means that even if I went to pick my package up at the office, it would not be there because it is on the truck, even though they have no intention of delivering it to me today. Down to two stars.UPDATE 2: I go to this place anyway to ask them personally to hold my package so that I can pick it up myself on Monday. Did you know that there are actually THREE FedEx companies that have no idea what the others are doing at any specific time? This office is FedEx Express (which is short for Federal Express Express -- someone got paid money for that decision), and the culprit behind my frustration is FedEx Ground. Its simple really. FedEx Express has purple logo trucks, and FedEx Ground has green logo trucks. Thats an important piece of information, because this locations signage does not say FedEx Express, it just says FedEx.(I did not ask what the third FedEx entity was. I am already living in an increasingly complicated and frightening world, and I didnt want to make things worse for myself.)FedEx Ground is located just yards off the road to the airport, yet you have to search for an inobvious little-used road to get there, which has become the prevailing metaphor for this whole endeavor. The building is a fortress clearly not designed for casual visitors, although it fits well in this dystopian-via-Southwestern-charm business park. I circled the parking lot, keeping an eye on the watchtowers (there werent any watchtowers), and I made my way back home.I am raising my review to three stars because it is possible that the Camino Entrada location is not the culprit behind my problems, and because I may not fully comprehend the forces that are conspiring against me.

The driver who delivers to the Tierra Amarilla area has repeatedly just left packages at the post office although i specifically asked for delivery to my address. the post office is a 30 mile round trip from my house, so this is no minor matter for me. I have filed complaints, but nothing changed. it does not seem like the drivers supervisors see anything wrong with this breach of contract. they have not returned my phone calls, much less apologized for the inconvenience caused to me.by contrast, the fedex freight driver Mark [operating out of Farmington, not Santa Fe] is polite, cooperative and on time. so it does seem to be the Santa Fe office at fault heret

I have been in the Camino Entrada Fedex office couple of times and the staff is just so rude, i visited the other locations in Guadalupe and the other in St michaels and the are really great, the service is very good and people is very friendly, id better drive a little more time than going to the one in Camino Entrada again

Door tag number doesnt seem to exist in their system. Driver left a note to pick it up locally but never dropped it off at the pick up location. Took four customer service reps over half hour to locate my package. Waste of time.

They deliver a shipment, and 2 weeks later we get a bill for an extra $50 because the driver used a liftgate. I stopped shipping anything with them after they overcharged me by about $500 6 years age, but with incoming shipments we have no control over, so they feel they have the right to tack an extra 50 dollars on it.
