I heard good things about this place. Took my 92 Jeep Comanche in. This vehicle is a classic and they recognized it right way. They did a lot of work on various dings and dents. The really awesome thing they did was a great job of replicating the factory sport truck graphics that were faded and damaged. The whole truck came back cleaner than when it went in. I have other restoration projects in the works and will definitely be back. These guys want to do a great job, you do not have to ask them to.

My 2017 Hyundai Sonata was wrecked and deemed totaled by my insurance without them physically evaluating it. I refused to let my car go, believing that it could get repaired. After going back and forth w/my insurance they referred me here to Joe at New Image Auto Body. They were able to fix it! Speaking w/Joe he was very professional and friendly he kept me in the loop with everything that was going on, which made this experience less stressful for me. He even helped me out with a car rental issue. My car was repaired in two weeks time, as promised and looks better than ever! Runs good too. This was by far the best customer service!!! I would definitely recommend New Image Auto Body in Santa Paula ask for Joe.

I laid down my Harley Davidson 2017 883 iron and dented the tank. I had a choice between buying a new tank or having mine fixed. Harley of Simi Valley recommended Joe, I went to his shop and could tell after speaking with him he was experienced and confident he could make the tank look like new and he gave me a great price!I decided to go with some custom decals because I couldnt get the originals from Harley. He put them on and three clear coats later it was done. He really did a phenomenal job with the tank. I love it and will definitely use his shop for any future work.

Joe. Was unprofessional had my car towed in he stated he could fix my car doors I was in an accident he said he would have it done in 2 weeks max I was going to pay out of pocket and not use my insurance!! Even knowing it was a 4,000 dollar job he let my car sit there over 2 months without doing any work on it I kept in contact with him and always the same result he would say its Im waiting for junk yard door I DIDNT WANT JUNK YARD PARTS FINALLY AFTER 2 MONTHS it was towed to blow out on both tires tow was necessary toook my car out and Caliber Collision had my car done in 5 days AND NO JUNK YARD PARTS..SHAME ON YOU JOE HE GETS 0000O STARS..dont even bother with this shop guys..

Brought my Carbon Fiber hood here because it was oxidized so bad (wish I took a before photo). I shopped around Santa Paula and I got the best price here. Was told on certain parts of the hood it was so bad there was no guarantee it would come out perfect. 2 days later got the call that my hood was finished and man it looks better than when it was brand new! Awesome job and 1,000% satisfied. This owner and staff brought my hood and car back to life!

My landlord asked me to bring my car here after a tree fell on it causing light scratches. They made me feel like my business was valuable to them. Joe was awesome and super friendly. Ive had two collsion repair jobs done at this business, after my vehicle was struck while parked on two occasions. Both jobs had my vehicle looking like new again, without any trace of damage or repair. The service was courteous and prompt, and completed on time as promised. I dont typically write reviews, but felt compelled to in this case. They are simply a great outfit to deal with, and I would not take my vehicle anywhere else if I need this type of service in the future.

Told me it would be three weeks turns out seven and car not moved if you got a few months perfect place but no customer service was disappointed
