The worst experience. Not with the sales person my problem here was with the shop. Brought in a car to trade in, brought it in a towing truck. At first they said well is probably the transmission and only offered 1500 which I said fine and took another car. Then something clicked in my head they never gave me a diagnostic. Mind you the car I got in to trade is a 2016 jeep patriot. After talking to management they raised the value to 6500 told me it was the starter. Decided to take out my jeep and give the other one back. Like I told the manager if the offer had been even 5k from the beginning I wouldve been happy with the new car. Main advice GET A DIAGNOSTIC BEFORE GOING TO TRADE A CAR AT A DEALERSHIP. DONT TRUST THIS PEOPLE!!

We just dropped in today to check out the CRVs. Even though there was no new inventory, Lorena saw us poking around outside and offered to let us drive a lightly used model. She was very laid back and did not pressure us at all. Very good experience with her!

WORST Honda Dealer Service Experience in 12 Years. I’ve always had such great service at Honda which is a big reason why we own it. This dealership was AWFUL no ETHICS. Exorbitant pricing, no service or amenities. They knew we were stranded out of towers, with what turned out to be a defective Honda design that had a class action settlement that we no longer get. What was worst was they provided no transportation, no loaner vehicle while repairs made because we didn’t have California licenses, yet in Arizona they gave us fantastic service, a rental car (with out of state license). Brian Dorsey, our “service manager” was demeaning, condescending and left us to walk to a Starbucks. The oil was at 30% and they rushed the car to get fixed, to save having to get an Uber to our hotel, when it was done, they did not even change the oil. SHAMEFUL HONDA SERVICE!!!! The WORST HONDA DEALER EVER FOR SERVICE!!!!

We were in yesterday, my Girlfriend was looking for a new Honda. We got a great trade in value for her previous car and a great deal. Our sales person was Jacob Knight I can say enough how awesome he made our experience. After going to 3 other dealers.... he was polite, we felt no pressure, extremely friendly and professional. He really took the time showed us all the features of the car and really made sure we had all the info we needed. They need more sales people like this! Jacob Knight is a fantastic sales person. Highly recommend asking for him if you go to buy a car at Manly Honda. We got exactly what we wanted and the process was painless enjoyable and fast.

Was in the middle of working out a deal, Alex ran my credit, we agreed on terms. Then someone walks in, offers cash for the car and they sold it to someone else after already checking my credit! This is extremely unprofessional. I asked Alex how that happened and he he was very rude, like, it is what it is. The good thing is that I was able to use their quote to get a great deal elsewhere. I’d never give them my business!

Love Manly! This is my second time buying a vehicle there. Lorena Ortiz was our sales person this last time. She worked very hard to get us the truck we wanted. She even hooked us up with her insurance guy, she was amazing!! Rosa (finance manager) was fast, efficient and made our loan happen even with some obstacles. They have a such a good team there!

If youre skeptical about using a dealership to service your car because you think theyre more expensive than the local oil change place you NEED to read this whole review!I took my Accord to Manly Honda for service on 4/30/2021 and Bill Robertson was my advisor (I always schedule my appointments to work with Bill because hes a remarkable combination of super-nice and super-knowledgeable and even though I see him only once or twice a year he always makes me feel like a close friend).I knew I needed an oil change because my car told me but Bill said I was due for a tire rotation too. When I asked if it was really necessary he said, Lets go see, and took me with him to check the tires. He showed me where the edges were wearing which more than satisfied me that it was a good idea.When they finished I was given a copy of their multipoint inspection and it showed exactly how much tread is left on each tire and the thickness of all four brake pads. They also checked the brake lines, shocks, drive belts and all lights.Unlike other places they didnt try to sell me anything, they just showed me that my car is in good working order.IN ADDITION to all that, which cost me only $87.71, with your service they give you 180 days of road hazard tire protection, roadside assistance (with up to 25 miles free towing) and a free loaner car for the balance of the day (if I get towed to Manly and they cant get me right back on the road).Needless to say, I highly recommend that you go to Manly for your service and if possible, work with Bill, although everyone in the whole place goes out of their way to be gracious and helpful!

