Dont forget everyone, during the last year it was Target that was doing curbside delivery. Through the rain, through the heat, all during the high numbers and stay home orders. Always with speed and accuracy and smiles. As a senior with little grandkids living with me this was valuable to.Yes Walmart now does curbside but where were they when it was really scary?And no I know no one that works for either company. Its just a fact. Thank you Target for helping my family stay safe.

That was easy! I ordered and paid online, and in less than two hours it was ready for pickup! I didnt go mulling around the store, which saved me time; and it saved me money from impulse buying!

My daughter and I were in line waiting to pay and a Target team member by the name of Chad walked up and offered to open up and check out our items, while completing the purchase he was very friendly and helpful asking if we found everything we needed so I mentioned a Nexus serum and he immediately started looking it up and called the Beauty Dept to help and Angela another employee graciously came by to speak with us and they offered to check the floor for the item which to me was over and beyond, amazing customer service is all I have to say…Thank You…

Very well stocked. They have plenty of toilet paper! The store is clean and the staff is friendly. However, the in-house Starbucks closes 2 hours before the store does and I wish it didnt. Later in the evening is the best time to go because there are fewer customers.

Favorite store to go hands down!! Pretty well stocked, clean, great awesome staff, great prices. Usually what you cant find at Walmart you will find it here and even cheaper. Ive seen theyre curbside pick up service is popping and they put more effort into it by assigning special parking spots not just a curbside spot. Thats awesome.

The products in the $1, $3, & $5 bins are always super fun. My son and I always look forward to seeing what new gadgets they have.

This is the worst experience every with a return. I had my receipt but since it was past the 30 day return date, they wouldn’t give me my money nor store credit. The night female manger was useless. I will never shop at Target again, anyways, prices are ridiculously high.

I was looking for something specific and an associate, Letarian, was incredibly helpful. It’s one of the coolest experiences I’ve had at this store.

Rude customer service and bag fee was not taken off my bill even though, I went inside and rejected the bag. Lady at the counter was throwing stuff around and told me that I wont get charge for the bag. I went home and checked on bank account, bag fee was not removed.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I pre-ordered an Xbox series x back in September and when I came to pick it up 2 days ago, they told me they didnt have a package for me and they demanded a refund. I told them that an employee by the name of Julia signed off the delivery and that the store recieved it. They told me that there was no employee by that name. I come to find out that an employee at the store stole my console and signed off the document under a false name. The management handled this very poorly and refused to honor/compensate my preorder by giving me one of the consoles that was in the back, as well as not being held accountable for their negligence on not paying attention about the theft. The only compensation I was offered was a measley $15 gift card when I paid nearly $600 for th preorder. I was told that I have to pay again as if Im buying the console for the first time when it goes in stock. Im currently waiting on my refund and I will take my business elsewhere.

Did a pick up in car and the associate Came out to the car within minutes from me sending the message that I was pulling up....very easy to order on line... associate was very polite and friendly... Target just keeps getting better every time...Also I had an order a couple weeks ago that never got delivered because most likely UPS lost it somewhere, Target sent me a new order immediately.. their customer service is definitely the best even thru the crazy holiday season

I wish I could give 0 stars because of the experience we had today. We were treated so horribly by the staff due to a mistake on signage that was the fault of the store. When we attempted to bring the mistake to the attention of the manager (Norma), she was rude and told us to go take a picture (refusing to walk back with us). When we did, she said I dont care where the sign was or what it says. Im not going to honor it because its not on the ad that way. We said that really ought to be on them for having the signs posted incorrectly. We again asked her to walk back. She had a major attitude but did so. My mother showed her the signs and her response was to imply my mother was illiterate for misreading the fine print (well maybe if you READ it). While my mother and the manager were looking at the signs, the clerk in our line and another employee began to make rude comments and gestures towards those of us still waiting in line. We ended up contacting corporate. They honored the signage but refused to do anything to reprimand the employees or make up for the embarrassment and disrespect we went through.On separate notes, the store was an unorganized mess and the bathroom was disgusting. I love Target (a lot! Its my favorite store!) but our experience in this particular store makes me never want to return.

Because I went to the store to pick up my order and the girl ask me if I needed to pick up and order. I didnt know what the process, she helped me and she gave me my order in less than five minutes. That was so amazing!

Couldnt believe that a worker on break went behind the counter started making herself a drink without washing her hands and not wearing a mask! Even takes a few sips behind the counter after making it!

I love target! My daughter loves target as well it’s her favorite store ha and she’s five. I love how friendly the staff are, love the great deals, the cartwheel app, and how you can get the 5 dollar card when you buy certain items!

This is how many times i found basketball cards there in the amount of 3 weeks. 1 time in 3 weeks, come on man! the one pack i found was lying around, not restocking, shelves were empty. need to be on top of that.

Edit 12/15/2020Target has changed their system so that you can shop online, on a computer and still drive up pickup with their app. I really appreciate that. Not all of us are attached to our phones. So, Im glad thats changed. The delivery kids outside are SO busy (it IS December) but friendly and fast, despite the crowds and zoo-like atmosphere. Works for meShelves are empty, there are more empty hooks than full ones. Weve looked at the baby dept several times, asked for help, no luck. Employees dont know where things are, and today, when I asked about the vast number of empty hooks, I got a shrug and a smirk. I reminded them that I cant buy what you dont have. They laughed all the way down the aisle.

