My daughter likes a lot of the clothes here but truth be told, the service sucks. Each time Ive been in there all of the employees are just gathered around talking, completely ignoring customers. The clothes themselves are not bad, pretty good quality and what you would consider in style, but prices are around 30 bucks for a shirt and upwards of for a pair of jeans....

You go in and the girls working don’t want to help you, even on their phone sometimes. Out of respect you let them know you need a fitting and they respond with the door should be open, to my surprise the door isn’t open so I walk back and they seem annoyed that I’m bothering them. Girls are extremely rude and don’t help you at all and they’re all just by the register talking . Clothes is nice and trendy and I love their clothes! But their customer service really sucks. Would not recommend

I shop a lot in this store and so does my daughter and every time I’m the store the girls are very helpful, and they are always so nice! I at times have my 5 year twin grandsons with me and they are full of energy the girls are always so sweet to them and offer them balloons if they have them. I have to say this is my daughters and I’s favorite store to shop at for the Kids... I will continue to shop here as I do have 5 small grandson and the quality of the clothes you can’t beat! First time going. Loved it. The girls were welcoming! Definitely will go again.

Literally the worst. I’ve bought items from here twice and twice they’ve forgotten the security tag. I will never be shopping here again as the clothes aren’t wearable.

The employees there are so RUDE. I was just looking around and I could tell that one was following me, she wasn’t even discreet about it and I always see them on their phones. I don’t even go in the store anymore, I’d rather go to Rue 21.

This place in santa Maria is dirty and only the front of the store is clean