We were helped by Javier A. and Abraham C. in sales department and by Tim D. in the financial department. All great guys that helped us get a great deal. Great service from start to finish. We were met at the car by the associate who took care of us throughout and will now be our guy -- thanks Ted K. He was clear and laid out options with no pressure. Then he took us to get our loaner which was FREE - I was so shocked that I had to ask twice if I understood correctly. They matched our car pretty closely and gave us 5 days of free car rental while they did the work. I recommend Manly for your Honda service needs.

Make sure if you don’t live in Santa Rosa that you request two days of leave from work if you use this place for servicing your vehicle. Otherwise expect to get screamed at (on the phone, while at your job) by the worst customer service I have ever experienced if they are forced to give you a rental. Thanks for making me cry at work, lady. Especially not worth it if you live two or more hours away. Run the other direction. 100% not worth it. Will not be returning.

We visited to test drive a used vehicle. The entire pre-owned vehicle department is a bit of a wreck. Potholed parking lot and decrepit office. We were kept waiting despite an appointment. We wanted to take a test drive. The sales person was ready to climb in and we asked if he was vaccinated. He didn’t say “no” but immediately started a prolonged process to allow us to drive without him in the car, including requiring us to get an agent on the phone. Should have volunteered the vaccination information and addressed the paperwork up front. Our second bad experience at this dealer. We will never purchase a vehicle from them.

3 bad experiences. First one was a lack of their communication and it took way longer than needed just to get my tires replaced. 2nd was for a message after multiple calls asking about getting something looked at and replaced for my car that they never returned. 3rd was for almost getting my car replaced with a newer model. Was told there was 2 that would be good, but after fighting to get me approved for the first one, nothing was done for the final offer or even started witg the 2nd car. This place sucks. Not sure if its just the Honda part of the lot, or all, but Im not even gonna bother ..

Only “professional” place I have ever been to that allows it’s representatives to attack their customers in the way that I was cursed at and attacked by “Nick” only for the reason that he felt some sort of power and authority to do so when asked him for help in locating a vehicle I had purchased from him, when it should have already been ready for me to pick up without me needing to go and search for it. Overall unprofessional business, guys there hang around laughing and talking and don’t get anything done.

Nick, who works in the used cars department is very unprofessional, impatient, and makes me want to avoid doing business with this specific Honda dealership. Not sure how such an angry and rude person is allowed to work at such a respected dealership. I would go to other Honda dealerships around the area to avoid running into him because he will ruin your day.

Our aim lost the Owners Manual to our 2000 Honda with over 350,000 miles on it - and thats where the code to the radio was written. So, when we changed the battery, no radio :-(. Manly Honda to the rescue! We were really impressed with the excellent service and will return when its time to replace our car in a couple more decades ;-).

I had a great experience here. They were professional and made everything very clear. I took my car here to be serviced for the first time since I bought it at a different dealership. They explained why I was having the issues I was having and how to resolve it. They suggested different options that would ideally save me money. Chris Reid in the service department was communicative and I am thankful to have a reliable Honda dealership so close to me. Would recommend to anyone with a Honda in the area.

I called general phone number twice this afternoon. Each time, Mr. Abraham Contreras picked up. He was/is extremely rude, no patient. I just need to purchase your inventory, Scion IM. That is it, but his rude behaved toward customer, responded me, “What?” without any respect, like trash talk. When I looked his profile photo, that is contrary to when he responded to me, disrespectful, treat customer/myself like trash and extremely offended. Despite fact that I believe that car is good deal. If person treated like this, probably other customer look other dealer/used car lot. After I looked their website, he was looks so curious and sincere, but I dealt with his was his true behavior and personality.