Im glad this store finally upgraded to be consistent with other Target locations. However this store is too small and the parking lot logistics are horrible. The pick up in-store area is mixed with returns even though it shows separately as signs. I dont like waiting with returns. Pick up should be faster. I hope that when they open curbside it will get better. Ill review that later.

Target employees are the best, they actually help you if there is an item not on the shelf, they check their scanner to find the item in the back and bring it out if it’s there. Always very polite and helpful.

This Target is clean. The grocery Dept. is well stocked & has a good variety. If you want assistance youll have to search for awhile to find a employee. They lack a automotive Dept. (A 8ft section). A decent quality of clothes. I usually have to go-to a out if city Target or order online for pants/jeans in my size, (32 x 34). Staff is very friendly. Always willing to help, when you can run one down.

Worst customer service. You’ll have to call multiple times for anyone to answer. Instead of attempting to help you, they’d rather get off the phone as fast as possible. Go to a Target anywhere else.

I placed my order at 505pm for 3 items paid for them and got an email staiting they would be ready in 2 hours I immediately called the store cause I forgot a 4th item the lady who answered the phone said it wouldnt be a problem she would personally grab the additional item and I could pay cash for it when I got there. 705 pm came and went 30 min later I called the store got put on hold for 8 min. Then hung up on then at 740pm 40min. After the pick up time I was told I recieved an email that my order was ready for pick up however 2 of the 3 items I had already paid for were no longer available. I went down to pick up the item I paid for and to keep my word to the lady at the service desk about the additional item. I get there no one knows anything about the microban 24 hr. Disinfectant that i had added and of course by now after 8pm at night the store is sold out. So what was supposed to be a simple order of 2 80pk. Disposable gloves 1 file storage box and 1 bottle of microban disinfectant cleaner. ALL OF WHICH YOUR WEBSITE SAID WAS IN STOCK AND CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR by the time your employees got around to filling the order everything but 1 thing was sold out.

I like that you could shop for clothes and groceries in one location. I was able to get a big bag of cat food and some beautiful handmade gift cards at the same time.

I love shopping here. They almost always have everything I need and have a lot of deals on things. It is pretty busy most of the time, even if you go at night. Overall great place though.

Cant seem to get employees in the electronic department to quit standing around doing nothing. Lazy is one thing but refusing to assist is another. Made me leave the store.

I ordered two headphone in the buy-on-line / pick-up-in-person system, paid for two--in two separate orders. I went to the store, but the store only had one. I wont be using this order online / pick-up-in-store service ever again. What a waste of time. Ive already complained to a couple of friends about it. Ill be sticking to Amazon in the future. Even if its a few bucks more, its better to have things simply show up at my door from a reliable company. This sucked 75 minutes out of my day--and I still had to order one from an online store.

I am usually Pro Target however, Domingo ruined that today. needless to say I will be going to San Luis Target for anything else they have to do or online due to the fact of his carelessness and rude Behavior. That has not only put a damper in my shopping but the way I look at Target as a whole if you would like to customer service somebody whos willing to help you and not be some butthead.

I love shopping at Target but this particular location is quite small especially giving the population of the city. When they thought about remodeling the store, they shouldve thought about relocating it to a larger building closer to the 101 for more exposure.

Clean facility, quality products.

Used to be very clean and one of the nicer Targets, especially the bathrooms. Now the bathrooms are hardly ever cleaned, the toilet paper is almost always empty, and Ive even seen mold and mildew inside the paper towel dispensers. The rest of the store is still pretty good, but the bathrooms drop it way down.

Target is always my go-to place for everything from automotive needs to prescriptions. They have a great assortment of gift cards and their prices are always great. There is plenty of free parking and they are conveniently located just off of Broadway. My only complaint is the wonderful popcorn smell as you enter the store.

Have always liked shopping at Target because its clean and the aisles are not narrow and easily to maneuver. Lots of wonderful things to buy ❤🎯

On Friday, 10 November I called Target Santa Maria, CA Store #0309 looking for Kiwi Oxblood Shoe Polish. Elissa asked me, What brand? and I told her Kiwi brand. Ellissa asked me if I had the item number and I told her I did not know. Ellissa put me on hold for approx. 8 minutes, then came back on the line and told me they did have Oxblood Shoe Polish. I asked her again, Is it Kiwi brand? Ellissa said it was Oxblood brand. I told her, No, Oxblood is the color and asked a third time, Is the Oxblood Shoe Polish the Kiwi brand? Ellissa then started talking to a coworker and I asked her, Can I speak with an adult? Then Ellissa hung up!I called Target Store #0309 back to complain about Ellissa hanging up on me and asked for the Manager. The Manager said that I had been rude to Ellissa, so I asked him if treir store has Kiwi brand Oxblood Shoe Polish and he said he would check. The Manager came back on the line after two or 3 minutes and said they only had black. Worst customer service experience, very unusual for Target and all it took was 15 minutes on the cell phone I said to the store manager that I would make a complaint and this is it.... So much for Targets computerized inventory system!

Overall this store is clean, well staffed, organized, but there is nothing I can really say that made it exceptional. Good store overall!

They had what I needed and an array of sizes and prices available. However it was a weekend and they only had 2 registers open which had long lines, even self checkout had long lines. Need more people checking out on a busy weekend.
