“Funnel Cakes” is a dessert shop on Santa Monica Pier # 2. These Funnel Cakes, also known as Elephant Ears, are made by pouring batter through a specially made funnel and fried until golden brown. You can enjoy these funnel cakes with powdered sugar, fruit topping, whipped cream, and ice cream. They also feature novelty ice creams. The taste of the funnel cakes is good. This shop is crowded most of the time. Their overall service is okay. The price is also reasonable.

This would have easily been 5 stars for the funnel cakes, but the venue didn’t open until 1140. No sign, explanation, or anything. If you’re delayed in opening, at least have the courtesy to let people know. People were waiting for over an hour.

It was so good. I got the curro funnel cake with vanilla ice 🍦cream. I really enjoyed it.

USD9.00 for whipped cream and strawberry variant. But good for 4 people. Delicious! Make sure you leave plenty of room for dessert. Its a take-out type but there are plenty of public seating. The cakes are made to order but it was a quick wait.

Delicious and big! I got the cinnamon funnel cake with cookies amd cream ice cream. Only able to finish a little over a half of it. Got super full. It definitely can be shared between 2-3 people.

I bought one for me & girlfriend and we were only able to eat about half of it since theyre sorta big.

It’s pretty hard to screw up fried dough, but they managed to. Funnel cakes should not have large globs of dough, and should also not take 10 minutes.
