The older man who works at this location is not the best. He forgot to put part the address on my package. Hopefully it still makes it to the correct location. On top of that he was very invasive about what the package contained. I would understand if it was “is it liquid or fragile” but he straight up asked what was in it.

Went inside this ups store to use there computer. i was charge a fee to use it for 1 hour note that i was only on computer for less then 30 min i finished what i needed to do i paid and left store. came back inside store less then 5 min to use computer again and was charged again for for 1 hour to use the computer. i was ok with paying for 1 hour the first time even tho i didnt use the whole hour. but to get charge a second time is ridiculous

I dropped off a medical priority package that was needed to be delivered the next day. When I check the next day they said it was forgotten and they didnt seem to care. STAY AWAY.....

I dont understand what all the bad reviews are about, the customer service and work ethic of these people is amazing. It can be a few more dollars than the post office, but its way faster and more convenient. 10/10, would recommend.

Please, update your business hours. I went to pickup my package by 6:35 pm on Friday.The store was closed.

The hours posted on the web are not accurate. Web says this store is open until 3pm on Saturday, but the sign on the door says 2pm and when I arrived at 2:05pm they were locked up. I drove 10 miles to drop a package off; really not happy about the inaccurate hours.

$2.99 for one hour of internet access to print off a UPS prepaid slip at the UPS store. How crazy is that? They want to squeeze profits anywhere they can. Total rip off!!! They charged me $2.99 for the girl to check their email account to print the label. I didnt even have internet access.

Excellent customer service from the woman who handled the Notary work. It was just her and she efficiently handled a dozen customers within a 30 minute time frame. Incredible work ethic.

I scheduled an appointment for notary services. Received a confirmation email on the day before. My business associate and I showed up at the appointed time and they had no record of the appointment. The notary wasnt even going to be in for a couple hours. Told us we could come back if we wanted.

They over double the price to send out flat rate boxes. Im all about profits but thats highway robbery ps the clerk also tried to tell me I was wrong about what post office charges. I went to post office to send and yup I was right and ups is over doubling! NOT COOL

They were closed when I went at 1pm on a Saturday, when sign says 2pm. Shouldnt use UPS brand if they cant deliver a service.
