I visited Victory back in early Feb looking for a couch for my patio. I wasnt ready to purchase then, but with staying at home much more I reached back out to Brad, who had assisted me in store. He remembered our interaction months later and helped me pick out the right fabric over the phone based on colors we talked about months before. I received my couch this week (it took a while but this was clearly communicated when I purchased.) When the covers I ordered didnt get delivered with the couch, Brad located them in the store, zipped them all together for me (which does not seem like a fun process!) and sent them out for next day delivery. Great service and I LOVE my couch!

When I happened upon the Victory Furniture website for the first time, I was so delighted! Finally, smart and sleek design that is affordable! I ordered a Hughes Sectional sofa and am thrilled with the quality, the color, and the style. Not to mention, the customer service through the process was incredible. Sakura was amazing and very knowledgeable. The beds were definitely at a better price point than other organic mattress stories in the city. Would recommend the Nest to anyone looking for a new bed (or pillow for that matter).

WOW! Words cannot describe how wonderful our experience was with Victory Furniture. My husband and I have been looking for the perfect patio furniture to fit our style as well as our budget, and after several months of searching around the area, we found the perfect company to suite our needs. Not only is their furniture gorgeous, the staff was extraordinarily helpful as we explained our budget and the layout of our backyard. They really worked with us, and were so patient. Wonderful furniture, wonderful service!!!!!!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in the perfect patio furniture!

I have been on the hunt around Santa Monica for the perfect patio furniture to complete my yard. Victory Furniture had exactly what I was looking for!