Horrible service... Been looking for a specific Honda for the past week and unfortunately they have it. I say unfortunately because when I called to ask questions about the car they gave me the run around and when someone finally spoke to me they hung up on me. I just needed my questions answered because I was ready to purchase. After this call I looked up their reviews on other sites and I must say it was horrible. Customer service is trash you can look it up for yourself and see. I wouldn’t trust them if i were you. Bad service equals bad cars and shady sales persons.

After researching and searching for Honda Clarity Plug-in hybrid we decided to reach out to multiple dealers. We Drove over 1 hour to Manly for and because of the sales department service level. AJ was above and beyond. Great and courteous he was also patient. Very clear and had multiple cars ready for test drives, which we did. He ran the number and without any pushing gave us all the options on to which we finally settled in a nearly new but used Clarity Plug-in hybrid Touring. This was the second new Honda weve purchased. The first from Manly Honda. Patrick was our sales rep, and he did a fine job. We told him the vehicle we were interested in. Within minutes he had it pulled around for a test drive. He even guessed the color right (Black), something we didnt tell him. The test drive was nice, no high pressure sales pitch. He was able to answer pretty much any question I threw at him. The detailing of the car left a bit to be desired, there were oa couple of decals still stuck to the outside of the car, one being on the lift gate. I have yet to find something to get the adhesive residue off of the paint. No big deal, I just havent had the time to deal with it. This may have also been due to it being on Fathers Day. They were probably a bit short handed. All in all it was a smooth transaction, and a good buying experience. Were enjoying our new 2019 Honda Pilot Elite.

I’m not the type of person to complain, but this is warning for other buyers. In 2016, I purchased are Honda Pilot from Manly, Santa Rosa. Within the first year (2017), our cabin floor was under 1-1/2 inches of water from the rains. We had a drought in California. Apparently the vehicle was not properly sealed. When I took the vehicle in, I felt like I was talking to lawyers. I did not modify the vehicle, get in a car accident, or have any rodents living inside the car. I was like dealing with an insurance company. They finally agreed to repair the defect as well as clean the cabin for any molds. I have 2 little children under the age of 5, so I was concerned of mold.So 2 years later, the Emission light would go on and off. I called Manly service again and they mentioned to check the gas cap, however, there isn’t gas cap for this model. They advised to come back when the Emission light goes on again. Unfortunately, I can’t get an appointment for 2 weeks so the4 light always goes away by then.This last month we discovered another leak in the trunk. Water was collecting in the trunk compartment. There was buckets of water that would slush around when we turned. Regretfully I scheduled an appointment with Manly Service Department. It was 2 weeks later. This time I took a video of the water leaking outa swell as a picture of the Emissions light. I am not a mechanic, but It seems to come on after it rains. Again, the same experience, I was talking to lawyers. I did not modify the vehicle, get in a car accident, or have any rodents living inside the car. The Service Manager said that because I did not take it in earlier it did not fall under a “Come Back” police and now falls on my Extended Warranty that I purchased. The big however, is that they said most likely it would not be covered and I would have to pay $340 for just the diagnostic and probably thousands of dollars for repairs.I was so disappointed, because these problems are clearly manufacturing defect and not a fault my own. I am also concerned that there may be mold hidden inside the trunk compartment. My 4 year old has been coughing for almost a month and there is definitely a smell. I have reached out to Honda America and they said that in the next 2 days they are going to assign a liaison to mediate with Manly Dealership. At this point, we will not use the car for fear of my children health and no other mechanic wants to touch my car. If this doesn’t get resolved, I would rather spend a couple thousand dollars on a lawyer than repairs.

Was looking to purchase a car from them. I am a distance away so did it online. Pretty much had it ready to go, talked with someone about it and was just waiting to hear back from the manager. Took 12hrs for them to get back to me and I had to contact them. At that point I said yes to the deal. Only then I receive an email saying the was being sold that day and they would get back to me. Never heard back. Called them to get it figured out and they told me I needed to do paperwork that Ben (the online guy) didnt tell me about to reserve the car (gladly would have done so if I knew). Then they turned around and trying to sell me a car that didnt compare at all. Then after speaking with multiple people, I come to find out I could of had the car delivered to be me, when I was told they only deliver locally. Overall incompetency and lack of professionalism. Horrible service and generally over priced so if you do make the mistake of buying from them. Be ready to have to fight for a reasonable price.

