I just want to say how amazing the store clerks were and how beautiful these three human beings were.There was beautiful person with curly hair named Maddie and two other beautiful beings,one with pink hair and the other with beautiful short cropped hair.They had amazing spirits about them and were so helpful in so many ways!I usually get anxiety when I am in a hair store due to many bad experiences but I just felt so comfortable and at ease and not having the feeling of being watched.Please keep these 3 people because they wonderful!

Unprofessional, rude, and argumentative customer service. I went in to do an even exchange for a different hair color from the same manufacturer as another employee misdirected me at another location, wrong match completely. She charged me $10 more for the same product in a different color. She used my reward without asking me and said well you are only paying $5. She did not understand that I should not be paying anything and that now I lost my reward. I tried to explain to her how this does not make sense mathematically and she refused to comprehend and said the computer does it, she has no control over it. I asked for a manager and she said that she is not here now. Non apologetic or understanding. They need to improve upon math skills, computer skills, common sense, and customer service.

I have been going to this beauty supply store for many years. They have always been kind and knowledgeable.

Staff was very kind + talkative, gave me options between products and made sure I got exactly what I needed :)

Took to long to get into the store! Waited about a half hour to get in and many people behind me left. Young lady inside said they are told not to talk to customer, what the heck? Really?

The employees here have a very disgusting vibe about them and i honestly feel like they just care about collecting a paycheck and going home. The were not willing to help my wife very much and everytime we asked them a question it seemed as if it was a chore for them to answer. Id rather spend my money at ulta!

Been waiting at the door since 9am and it is now almost 10. Store is supposed to open at 9 but I guess the employees dont think its important to be to work on time.

First of all, they dont have an understanding of what theyre selling. Ive asked a few questions about a certain hair dye and they were every rude. The hair dye I bought had turned my blonde hair to Orange & the lady I spoke with after didnt seem to have any consideration that she had sold me the wrong color. I am very frustrated that there were 3 people working when I went into the store and they still had no idea about what products they had. Never going back to this store! Should have also heard the tone of voice from the women I spoke to on the phone.

They never have any of the things I need when I come in. The store manager is always rude to me and even made me wait until she came back from her break to give me any kind of customer service. They never have a solid answer about anything I ask about and the they dont even greet people when they walk in. I was very disappointed.

Found a lot of good products that i liked but also got expensive hair from there which was not really good but generally, i like It.

Horrible service. Obvious discrimination. Asked other people if they needed help, I was there longer than them and never asked if I needed help. They asked others if they had A Sallys card, DID NOT ASK ME at all!

No ethnicity products. Shut this store down!!!
