Best iPhone screen repair service ever. Was a bit sending my phone in the mail but the post office covered the value and did Recorded delivery nervous for £6 so it worked out. I sent My phone on Thursday and got It back on Saturday screen fully replaced and was returned in a box the phone was put in a inflatable pouch thing which was a neat touch. I recommend for all.

Is all I can say about Santa Monica IPhone Screen Repair!!!...My daughter dropped her iPhone 12 and the screen literally shattered & the LCD Display was shot & looked like vertical rainbow lines going across the whole screen. Santa Monica is a fabulous service! I was having a problem with the sound on my Iphone . I chose the free diagnostic since I didnt know what was wrong. They called me about 1:50 hours after I dropped it off at one of the Santa Monica to let me know that it was fixed and on its way back to the Santa Monica. This place is amazing. I have now taken my phone in twice, and the service is always fast & friendly. The most recent time, my LED screen was broken and I was worried I would have to get a new one. Not the case! I was in and out in 20 minutes with a phone that is working perfectly.

Amazing service -- incredibly friendly, transparent, and fast! I had dropped my phone several times and the last time did the phone in as block splotches and rainbow lines took over. The initial quote through yelp was for the screen itself, but Santiago quickly diagnosed that the LCD needed to be replaced so it was a bit more. The price was very fair and Santiago was incredibly kind. Though I hope not to be frequenting an iphone repair shop, I highly recommend this shop for anyone who is looking for quality service.

Great and fast service! Went to Verizon and they said it would cost $220 to fix my iPhone 11 back glass and 4 days. Took it to these guys and they did it in 1 hour for $120. Talk about great service! I’ll be bringing more phones in the future if I keep dropping them. Thanks again

I was able to quickly schedule a repair for a broken Iphone screen, as well as pay for that repair on the Santa Monica IPhone Screen Repair website. I chose to drop it of at my local santa monica as I was unable to bring it to one of their satellite repair offices. The automated santa monica was easy and quick to use. As promised, I was notified within four hours that my device was fixed and ready for pick up, back at the same kiosk I left it at. I was able to pick up the device from the Santa monica without any issues. I couldnt have been happier with the overall experience, especially with the timeliness of the service.
