Worst company I have ever dealt with in my 30 years of classic car restoration. They could not make fitting seat covers for my 1983 BMW 323I Baur Convertible even though I sent them the original seat covers to use as a pattern (they didnt even take them apart) and had the Vin #. Multiple send backs, photos, and discussions later, I gave up on them. Mars Quito (Manager) and Heather Stine (sales) behave like juveniles and obviously have no pride in their work or reputation. From other reviews, since discovered, other customers have had the same issues. Finally had to sue to get my money back. Went to another company and had great seats in 3 weeks at $1000 dollars less. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Gaddy M. Lassiter, RPh, MD
I visited them recently- in the beautiful Santa Clara valley- to get some Mercedes vinyl 46 x 26 panels basketweave embossed, that Veteran Company were unable to do. (Their max size is 36 x 24). Mars and the team were very helpful and could not do enough for me.
Did a full interior carpet set for a 86 911 Targa. Interior swatches were sent to me beforehand so I could match both the leather and carpets that were damaged. Everything that showed up matched perfectly and the client was more than happy. Will definitely order from them when the time comes.
9xauto Inc. We do restoration of classic cars. WUPH has changed ownership in the past 10 years.I called to inquire regarding making a simple flat carpet (not molded) for Pantera DeThomaso. Asked if I can send the original carpet as template. The answer was yes. So I did. Called twice per month during 3 consecutive month to enquire as to my carpet status. Was told that the carpet was looked at and it was molded, (it was not). Paid additional $ to return my original carpet. My carpet came in the same box as it was sent. The box was never even opened. The inner carpet remained tightly packed as it was originally sent. Conclusion; Be aware, the service is based on lies and innuendoes using very pleasantly speaking customer service. Not reliable. I cant speak about their product, I didnt have a chance to see it. Im absolutely certain, Im not alone who was dealt in a similar manner.
Ordered front and rear seats for a 1975 BMW 2002. First one ordered in pearl beige. Color they sent was wrong, looked like a pearl beige from later model 3 series. I returned it and got charged a 20% restocking fee, approx $300). I then ordered in gobi tan, which they had on the shelf, no special order. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the wrong color, completely my fault. Heres where it went south. I returned the gobi tan immediately and called world. I wanted to see if they can waive the restocking fee, which would cost me another approx. $300 since it was on the shelf and Ive already paid it once. I spoke with a lady who was completely inflexible about it and even though I told her I wanted to continue to try to get the correct color, and order through World, she would not budge off of charging the restock fee. So now Im out close to $650, including shipping, and Im still at square one. I will not order again from them, even if it costs me more somewhere else.
Prompt service for nice leather seats for my Alfa. Heather is the go-to girl.
Exceptional authentic artisan work!
