Just bought a truck from RCU and it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I’ve had quite a few! I usually do my research and go into a dealership prepared to haggle and spend hours and hours. Sarah found the perfect truck for me (it was not in stock) and there was just nothing to haggle about. The price was just what it should have been. Sarah took care of getting the loan approval and I was out the door with my new truck in about an hour. No pressure. No haggling. No big spiel about extended warranties. It was a fantastic all around experience. I will never go anywhere else again.

Purchasing from RCU was ridiculously easy. I called around 4:30 PM inquiring about my options for auto loans and rates (we had just remodeled our home, and I didnt know where we stood financially). My husbands truck was long in the tooth, and I wanted to get something more reliable for his commute. I spoke with Noah. He took down my information, and let me know he would get back to me in 30 minutes. 15 minutes later, he had some options, but needed clarification. I spoke with him again, and 15 minutes, he had final offers! In a total of 30 minutes, this man was able to get me qualified, complete with the breakdown of rate, monthly payment, and total loan. After quickly conferring with my husband, we ended up meeting Noah after hours at 6:30 PM, where we took a look at a few options we had in mind. Noah never rushed, pressured, or coerced us into anything. He was honest, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. The whole car buying experience lasted a total of 1.5 hours (from when we stepped on the lot, to when we drove off with a new truck!). The longest time taken was from us deciding. The paperwork was less than 30 minutes. Would easily go back for our next car!

The buying process was seamless and they were able to get me a loan with a great interest rate on a well maintained and reasonably priced vehicle in under an hour. They were very helpful and had several options to choose from.

Easiest and most pain-free way to purchase a vehicle. You can either pick a car from the lot or you can have RCU find you exactly what you want from elsewhere. Tim found us exactly what we wanted and made the process very pleasant. I dont see us ever purchasing a vehicle in the future without RCUs help.
