I often like to make home improvements and keep my house in as best shape as possible. I wouldn’t be able to do this without Bourget Bros Building Materials. I have been buying home improvement materials from them for years now and they have never once failed me! They always have everything I need and their customer service is top tier. The neighborhood they are located in is great as well! I love that it’s very well located and easy to get to from my house. Bourget Bros has such a wide selection of materials and I am so lucky to have found a store that always has exactly what I am looking for. Great place for some stuff for the construction

They had the pull out cutting board we were looking for and the gentleman in the front directed us to where it was. Great place for all kinds of building and remodeling needs.

My home has tile from Bourget Brothers. I remember seeing the receipt with notes that they were great with the order. Thanks as I may have to replace one or two quarry tiles. :). Well, I replaced about 14 tiles when the roots of my giant olive tree broke through the walkway. To my amazement, they still had the tiles. I’m so happy!

I came here from work to find tile to expand my kitchen. They carry it but said they couldn’t help (just needed 10 tiles) and could only help me in 4 hours. You really can’t ask someone to wait 4 hours unless you just really don’t want that client. I get it’s too small of a sale for you to care. So if you’re just coming in to shop, don’t waste your time. You can’t get help if you’re not a contractor, apparently.

Went today for the first time. They have a pretty good selection of lumber, tools, and landscaping stuff. Found what I needed and thankful I didn’t have to make the commute over to Home Depot. Talked to 3 different staff members before I got one that was helpful. But that could just be because they were a bit more standoff-ish cause COVID. Anyways support local and good store 👍🏻

Over priced...most employees are rude...not a good place to shop...a older employee named Daivd is especially rude and not hopeful!!...better off going to homedepot...

Hang up on me twice simply because they did know how to do their job. Called to ask for a product that they carry in the store In order to order it and they just transfer me from person to person till it automatically got me off the line

Definently more expensive then your average hardware store, but with little to no competition near by... It is a good spot to find most everyday hardware and a lot of specialized tools and supplies. Staff is very attentive and always looking to help.

I only gave two stars because, their customer service was very poor. I arrived 14 minutes before closing, and when I went to park in the space there was no caution cone in the space a man comes walking out of the store pointing and talking very loudly at me going to have my park somewhere else and he picked up the cone and put it right in front of my vehicle and was not obvious to anyone but that come with meant for someone not to park there was not into space when I pulled in so of course Im not in my head yes and went to park in another space before I walked through the doora man who clearly work there was standing gazing out into the parking lot says to me, you know were closing in 10 minutes, I said yes it wont be long for me I know exactly what I need. So I proceeded to find exactly what I needed and came for purchased it, and the only polite person was a cashier no one else greeted me in the whole store employees running around trying to hurry up and leave. I got to my vehicle put it in reverse and the man just finished closing the gate he was standing in the parking lot the whole time new I was backing out and then pointed me to the direction of the other gate of at the other end of the parking lot. I felt very rushed no Hometown feeling, no welcome, no how are you doing today? nothing much but hurry up and get lost chick were not interested in your sale!!! again like I said The only person who had any class whatsoever or friendliness in her was the cashier!!!I seriously doubt that Ill ever entertain thoughts of visiting and purchasing anything from that store again Ill go to Fisher Hardware at least they greeted me as I walked through the door with hello how are you doing and it was just as late coming to them as it was to Bourget Brothers. No Hometown feeling no good atmosphere nothing absolutely nothing!!!! They ought to be ashamed of themselves, but they wouldnt be of course! I know it was the end of the day and everybody wants to go home but you dont rush your bread-and-butter out the door customers are what keep the doors open. If I were the owner I would take special precautions and pay special attention to who might have working in my store with the attitude and Outlook that they had. Im doing a major Remodel and there are supplies that Im going to be needing in the future, very near future, and I absolutely refuse to give them any of my business whatsoever. Im truly astonished and amazed. I will never shop there again ever!This is the first disgusting complaint Ive ever written I dont complain hardly ever at all every post Ive ever made was always on a good note and these people just sucked!!!!

Their long truck has been speeding south down the 1 this afternoon...cutting in front of cars...honking aggressively at cars legally exiting into parking lot. He is a nuisance on the roadways...not good advertising for your business. Hope he gets off the road today before he kills someone!
