Ive been away from Hollywood Smoke during Covid. I had always gone semi-regularly, and always known it to be where it always was -- until it was no longer there. I found the new location and decided to stop in as my second son was born recently... I wanted a celebratory smoke... Stopped in late, and saw Greg chatting w/ some customers who were smoking. Re-introduced myself to Greg and found out Devin moved back to New York. Told Greg I hadnt smoked since coming with friends celebrating my first sons birth. He asked what I was in the mood for, and decided to pick a fine stick --- on the house! Now I was ready to buy it anyway, but man, what a class act. Im happy to know they are still in business, and that they still have such a fine way of doing business. Cant give any more stars than 5 otherwise I would. Thank you Greg, wish you all the best, and see you again soon. Truly happy and if youre going to smoke in West LA, this is the place to go. Period!

Best experience ive had at any business ever.Great selection, great lounge, passionate and knowledgeable owner. Very clean and great decor/atmosphere. Second to none cigar shop for every reason...I went in and the owner asked my wife and i a few questions to help pick out some cigars, gave us both great cigars. He then cut them for us and helped make sure we lit them properly. I watched him interact with some other customers while i was making another purchase based on his recommendation and saw that he is just that kind of person. Extremely knowledgeable in how he directed customers and cares for their purchase. I will never go anywhere else if I am within an hour of this place and neither should you. Make the drive its worth it.

Great local smoke shop and lounge.Really great selection and friendly staff.The guys that run this cigar shop are really CIGAR PEOPLE, meaning they actually know their stuff, history, varieties, flavor profiles.Very refreshing to come in and get a warm welcome, a tour of the various cigars and to be treated like a person.Parking is pretty easy.This is a great place to come in and enjoy a nice smoke or take your cigars to go.Keep up the great work fellas!

In town on vacation and stumbled across this cigar shop. Great experience hanging out, nice humidor and great selection. Bought a box to enjoy for the rest of the trip and bringing some great cigars home with me. Thanks, Greg! Will definitely be coming back.

Good place for cigars selection is good but missing some of the standard brands. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Even though they have a great selection they don’t seem to care too much about their advertised houses. Got here at 11:15 am and the place is closed and still not open at 11:30 am 👎🏽Come on guys!

Watch the bald guy very carefully when he rings you up at the register. He tried to overcharge me by $2 on a clearly-priced item, then tried to talk his way out with some nonsense when I caught him. I will never return.
