To be honest, I have never even used them. Reason being, every time I need a service, I call them first to enquire about the cost and every time, they are a lot more expensive than other Infiniti Dealerships. Even though I live really close to them, I end up taking my car to a different dealership.

I had the same problems at this place twice. I bought the service maintenance at the time of purchasing my car. When I took my car for 30000 and also 60000 miles service, which are the comprehensive services for my car they only did the basic service. Also I asked them about my problem with fuel tank and they even did not check for it and later they gave me some lousy suggestions just to delay the service (because it was late and they did not want to do anything for it). Also when I asked them why only basic service was done, first they told me they would do it next time and then when they saw I was not happy with their solution they told me they had done it but it was not showing on the paper. This place seems very disorganized.

Ill spare the long story, but can condense it down to this: Horrible customer service. Dishonest. Care only about closing a deal with zero follow up or responsiveness. Whats not to hate?Try it at your own risk. If you do, youll see what I mean.

Just bought our new JX35 from Patrick. Patrick is honest, straight forward and he will give you a great price. Made a great deal within 20 mins from walking in the door.Ask for Patrick.

This is basically the same as every dealership horror story: unbounded diagnostic charges with absolutely no feedback from the technicians. No actual investigation was done and no actual work was performed. 5 hours of diagnostic time was charged with no finding and no evidence to support any diagnostics were performed other than a verbal oh we totally did the work were charging you for...totally. They are deceptive, lie about estimates, bail when things get hard, and blame the customer for everything. This is the worst dealership...or maybe its actually just in line with what everybody expects from a dealership service department: rip pff prices and rip off work.

Probably the worst sales person I have ever had to deal with ever. It was a saturday night and he was the only one working. After test driving the G37 a few times in the past, I had walked in the door that night ready to discuss a purchase. His instant condescending additude resulted in me walking out. Im sure some of the sales people there are great but this guy was not! If you go in, he is the middle aged stumpy persian looking guy. My advice: find someone else to deal with in there.

Do NOT get your car serviced here. This place is as bad as it gets.I am torn between whether these guys have absolutely no idea what they are doing or if they think theyre pulling a fast one and can get every $ they can out of unassuming patrons without any of them noticing. And not sure what is worse. So you know how bad it is: I live less than 2 miles from this dealership and am so thoroughly disgusted by their service and lack of professionalism (and apparent lack of repair know-how) that I had my car picked up by flatbed truck today and drove all the way to Glendale Infiniti to get my car repaired. Here is the story for inquiring minds. I hope the above is warning enough but read on if you want to know just how bad it was:I have owned three Infinitis over 6 years and have had an amazing service experience in my Northern CA (Marin Infiniti) In fact the reason I kept buying infinitis was service. I moved to LA in January and needed an oil change. Easy enough and Ill admit painless at Santa Monica Infiniti - but they said to comply with LA water laws they couldnt wash my car?! Not unimaginable so I accepted that line... then found out today from the Glendale Dealership that was complete BS today. Then last week my car had a major service need. Car was having massive transmission/electrical/motor problems so I had it towed there. When I get there, they try to sell me a service package before they have even looked at the car!!! Jerome says sounds like you should do this service, its like $160....I stop him. Im not here for a routine service, it doesnt need a service, its having a massive mechanical problem. He doesnt like that. Then they dont call me for 3 days so I call in. Guy name John answers and says, well we called you but didnt leave a message. Ok... Then They tell me that the dealer installed Stillen Intake is an aftermarket part and is the cause of the massive issue. I laugh half-heartedly. Anyone with a basic knowledge about how a vehicle works knows that the intake is a simple set of airtubes, and other than being more efficient at getting air in, is not causing the car to do a death rattle and then shut down in gear after 3 years of it working fine. They say before they will look further into it I need to buy a factory airbox and then have them install it! $250!!! When I explain that cant possibly be the only solution to the issue they tell me if I dont like that answer I can call the manufacturer!!! Really? My car is at an authorized infiniti dealership and I should call the manufacturer and tell them what? So he says call the dealer that sold it to me and have them send me the airbox....From 3 years ago?Now I have had it.I called the dealer that sold me the car, service manager was amazing. he calls these jokers and calls me back and says take the car to Glendale. They either have no idea what they are doing there, lifted the hood and saw the intake and didnt look any further, or are trying to take you for $.My service team from Northern CA calls Glendale service manager. The Glendale Service manager calls me first thing the next day and says load it up and get it over we will pay for any cost associated with getting it over here. And now they are taking great care of me. Got a Q50 loaner car, dealership is beautiful and has all the Stillen Parts there as well.Im serious, dont take your car to Santa Monica Infiniti.
