PureLife has been great to work with for a long time, but especially since we came back from the pandemic. They were able to supply us with gloves at great prices when a lot of other companies did not have the stock and were unfortunately forced to raise their prices.

I ordered for face mask level 2 and I was greatly disappointed because it was too thin, no wire to hold it in place and it keeps on falling because it is very loose. I wasted my money because I cannot use them. I asked for return of the items but they have a policy not to accept returns or exchange. What a waste of money indeed

We were stalked for months to order with this company. Months. Finally we broke down and placed our first order, which was lost, wrong and delayed by weeks. Completely incompetent. They offered me an apology gift which has not arrived and my assistant is still finding things that were wrong.
Dentists please read this prior to ordering any supplies from this company.After Dr. Shahs ( My Wife) death, we sold our practice to another dentist. I continued to receive charges from PurLife on my credit card account. As I noticed these charges, about two months ago I thought there is a mistake and called them to let them know the situation about wrong credit card charges and requested them to bill to new dentist.Initially none of the rep was able to resolve my issues so I asked to speak with Vice President of sales ( Higher level) to resolve the issue and remove the charges from my credit card. V.P. of Sales was even worst and instead of resolving the issues and solving their mistakes she asked me to dispute these charges with my credit card company. So I did and Credit card company asked them to provide documented proof as usual. Which they were not able to provide and correct their mistake in 45 days as required. So credit card issued me credit for that and issue was resolved.Today again representative talked to me in same rude manner and asked me to pay invoices which should not have been billed to my credit card to begin with. He was threatening to send me for collection.It is one thing to make mistake and when customer identifies the problem instead of solving giving them hard time, but today the rep has crossed the line by threatening to send us for collection.Please be careful with their practices. It is illegal to keep credit card on file and continue to bill without confirming.
