First time using Jiffy to service my diesel truck.They performed an oil change very quickly, and inspected my truck. Not bad.They missed the fact that my windshield wipers are bad, but checked them off as good. Cleaning the windows was a 7 out of 10, since the missed several spots. My biggest complaint was in the billing breakdown.... It actually breaks down the service into labor, oil, parts.... so far so good, but looking at part list it says oil, oil filter, AND DEF FLUID (ONE GALLON!Funny thing is that my truck doesnt use DEF. I asked about that and they said thats just the way the oil change billing package is itemized regardless of diesel engine model type. Well I call BS! It says 1 gallon used and $9.99 for it. I think it should be reimbursed to me in cash, or send me out the door with a free gallon jug to do whatever I choose to do with it. Hell, I could sell it at the gas station to another truck driver that uses DEF for $10!Otherwise service was decent.Thats my thoughts.Thanks,Sal

The assistant manager (Alejandra Cerna) was very professional informative and friendly with me. Honoring what I needed done to my car and helped me reduce my budget with discounts. The staff are extremely hard workers and really hustles to make everyone happy! I was impressed. I recommend them to friends and family.

Oil change went well and quick very friendly staff. My only complaint is they put a change oil sticker on my windshield for 3000 miles when my Toyota tundra recommends 7500 to 10,000 miles when using full synthetic. Seems like a trick to get more oil changes they should use factory recommendations.

Staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I had my oil changed and my tires rotated. They were pretty busy, but they were done with my car quickly. Employees gave me a break down of all services recommended were thorough in their services. This was my first time there, but Ill definitely be back.

Very fast, thorough and professional. A lil pricey but if you want service that’s fast and good you have to accept the price being a little high. I was told it would take an hour to get my vehicle done and I was out the door and on the road in 20 minutes.

Rude, slow dont really care about your vehicle. I just had my windows tinted the day before...there was bright orange tape across the window button but as soon as they got into my Expedition they put the window down. Not good 🤨 when I asked why I was made to feel it was my fault for not telling them not to put the windows down....Im sorry I thought the orange tape with black bold writing saying DO NOT PUT WINDOWS DOWN was good enough 🤷‍♀️

I was very upset /disappointed with your crew, first time in JIFFY LUBE and LAST, I have always taken my Tacoma 18, to either Salinas Toyota or Alexander Toyota in Yuma Arizona where I’m from, after they did my oil change and I payed a ridiculous price of 125.00A technician came in and said my 2 filters need to be replace they lady /cashier acted like if she was gonna pay for it because I let him know to replace them, she stated OH NOW I HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING AGAIN, with a pretty awful manner, I SAID FORGET IT,,, I’ll find a way to replace them I just want out of here!The lady with the purple hair was pretty rude!I will not come back again, will continue using Toyota dealer at a lower price and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!That’s what keep you coming back!God bless you

First, I want to say, for years weve been bringing all of our vehicles to Jiffy Lube in Santa Maria.The service is top notch, the work team is very friendly and professional, and they truly try and give the best prices, with discounts, where applicable. Cecilia and Alejandra, are awesome, theyre both the reason why we decided to return to Jiffy Lube, and the great service, and the rest of the professional, dedicated team is what kept us coming back. Im very satisfied in all aspects of what they do. Recently we went in, but the girls werent there, omg, we thought they quit, and we were very upset, even thought, we cant go there anymore, it just wont be the same...but then found out that they just had the day off, we were so relieved, thank God lol

I traveled outside of my hometown to get my truck oil changed here. They are quick, professional, and reasonably priced. Oh, and consistent! I have had oil changes elsewhere and got all kinds of drama, waited far to long for in town work to be completed, and got poor service not worth mentioning, but far from listing as professional. So yes, I am happy and will see them again next time that service light comes on again!

I have a 2093 school bus that I am converting into an RV and I needed to have the Freon removed. The mechanic was extremely polite, friendly and above all knowledgeable and professional! He answered several questions I had on a few of my DIY projects. I had an appointment and they was right on time! The service was accomplished in a timely manner! Above and beyond!

Jiffy lube has the best service around! There team are quick honest and supper efficient in the work and what they do, the management is awesome and theyll help you out in the hardest times to get what you need done in emergency situations or whatever, my family and I highly recommend them!

I have been a few times and always do a fast job and out quick. The only feedback is the guys working cuss up at storm evertime Im there. I would say dont bring kids. Did a good job though.

This Jiffy Lube is fully staffed and ready to go. I always appreciate the recommended services info supplied, even if I cant always do all services it reminds me to check more than just the fuel guage and that tell-tale oil warning or low level smell. Unlike the previous Jiffy Lube (in another state), this one actually did well. They did oil change and coolant flush, and I am happy with their work. They were professional, went through the list of things I wanted done, and left alone what I asked them to not touch.

I had my oil changed in Sacramento two days ago. I drove to Santa Maria for work and I noticed an oil puddle under my car. I took it here and the fixed me up. My oil plug was not installed correctly in Sacramento. These guys fixed me up and topped me off. They were awesome!!!