Manly Honda falsely advertised a 2019 Ford Ford Ranger. Vehicle did not have a tow package as stated in their add. I purchased the vehicle with the agreement that I would get reimbursed for the purchase of missing tow package. Sales Person Aaron Katz flat out lied to me and has not provided the reimbursement. This is only a $180.00 but just think of the integrity this dealership is displaying. I hope the manager or owner will reach out to me to discuss this underhanded way of doing business. First seller was very rude upon trying to give us the vehicle. She tried to blame us that she had to rework her whole schedule when we already agreed that we would get the vehicle a different day. Then we came in on the date intended and the other sales managers kept passing us to different people. We decided to buy the vehicle here in the end because we were already tired and they did find the vehicle we wanted but I dont recommend getting a vehicle here.

Bright and Snappy service. Without an appointment I pulled up to their service tarmac at 8:10am with what I knew was a bad battery in my CRV. Without hesitation Chris Reid looked me straight in the eye through my windshield and smiled, this was by fate the guy I needed to meet. I had 1 1/2 hours until I had to pick up my grandson and the day before I had to jump start the car 3 times late into the afternoon, the same with that morning. Chris Reid was able to trackdown my insurance (which I did not have proof of with me) and arrange for a Honda loan car in less than 50 minutes. When I picked up my car the next morning It not only started right up, but it looked different too, they had washed the soot away from the last 3 weeks of forest fires.I bought my car new from Manley, and I suspect that my next car will come from them too.A.M. I have been a customer at Manly Honda since 2003, having purchased 4 vehicles since that time. The waiting area is always clean and the staff very friendly. I came in to have some vehicle warranty work completed and was extremely pleased to work with Dave Ashby again. Over the years he has always been consistent, friendly, honest and a wealth of information. This experience resulted in the use of a loaner vehicle and Jennifer C. was able to facilitate that process for me in record time. In a few short minutes she had the paperwork complete and was showing me the features I needed to be aware of in the new Honda Pilot she set aside for me. The professional efficiency these people demonstrated enabled me to salvage a really busy morning.

5 stars all around. We bought a 2018 CR-V, and the experience couldn’t have been better. From the moment we walked in we were kindly greeted and taken care of. Ok service at a very high price.I get all my service done here and spend thousands per year. Sometimes the service is very good, sometimes its not. Oil change/tire rotation costs $100 and is supposed to come with vacuuming the inside of the car. Sometimes they do it, sometimes they dont.I would consider going to another Honda dealership, but the other one in the area isnt really any better.

My wife took our Honda on Thursday morning but they couldn’t get her in and the service rep wrote her name on a sticky as she told her to come back in the morning!When my wife got there Friday morning a different service rep remembered her and took care of her. After getting our Honda checked in she saw the service rep who wrote her name on the sticky and she was wearing it! Buying a car involves significant investment and thinking but Manly Honda sales manager Ben doesn’t seem to understand that properly. We were dealing with a different sales executive William who was very good with us. But, Ben I dont know why got involved and was inappropriately and unnecessarily rude accusing us to waste their time since 2 weeks even when it was just our 2nd visit. It was time for me to replace my aging truck and get something more eco and family friendly. I easily found a used Civic on the Manly website that looked promising. I made an appointment with Jesse Broadway to check it out. He was very friendly and accommodating of my and my husbands schedule. We test drove the car and had a conversation with Jesse about it. My husband was very impressed with his knowledge of the car and its features. I was happy that he respected my budget and was able to explain all the features of the car that I had no idea about.Jesse was able to get us through the beginning of the process that same night and I completed my purchase the next day with Sean, who did my finance paperwork. He answered all of my questions and the two of them got me a great price and great financing considering my less than stellar credit. The process was fairly short and easy. I would certainly recommend Jesse to anyone interested in purchasing a car from Manly. I love my car and I had a great experience buying it as well.

