I went mattress shopping with my husband. We were immediately greeted by Mark. He is extremely knowledgeable and had us test out several mattresses. It was by far the best experience we had mattress shopping because Mark took the time to help us assess our needs and even explained the technology. It’s great because he encouraged us to take at least 5 minutes to spend on each mattress to help us with our decision. The other mattress stores we visited in the past did not offer the superb level of service that we received at Ortho Mattress with Mark. I would definitely ask for Mark when you visit this location. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Choosing a new mattress can be a daunting task.And I for one, didnt get it right on my first try. I am very impressed with the customer service provided by Ortho Mattress. Richard in Culver City was wonderful and really helped me to narrow down the dozens of beds to find a specific model made by Airloom. However, after sleeping on it for a month, I realized that it wasnt a perfect fit. What was good for my back was awful for my shoulder. I then went to the store in Santa Monica where I found Ana De La Vega who made my comfort exchange possible. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND (and on the Easter holiday) to make sure that I had the bed that was THE perfect fit for me. I am not one to take the time to write reviews, but her knowledge, patience and frankly empathy for my sleep deprivation inspired me to do so. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Ana. I will refer everyone I know to see you.

I worked with Philip, the store manager at Ortho Mattress. I needed a new bed and had a lot of back pain. He was even able to explain where I was pointing to in pain was my L5 and Sacrum. Philip also has a chronic pain foundation and between his knowledge of every brand of mattresses and Ortho mattresses made here in CA; I was paired with the perfect bed and an adjustable. I am now sleeping in whats called zero gravity on the adjustable that relieves pressure off your entire back. I am no longer in pain. I will be an Ortho Mattress customer for life.

Customer care is just one person, and is hard to reach. After few days and 4-5 calls, a third party company person came for inspection and after a week, when I again called, I was told that I cant get a new mattress, since the mattress is uneven by half inch. It has to be atleast one inch for them to replace the mattress.I bought this because I had back injury and was assured that mattress would be replaced for any kind of issue. This is my third mattress and first local brand and is a big disappointment. Now I cant sleep on this $ 2200 mattress and is just waste of money. Shouldnt have bought this local brand from Ortho. Please do your due diligence before buying this brand.

They charge you like a king but they give you a service worse than Macy’s...they are very nice and polite, but not helpful after you swiped your credit card...I spend 4K in his store, days after (only 3 days) I had a problem with the spring box (the too high)... I called him about my experience. Guess what?! he instantly tried to sell me another spring box ...I guess they know mattress customers are not returning customers no matter of the qualityDon’t deal with them, unless that’s the only option you have...I bet most of the reviewers who gave 5 stars haven’t bought from them