I went to the Jiffy Lube in Santa Maria as a emergency after concerns from previous work at another location. I was miles away from home and fierce that my vehicle would break down. I explained to the very friendly and courteous female associate that was greeting everyone my situation and she was on point with taking care of me and gave me comforting words not to worry. She then instructed me to have a seat and relax. While another gentleman quickly diagnosed and serviced my car. It’s been 24 hrs and so far I’ve had no issues. I wish I would have remembered the associates name but by observation the whole team where on demand and working diligently to take care of everyone. So the people working at this location are really awesome very nice very friendly no issue with them I think theyre all fine individuals however I have an issue with the company itself Im scratching my head to figuring out why they charge $109 for an oil change when my dealership charges me $45.They did give me a discount when I complained about it they brought it down to $89 so Im just saying that while the service was good I feel the price is really is to much but you can make the argument that they topped off my radiator fluid but seeing as they cant vacuum your car due to covid-19 I dont understand why they still charge the high amount but like I said before they did give me a discount but only because I asked for it,and one last thing they said that they cleaned my windows they didnt my driver window was still dirty I had to clean it when I got home but like I said the employees are professional just kind of salty about the price.And if youre wondering at my dealership Hyundai they do my oil change for $45 they check my tire pressures and check all my fluids they wash my car and they usually vacuum it so I kind of get the same service for cheaper rate. But you do have to schedule sometime in advance.

They were professional, timely, and thorough. I was shown my cabin and engine filter. I stated the cabin filter looked dirty, and the representative stated they would replace it. When I went to pay for my services, my bill had doubled in price. When I asked how much the cabin filter was, the representative replied “$60!” Outrageous! I told him I never would of asked for a new filter if I knew the mark-up on the item. The manager quickly resolved the situation, and I was grateful. Be careful when accepting additional services, because they are expensive.

First time at this jiffy lube and it exceeded expectations. The staff were all super friendly and professional, they had me in and out in under 30 mins, they gave me $10 off even though I didn’t find my coupon, and i was able to sit in my car the whole time they worked on it. No added exposures to them or me. I’ll be going back when i need to!

My boyfriend made a spur of the moment decision to get his oil changed here and hes been going ever since! The JL team did a diagnostic and told us everything that was wrong with our vehicle, what needed immediate maintenance/what can wait, and they were very friendly/professional. We definitely felt like they were genuinely helping us. Also, quick services!

I was impressed with how fast they were at changing and flushing my transmission. Each of the 3 people I worked with was happy and wanting to satisfy me as a customer. I do most all my own services on my own vehicles but cant flush the transmission very easily. So..... They satisfied that. Thanks 😃

Quick and efficient. We were in and out in 30 min. They were a little aggressive about the upsells, and a little pricy, but since we’re in the middle of moving and remodeling, I didn’t have time to do it myself.Appreciated the efficiency and smiles on all the employees faces.

My experience at Jiffy Lube was pleasant. This was also my first time at a Jiffy Lube and was apprehensive and a bit on guard due to horror stories others have had in general not necessarily for this location. From my experience I found that the staff was extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable. They also did not pressure me into additional services which I found very reassuring. I will use their services again in the future.Side note: I brought my dog, Luci with me for the service and they treated her like the princess she is! She got lots of head scratches and belly rubs from several employees. It made her day too. Thank you!

Had the radiator serviced

This place was surprisingly quick, let me know about all issues with my car. At first, I was impressed. But a couple of days later, I was grabbing an item from my trunk only to find that my wire nut (which was keeping the light on above my license plate) was missing and the wires were unraveled. It’s been a week and I’m still waiting for a call back. I still have to work nights during this pandemic and now I have the worry of getting pulled over just because I didn’t want to pay for an unnecessary fix to a problem that was already resolved. A fix that was provided by my late uncle, a final act of love and you’ve stolen it from me.

The guys were all so curtiest and professional. Amazing work and also really quick. I was in and out fast. Thank you guys and keep up the good work.

Yesterday I brought my vehicle to JL and it was nice that there was no wait. The team was standing around and took a few minutes to get set up for the oil change, but everyone was friendly and helpful.The only thing they didnt do was go over any of their diagnostics and tell me what if anything I should be concerned with in the future.I would use JL again in my future.

Over priced and the manager is not customer friendly

My only hesitation is Jiffy Lube’s tendency to upsell every visit. I had a complete brake job four months ago. It was suggested yesterday that I replace my brake fluid and some filter (those were done w/in 6 months).Other than that I’m always pleased with Jiffy Lube and your courteous and timely service.

I went to get an oil change, and was told I had a million other things wrong with my car. They kept trying to upsell different things, so just beware of that. The oil change was fine though, a little more pricey compared to other places. I hate taking my car to Jiffy lubes because they always say I need to fix different things, when I clearly dont. Not my cup of tea, so Ill just stick with my usual go to spot.

This place is a joke dont go here take your car to a real shop they let my vehicle leave while it was unsafe to drive .no automotive shop will let the customer leave in an unsafe vehicle when i took it their to get safe to drive it never got fixed but they got me for 2 grand and I got my vehicle out of there dont go here seriously
