I bought cigarets and a bottle there, But I guess the bag was defective or had a hole in it because before I even got outside of the parking lot the bottle fell out through the hole. Smashed on the ground I tried to show the clerk the broken bottle in the bag and he wouldnt even look at it and just told me there was nothing he could do. My previous experiences with this store were fine.

Rude customer service. Called to see if they had something in stock. Told me one second. Hung up the phone.

The staff is friendly, and nice. The parking lot stays clean and the shelves stay stocked. There is an ATM on the premises and extra coolers for wine. Right across the street from Burger King and only a block away from the public library and Santa Monica College, Eddies is awesome.

Very nicely remodeled, inside and out, by the new owner. Its a convenient store so it is what it is..cigarettes, alcohol and junk food are the staples...but they do have one hidden gem - Paul Newman 96 oz. Grape Juice for $5.50 (which is about what it costs in supermarkets around here)

Eddies rocks! They have a large selection of alcohol at reasonable prices AND they sell torches!

No longer sells bum wines like Cisco, Night Train, Thunderbird and MD 20/20.

Henry is superb and a great person. The store has a lot of variety and is an institution in Santa Monica.

Came to this place almost every day for 8 months since lived next door. funny thing after constantly giving these guys my business they made a mistake on my transaction and after days and working with my bank to find out it was their mistake. I asked the owner to do right and either give me store credit or my money back he made up some excuse that it was my banks fault!!!!! My Banks Fault, hahahah....owner was as far from a stand up guy as youll ever see. They lost my business, and everyone i know. would not suggest going here, and if you do. ALWAYS GET YOUR ticket, its not out of the realm for the owner to pull some shady business. watch out.....I spoke to the owner, in person. I know who he is. Dont respond to my google review and then tell me you will help me... What about before?? nowhere to be found. What a JOKE this PLACE and the OWNER ARE. SHADY bad business