I had been to a lot of Honda Services in my life but this one is literally too good to be true! I worked with Carlos Martinez. He was very very professional and looked like enjoyed working with customers. Since mine was the last appointment, they could not wash my car (yes they wash your car if you are in for a oil change!), however, after knowing this, manager himself took my car to the washer and got it washed even though the washer unit was closed 15 minutes ago!. Its not just the workers, but the manager too is kind! They walk that proverbial extra mile to make sure customers are happy visiting their facility, which is typically (and unfortunately) rare in other Honda services. I hope and wish that they keep up the same level of service!

I really recommend visiting Manly before you go to car max or other places like it. I feel like they have my best interest in mind whenever I speak to them. This is my second car purchase and Javier was so attentive and kind. Sean was friendly and explained all the details so I could process everything. He was super straight up with me. They were Great! I always get my oil changed there, and the parts and maintenance crew are so friendly and professional. If my future business and purchases are being judged by my experiences so far...I will be with Manly forever :) Thank you so much guys!!

It was a nightmare dealing with Manly Honda. I was very excited at first because the sales personnel is really good at telling you what you want to hear. I drove 2 hours to get a car that I had been discussing with them listed on their inventory. I got there and it was beautiful our little family fell in love, but then one of their team members was missing and we could not continue without him so I was assured that the next day and I waited... and waited... no one contacted me. Until the following day we were asked to drive back and again somehow they lost all our paperwork we filed and made us redo it so 3 hours down the drain. At the end for them to tell us that the one we had liked had been sold since yesterday, omg they could have told us over the phone and I wouldnt have driven all the way over there. But of course they tried selling me another car in another color and wanted me to now put a 1500 dollar down payment after I had told them already i was only able to do a trade in. It was horrible. So all our day passed by here in this place twice. No car but a horrible, bitter experience.****Update**** THEY NEVER ANSWER, I THINK THEY LEFT THIS NUMBER AND MESSAGE AS A FORM OF ADVERTISING AND A GOOD IMAGE.

Just a few words to sum up my recent experience with Manly Honda during the twice a year, regular maintenance job for our 2006 Honda CR-V.Arranging for the best fitting date and time for us was made very simple, fast and easy by using the Manly Honda web page for scheduling. Our preferred service advisor David Shelby was also available on the best day and time for us. We were able to select our optimal combination of drop-off date and time for our car to undergo the scheduled maintenance, as well as the preventativecheckout. David was there for our assistance and to assure a smooth, timely and efficient work flow. He deserves a lot of credit for my own personal peace of mind, considering the enormous advances in current automotive technology. His willingness to share and simplify some of the more complex terminology is very helpful for me in making longer term car maintenance decisions.

I called my Manly service advisor from my car when it wouldnt start. He verified that it was a dead battery by my description of the symptoms and we decided I should bring it in to the shop as I still had a 50% warranty on the battery. My auto club came, gave my battery a jump and I drove to Manly Service Center. Within a short time Dave, my service manager found that one of the rear ceiling lights was in the on position and reported that the battery although drained was testing in good condition. He had the battery charged fully and reoriented me to the operation of the ceiling lights. As auto functioning is not one of my areas of expertise, I need a service manager that is patient and supportive and a good teacher/communicator. I have definitely found that at Manly and will continue to bring my 2010 Pilot there for service as I have for 7 years.

*False advertising be careful*Manly Honda Online says the TypeR msrp $37,950 and with discount $3,181 (Which I took a screen shot). Then when I call them they say that’s not the price their selling and after I hang up they change it to $41,000 right away. It’s so frustrating specially it’s honda and I know honda is professional about this. I have the screen shot, gave my information and everything but they refuse to give me the msrp that shows up on their website or maybe a negotiate price for false advertising. So unprofessional at all.
