Told me they’d be able to get me the phone I wanted, put down a down payment. When I called to ask about the phone they said they couldn’t get it. Asked for a $400 refund since I wasn’t provided with the phone I wanted. Never gave me my $400 back and an extra $15.60 was added. Never told me there would be a fee for running my card or canceling. I showed up in person and called them twice. Owner answered once and said he call me back and never did. Seems like he’s a friendly guy but really isn’t. Still trying to recover my money three weeks later with help of other professionals.
