Took over two hours to get someone to my home and 3/4 phone call. Both of my vehicles we down. The gentleman that dealt with my cars was wonderful and even gave me a discount. So aside from the 1st impression it ended rather well.

Had car towed to this shop from recommendation of tow truck driver. They looked at car. Never had any discussion of cost from looking at car. Got hit with a bill of $130. Thought it excessive when there was no discussion of cost. Dont mind paying something but I felt ripped off, especially since the car is not fixed. My son talked to the owner after he looked at the car and he could not answer any questions when asked. Not happy. Had car towed from this establishment. Make sure you ask all questions prior to them touching your car so you dont get scammed like I did.

Trapped me and another person in a parking lot with his tow truck monstrosity and was rude when I ask him politely if he would move just two feet before he was in the act of towing. And then forgot to strap down the car causing damage to the front of the car he was towing. His car number is 26. The time is 327 and the date is 3/2/17.

Hard to see from main road. No app needed, quick in and out for a smog.
