Do not take your iPhones here. Not only are the screens that they put on the phone not under warranty by Apple, the work they do here is shoddy.After an annoying experience of making an appointment and showing up to them not having a screen for me I came back a few days later after having to purchase the screen and advance of the repair of my iPhone 11 Pro. I received my phone after an hour of repair went home and a few hours later and noticed the corner of my screen was wide open and I could see the inside of my phone. After that my phone turned on and off about 20 times and then shut down for the entire evening. When I showed back up the next morning to get it looked at and fixed I was met with attitude and disbelief because of course Murphy’s Law my phone turned on when I showed up.I waited outside while they fixed my phone, put on a new screen and “tested” the device. I was told that everything will be fine and they had no clue what had happened with the previous screen.Now a week and a half later my phone turns black and shuts down randomly about twice a day and when I making a phone call the screen freezes so that I can’t use the keypad. The only way I can hang up the phone calls is by using headphones.I contacted the company and told them that this issue was still going on and that I wanted a refund and their response was that they can either try another new screen or they can take back their screen put on a broken one and give me a refund.I do not understand this logic. I do not understand why the consequence of them breaking my phone is me still having a broken phone and no one paying the price for it. I know that I am going to get in trouble with Apple for replacing my screen by these people because they are not genuine Apple screens so now not only I have a broken phone I’m going to have to pay even more to deal with it.

I got my phone looked at by them for a port problem and he said it was fine so no work was needed, but they didn’t put the screws back in my phone :/// Kinda sloppy defo would not go here if they can’t even remember to put screws back in.

Needed a very basic repair..was quoted a few days...just to play safe waited over a week...stopped in to pick up and got the dreaded Oh we were just about to call you...Yeah right...then the rambling excuse about the wrong part being shipped... Was very obvious they just didnt even glance at my simple repair in over a week..I could see my tablet had been untouched in over a week for a charger...which is fine if they called..just say were busy..even we forgot..no phone call no text...lazy, rude service.come on guys...please just treat customers with consistent respect...Finally got my stuff 2 weeks later and my tablet was severely damaged by them and not fixed correctly at $70 and 2 week wait to fix a charger port.

Lousy service, they held my broken phone for a week without a call. Upon checking in, was simply told phone was a no fix with no other explanation and was point blank lied to re: them calling me twice me to inform me to pick up the phone. When I asked why I didnt recieve any of those calls or a voicemail, was just told, thats weird. Also just generally not a friendly place and not staffed by nice people. Go somewhere else.

Dropped my tablet off while I was in town for just the day. Had if ready within couplet hours and the best part. Told me no charge. Granted it probably wasnt a serious problem but they could have told me it was and charged a lot, because of my comp ignorance. Thanks Guys!

They are miracle workers. My phone was so bad that strangers would tell me to be careful before using it.They fixed it in less than an hour and it works perfectly. My camera was broken, but that was something I messed up before taking it there, and he even notified me before I left my phone that they would not be able to confirm all functionality worked until after the screen was fixed.Well worth the money and great, speedy service. Brought my iPhone 4 in for a cracked screen repair. It was finished within the hour! I noticed later that there was some discoloration in the screen and the button was lower than it should have been, so I brought it back in the next day. They got right on it and I had it back shortly, no extra charge.Solid customer service - polite, friendly, and happy to please.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Brought in my iPhone 4s because the screen had broken a couple of months prior. Came back to see an awful repair job, and the tech told me the screens had too big a hole around the home button so thats why it was wobbly. So I asked for the original screen to be replaced, but now my phone no longer works. I contacted the owner weeks ago but no reply.

Terrible customer service and lied from start to finish. Buy a repair kit yourself online if you dont find ANY other place to fix... I left discusted

I was apprehensive to bring my phone in for repair because there were some negative reviews but I had an excellent experience and Walter was extremely helpful in resolving all of my issues.

Brought my phone to be repaired. Got an email with a quote of 145 but when i got into the store i have to pay 215. not good at all.

Wont accept replacement parts from outside source to bring in for repair.
