Fantastic beer, wine and spirits shop in N W Santa Rosa. Parking can be a bit tight. But they have lots of staff on weekends to answer questions. Also, nice selection of half bottles of wine, which I like.

My experience with Bottle Barn has been nothing short of excellent. They have a great selection of wines and their customer service is wonderful. UPS damaged our shipment and the team was able to send us a replacement very quickly. We will definitely recommend them!

Great selection and prices! A friend recommended we shop here for wine. Girl at register super helpful, the guy she called up front to the register for help...... Not so much!! Completely not interested in helping me. After I asked two or three questions about a particular bottle of wine they were showcasing (and he gave me random answers) he finally said Im not even sure I know what wine your talking about (this was their expert who supposedly knew about their wines) if you know what you want and dont need help or suggestions (or a wine guy to help you out) its a great place to go!!!

Its a great liquor store and the employees are awesome. They do need to be more consistent with stocking Old Elk.Update: It was rough for a bit, but now that Old Elk has more shelf space in happy! Always a 5 start interaction with staff.

Liked the call in feature. Realize this is common in most businesses because of the pandemic. However, not always done with grace and helpfulness demonstrated here.

I have been here 3-4 times now and I keep wanting to give them another chance to redeem themselves. Unfortunately, whenever Im in there, it feels as though theyre either arrogant about discussing products or terrible with their customer service during checkout. The people at the front make me never want to go in. Maybe they havent been taught how to be polite during customer service interactions but they are never polite, oftentimes talking to each other when checking customers out. During a trip in a few months ago, 2 of the staff were talking to each other and on their phones and decided it was better to finish their conversation and phone interactions (text or whatever, not talking). After about 30 seconds, they decided it was time to check me out. I get youre just checking people out, but being polite, trying to interact with your customers and discontinuing your conversations to attend to your customers should be simple. The store is solid in its wine and spirits selection. I find certain beer selections inconsistent but thats ok. They have a huge supply of beers so that is not an issue. But, maybe more attention to the people checking out customers would be better than a huge array of options.

Stopped in after a visit to Cooperage. Wide open warehouse style, bottles available in both cold case and on shelf. For imports, i didnt notice too much out of the ordinary, the usual German, Belgian and Brit beers. Heavy on the locals for most of the craft beers, but they did have Jackie Os but only sours (boo!) Pliny bottles a plus. Found plenty to keep my interest, decently priced.

Bottle barn has always been a great place to go to find unique, small-production wines, beers, and spirits. I really like that they have a bigger selection of imported wines than a lot of other places. I just wish the inventory was a little more organized or the store layout was made clear.

This is usually the best place to get special issues from Eutope, such as German beers. Today, the choice was slim. Consider that the store has not had a delivery for a week due to fire evacuation, this is understandable. Better luck next week.

My favorite place to purchase alcohol. They have the largest selection of any place Ive been with super cheap prices. Even beating out corporate BevMo. Half of their warehouse is just wine. The liquor section is also extensive and they carry all the major brands as well as the more obscure and foreign ones. Their beer department is also vast. You will find beer here youve never seen or heard of anywhere else, foreign domestic and local. Always something new to try. They have the largest Gluten free beer and cider choices too. Lots of alcohol accessories also, like glasses, bottle openers, mixers, shakers, sodas, wine corks.

This place is amazing. In an industrial estate with what on entry (or even from the outside) appears to be a volume driven discount liquor store. Dig deeper and you will find it’s far from that. The quality and variety of what’s on offer is amazing and so are the prices. Very knowledgeable wine help is also on hand anytime. I always make a visit or two on each trip to the area.

Go looking for something in particular or searching for help. If you are going in to just look around, you will be there a long time (i.e. hours). A great selection of any alcohol related beverage. I come here to explore wines from smaller apelacions and have never left empty handed.

Bottle Barn is, hands down, the best bottle shop north of San Francisco, which might be damning it with faint praise. Their selection is incredible, the service is wonderful, and they were incredibly willing and helpful about bringing in new product. My only hesitation in reviewing them is letting others know about how wonderful they are.

Jordan is a major asset with Bottle Barn. He knows his wines, & he patiently helped me gather what I needed for my party. Bottle Barns prices beat other stores by several$ per bottle. They have the widest selection of wines, spirits, beers. Its a cavernous place, with SO much inventory, it could be confusing....but their staff helps you navigate the choices. I wish they would have classes & tastings once a month. Id like to plug Jordans brain right into mine, & know all that he knows about wine.
